    Jio is Very slow. I am not satisfied with the poor service. Cannot play pubg due to poor network connection. Plese fix this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i am going to switch on other network services. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio It is very hard to digest that your network at UDHARBUND, CACHAR, ASSAM is too poor to participate in online job. Subscribed 2 GB daily data for one year but could not consume half of this. You should not make profit by not providing connectivity. Shame.

    @JioCare It's been a year since I raised several complaints regarding call drop and Internet speed but till date no one bothered to help us...If Jio not able to help us then we have to strt searching 2nd optn.. pathetic network and pathetic service @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still no installation of my JioAirFiber connection, Is this the level of service customers should expect? Are customers supposed to just wait endlessly after payment? This is pure negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further.

    @JioCare Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out.
