Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

I ordered a SIM 5 days ago, paid the amount, and the order is STILL showing “In Progress.” Every time I contact customer support, I’m told to “wait another 24 hours.”

This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare
