    @JioCare Issue resolved. But, again my internet is not working since yesterday morning SR000012FMG3. Kindly fix the issue permanently or guide me how to cancel my jiofiber connection. Such a waste of money and getting frustrated during work from home timings.

    @reliancejio Jio network is worst network of the year in 2021 my mobile number is 8667680360 my recharge is 599 totally waste of money .I request for change network jio from AIRTEL AIRTEL is good compared to reliance jio (But I was 5 years of jio customer)

    @JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

    @Airtel_Presence with @reliancejio offering bundled internet service I am in a terrible dilemma whether to switch my 40mbps connection over to Jio. It quite a rage these days in apartment complexes. Not sure if Xtreme is comparable..

    @JioCare JIO Fiber +91-4435601545. Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any easy way to connect to your customer care, everywhere I go, it is automated voice and could not get the details I want. Today #myjio app showing that I used 8 GB data in just 3 hours time. Now I'm running out of data.

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Care misled me. They said all issues were resolved and asked me to recharge. After recharging, they now say the problem still exists and I must wait 6 months. No refund given. This is unfair and against basic consumer rights. #Jio #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare hi jio, yesterday agent came for jio fiber kyc but due to server issue (as what he told) I will book ur connection rightnow & took 807 payment and then LRN number issued . Now today not even any agent call received for kyc or installing. Help

    Hello @JioCare it’s been two days since Internet not working. Your @jio_fiber support is worst of all. Engineer doesn’t even pickup the calls and constantly postpone visit. Why am I paying premium price which is far more than other providers when your service is this cheap.
