    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare Again there is no date commitment from your side. Soon means NOTHING for me. If you cannot commit a date it means your team is not confident is managing customer expectation

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare i have a jio fibre connection which is not working since 18.08.2022. complaint is also lodged with # SR00001D0Q7K which is unresolved till date. now i got message that Engineer will visit on 22-08-2022. Worst service from jio.

    @JioCare any customer service oriented person in Jio can confirm whether you can provide jio dongle till you set my connectivity issue as interim solution since I have already recharged and not using my net for the past one week

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing issues with jio fiber connection since Friday and raised SR ticket but don't know why you cancelled the request. After that i raised the other new SR000016RISP ticket for the same which got resolved automatically without any engineer visit.

    @JioCare @ImAtulKansal @MukeshAmbanima how difficult is it to get port into Reliance network. The reality s different from what is being advertised. The Jio stores are giving a horrible experience to the new customers in UP and there is no mystery audit being done to improve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio More over your team is not providing proper service here. They know the issue very well but no one is ready to fix it. For a building of 15 flats they have only 8 ports & they are playing around with those 8 ports whenever any one complains instead of fixing

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its been more than 10 days I lodged a complaint that I have internet connection issue, but instead of addressing the problem they are closing my tickets. Your team in Matrusri Nagar, Miyapur, Hyderabad are not responding to my calls and not fixing issue.

I am also a user of Jio fiber but from last 15 days I am unable to use jio fiber services. whenever I complaint to customer care they daily give deadline of 24 hours but they never work on it

    There has been massive disturbance and interrupted network through out our areas with all network providers for past 1 week. People are suffering. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Since customers are unaware to report, being quite n paying money in vain! Its so hard.
