    @JioCare I would like to disconnect my jio fiber connection as I'm shifting my home.. but I couldn't contact the jio staff. When I googled, it says to call 1800 893 3399 but when I called them, he said to call 1800 896 9999 since they don't cancel the orders+

    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    @JioCare wanted to change pre to post and then go for family post paid plan itd been 4 visit to jio store matunga mumbai still not done. Now 1 postpaid upgraded from 199 to 599 other prepaid validaty over. Still no solution
