    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio this is not done. While I was taking the JIO connection the customer support was very active and you used to reply in minutes now when I have cancelled the connection no one is looking after my concern. Is this the customer service??

    @reliancejio I know my plan is going to expire in 3 days. But the fact that you keep mentioning it before connecting my calls and wasting 30 seconds over it, is in itself a deficiency of service. I have paid for 84 days, allow me to use it uninterruptedly for those.

    @jagograhakjago is supposed to be the official handle of the Ministry of Consumer affairs. I have tagged the handle for the issue. No response! @JioCare is only communicating and receiving closed end complaints through bots. The ministry should ensure remedies for consumers.
