    At JIO you have to wait till 1AM to send a message, wait till 2 Am to browse a website, send imp mails, review videos coz people will sleep and network will give good coverage. Worst ever experience. BSNL has a better connection speed then JIO.@reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    Jio is providing the best recharge plan as compared to other telecom services but their customer support is very poor. Raised issues multiple times reg. slow internet speed & poor network in my area since last 3 months till now no action taken yet. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Jio is Very slow. I am not satisfied with the poor service. Cannot play pubg due to poor network connection. Plese fix this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i am going to switch on other network services. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare from yesterday afternoon 5G seems down in UttarKrishnapur Part 1, Silchar,Assam. Not getting 5G in here. Neither outside or inside the house. Do have a look.

    @JioCare ve been a Jio customer for 7 years, but the network is now extremely slow. There is no easy way to contact a real customer care executive—only bots and no proper complaint option or real solution. Please fix the network and improve customer support.

Your complaint has been registered, however, due to system restrictions, we are unable to confirm the engineer visit date & time. Request you to use the selfcare route to reschedule the engineer visit after few (1/3)

    How shameless are you, @JioCare ? Despite paying for our recharge every month, you take no accountability and don’t treat customer complaints seriously. You haven’t registered a single complaint properly, haven’t acknowledged the service fault, and now you’re not even responding.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I filed a complaint for this exact same issue last time. Your technician came to inspect it, and it worked fine for a few days, but now it’s back to the same old state. What did they even do? Was it just a waste of time?

    @JioCare Need help. My JioFiber includes Individual YouTube Premium. My 13-year-old son is in my Google Family, so Google only lets me upgrade to YouTube Premium Family. But Jio won't let me cancel or delink the bundled Premium. Please help.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I raised a Service Request 4 days ago for my Jio Fiber connection. Still no engineer is visiting. All of them are marking them as Hold saying door is locked. No one came to visit till now. What sort of service is this?
