    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare I think you are absolutely correct, thats why you declare the use/issue of that no for his family as illegal untill disconnection after the owner is incapacitated and lost that sim. So as legality could be maintained not the right of person.

    @JioCare I'm facing this issue at all locations across Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Hence it's not an area specific issue. Also it's not a handset related issue too as with airtel network, the WhatsApp calls run fine. The issue is only with jio network.

    @JioCare Thanks for your quick response Purnima. I’ll appreciate if you can waive off the rent for the period when my internet service was disturbed. I spoke to your customer care and they didn’t give any proper response.
