    @Airtel_Presence Whats the procedure to stop all of your service immediately... Recharging for Airtel is stupid waste of money and time.. Not getting messages/OTPs at most times.. Thinking of a better partner @reliancejio

    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @VodafoneIN I am in unlimited plan now and still when I call to other numbers it is saying I don’t have sufficient balance to make a call... I am regretting for changing network from @JioCare to @VodafoneIN

    Home in #Tambaram Office in #Kilpauk Recently shifted from @reliancejio 4G to @Idea 4G. Verdict: Far better stable network and internet connection. Net speed is also relatively high. #Jio days are officially over for me. Don't really want cheap Alt Balaji shows for free.

    @JioCare I had requested multiple times that in my area network coverage is zero... Whereas I m residing in a prime location in metro city of Chennai.Its almost 60 days of my request..But no solution could be found out.Please do something otherwise I will bound to switch to other network.

    @JioCare broadband net not working from morning... I have been trying to call customer care from morning.. Call is on waiting for 35 minutes but couldn't connect to a executive.... App keeps loading not able to complaint in app too... Local executives not responding to calls..

    @JioCare @reliancejio how many times we have to complaint for signal purpose jio network. You are employees are working or not. We are getting very low signal and tower is very near to us just 200 meters far away from us. Num 7981718396 please contac and resolve problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pls try to do something about ur network in old town, bhubaneswar area.... the network is really disappointing in this area... It is always like that and never changed from last 2-3 years....😤😒😒

    @JioCare There is no internet connectivity in my Jiofiber since 2pm yesterday and when I call the customer care they say it is a temporary outage and will be done in the nxt 2 hrs.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare team. Can I expect your promptness in resolving the issue. I am seriously tired of following up since 4 days. It’s better to not have connection, rather than not having proper service. I would request you to disconnect my service and refund the amount.

    @JioCare your network signal is like this. It is there now and - it is not there the next moment ! And it may not be available for the next 24 hours! This reminds me of DESU which, once upon a time, used to supply power in Delhi. Pathetic, in short.

    @reliancejio Do ya'll have started taking money for? SIM cards, and also please train your employees how to talk to customer they don't even know how to respect customer and explain the products no professionalism at all
