    I recently ported my wife mobile number from Vi to @reliancejio. Not at all happy about the network coverage. Forget about 4g 5g, there is no signal at Kolapakkam and in particular her school where thousands of teachers use cell phone. We are planning to move out of @reliancejio

    @JioCare Out of 6, 3 days internet not working in this billing cycle. Really uncomfortable with jio fiber. Lets think about during work from home, without internet how can i manage.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t understand logic when customer care person told with Jio WiFi you can watch prime, hotstar if you have own account subscriptions.

    @JioCare Issue resolved. But, again my internet is not working since yesterday morning SR000012FMG3. Kindly fix the issue permanently or guide me how to cancel my jiofiber connection. Such a waste of money and getting frustrated during work from home timings.

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @JioCare I called your customer care atleast 10 times over the last four days regarding my wifi not working. It's still not resolved and your customer service keeps promising to do it the same/next day but no action yet. We're all working from home, please do something soon

    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection is down for a week. Multiple complaints raised, zero action! As society representative, if this isn't fixed today, we will remove all Jio wiring from our premises & invite @airtelindia to service the entire society. Fix this!

    Yes even I raised this issue and a person came in to my home from @JioCare and looked the coverage of 5G What he told me is there's no proper 5G tower nearby and they are trying to install at the earliest. Which would take 4 months.

    @JioCare ​Disappointed with Jio's service. Visited the store today to get a new SIM urgently. The staff's behavior was highly unprofessional—they refused to listen to my issue or help me out. I had to leave without my SIM. Please resolve this ASAP. @reliancejio @relianceinsider
