    @JioCare I got this strange text message. With reference to Service Request Number SR00001BCO8V, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +914479697446 is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    @JioCare What's happening here? No updates and no progress. The main pole has issues. There is 3 house affected in my building. And I can't be wasting my day sitting at home waiting for Jio. You guys don't pay me. My time is my money....

    @JioCare I recharged for my jio no.8610046559 today for rs.395 plan thru paytm UPI no.134128129695. But still my sim do not work. Pl look into the problem and see that sim is activated.

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel

    @JioCare Didn't expect such a poor service from your side. Booked for Fiber connection and waiting for more than 4days for installation. Installation rescheduled daily and no response from engineer. Is this the way to function?

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @JioCare I have been waiting since yesterday but no engineer has visited yet. The issue is still not resolved and there is no proper update on the MyJio app. This is very poor service. Either resolve my issue immediately or disconnect my connection. I will not continue with such service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare After my previous post, situation has worsened. It’s been 72 hrs & zero resolution despite multiple complaints. Employee from Jio openly threatened “complain anywhere,connection will take min 5 days.”Also said if I cancel, he’ll ensure I never get Jio again.

    @reliancejio I have a Jio connection number 9793979553. I used my voter ID to buy this SIM card, but now I've lost it somewhere. I'm trying to buy a new SIM with the same number using my voter ID, but the Jio representative denied me the connection. Please help @TRAI
