I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. All Jio users in our village are experiencing weak signals, loss of 5G, and poor network coverage. Whenever there is a power cut, the network drops further and stays on weak 4g.
