@JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

@JioCare I recharged through Amazon Pay and twice your app said the payment failed and then shortly afterwards I get a message that my account has been recharged. Twice the money has been debited.n please help.

@JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

Even after paying double the amount monthly being postpaid customer your services are pathetic. You guys can’t even activate an simple Esim which @reliancejio did for me in just 15 mintues on my secondary number, no wonders why your user-base is declining.

I will change the service from @reliancejio to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . As you people are not keeping your commitment of recharge. If I have recharged for something and you have took extra RS 200 for one year of hotstar then give that or don't take extra amount.
