    I recently ported my wife mobile number from Vi to @reliancejio. Not at all happy about the network coverage. Forget about 4g 5g, there is no signal at Kolapakkam and in particular her school where thousands of teachers use cell phone. We are planning to move out of @reliancejio

    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare

    @JioCare Any update? It's been 3 days now and I was supposed to know the resolution by 8:05 PM today. I would like to remind you not one person called me nor has any engineer visited our residence to check. Still waiting....
