    Hi @reliancejio there's something seriously wrong with my WiFi. Every device is able to connect seamlessly except the Mi TV stick in my room. Problem started ever since i renewed subscription a few days ago. Please help?

    @JioCare I just received below sms and this is not True though. With reference to Service Request Number SR0000182ZVJ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number ** is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    1. Why will the service request close saying it been resolved, when it not resolved? 2. Since its old request is close, the new one will take another 24 time to resolve.... I mean this can go on... Can any manager or some in charge get on this and call me. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    @JioCare @vyasaadit Dont join . Its an scam . My jiofiber refund not yet received it as been 4 months. In this 4 months these people asked 10 times to give some time . But they dont even look after the issue . Myself begging to these guys for my money and they dont even care . Its an pure scam .

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare I recharged for my jio no.8610046559 today for rs.395 plan thru paytm UPI no.134128129695. But still my sim do not work. Pl look into the problem and see that sim is activated.

    The service is absolutely terrible. I booked a @JioCare Airfiber connection & the agent promised it would be installed within 24 hours specifically by the afternoon of the next day. However, I haven't received a single call regarding the installation since booking it @reliancejio

    @JioCare According to my complaint, the engineer visit was scheduled between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM today. However, no one has visited yet, and there has been no update. What am I supposed to do with such poor service? Please resolve my issue immediately.
