    @JioCare i have a jio fibre connection which is not working since 18.08.2022. complaint is also lodged with # SR00001D0Q7K which is unresolved till date. now i got message that Engineer will visit on 22-08-2022. Worst service from jio.

    @JioCare Didn't expect such a poor service from your side. Booked for Fiber connection and waiting for more than 4days for installation. Installation rescheduled daily and no response from engineer. Is this the way to function?

    @JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

    @JioCare 72 Hrs since I raised the issue, every time customer care says that the issue is being escalated on priority, if priority issues are dealt like this, God knows what happens to normal cases. All banking and UPI transactions are struck. I hope @TRAI has some instructions on this

    @JioCare Hi. This does not improve my experience as a customer. I would rather have the ability to call immediately than be constantly reminded about my impending plan expiry. Jio is intentionally degrading the experience to force me into a recharge. This needs to be changed immediately.
