    @JioCare It's been a year since I raised several complaints regarding call drop and Internet speed but till date no one bothered to help us...If Jio not able to help us then we have to strt searching 2nd optn.. pathetic network and pathetic service @reliancejio

    @reliancejio It is very hard to digest that your network at UDHARBUND, CACHAR, ASSAM is too poor to participate in online job. Subscribed 2 GB daily data for one year but could not consume half of this. You should not make profit by not providing connectivity. Shame.

    @JioCare I don't want this Wi-Fi anymore. It's been 5 days without internet, and despite multiple complaints, your team has done absolutely nothing except send automated replies saying a technician has been assigned. If you cannot provide the service customers are paying for, please come and take back your equipment and disconnect this connection immediately. I have completely lost trust in Jio AirFiber and have no intention of continuing with such irresponsible and pathetic service. Kindly arrange for the pickup of your device.     @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani It is really disgusting to note that your wifi connection starts sending recharge messages two days in advance and also the internet stops working, this happens every month without fail and I am sure that this is being done deliberately so that you guys can make some free money. Please allow the consumer to use the connection for the period for which he has paid the money! Don’t you think that’s fair?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.
