    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @JioCare @Prabu_S_P Do they do it purposefully? Seems based on work allocation they are paid. I faced the same issue 4 months back..they came to Rectify my neighbor line and disturbed mine line

    @JioCare Hi have requested for connection and paid it. Have pole just opposite to my building, sine 8points have already completed, they have promised to add one more socket and provide connection and collected the money, but they havent dis the same. Why dont you people help out

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, looks like there are a few honest, smart and responsible people in @airtelindia at the lowest level. Mugesh from santhome office visited our office and resolved the issue when most seniors even now, don't care. May be you guys should hire him He is at 9311387585

    1. Why will the service request close saying it been resolved, when it not resolved? 2. Since its old request is close, the new one will take another 24 time to resolve.... I mean this can go on... Can any manager or some in charge get on this and call me. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Jio Fiber is down since 4 PM yesterday (SR00001B7TSC) and frequent disconnection minimum 5 times a week. Jio Fiber is becoming unreliable internet connection in our area. No proper solution. Check on this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare paid jiofiber on 2nd Oct,installation done on 4/10, but still Internet connection not activated, several follow up with sales & engineer team, nothing happened, customer service number not working, live chat not connecting, no proper reply for email, worst ever service.

    We are watching @IPL, & as usual @JioHotstar has started buffering. I have a high speed connection of 300mbps. So don't give me an excuse. I have noticed this from the last 7-8 matches. I don't get why this issue occurs? Other than that app runs brilliantly. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still no solution. Stores in Delhi are openly refusing SIM replacement for my lost number. This is NEGLIGENCE. Customers shouldn’t suffer because your staff doesn’t know basic policy. Either resolve this immediately or I will escalate to @TRAI.

    @JioCare @Akash Ambani Today is the 9th day and my complaint still remains unresolved. We are being charged every day despite no internet service—how will Reliance Jio compensate for these losses? This level of service is highly disappointing and not expected from an industry leader.

    @reliancejio Jio care makes fun of customers when they complain for slow/no internet,i have been complaining for no network /slow network speed in my jio air fiber but nothing happens instead the problem is getting worse day by day.

    For 3 hrs they had wire connected from FAT from 2 different service providers from @reliancejio and @airtelindia they connected from Jio wire and change jio fat to airtel fat Is there any resolution from your side i had to purchase data. If it cant be done i have given
