    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare my jio fiber no is 4479624957, my registered mobile no 8072628448. Jiofiber not working since 8/2/2021. Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    @reliancejio JioFiber # 8079635562 with Rs.699 plan, paid advance of Rs.4948 on July 27th for connection of 6 months. Due to the wrong billing in the month of July, have lost one month's amount. Written 15+ mails, called customer care, tweeting since Aug, no resolution. Will disconnect soon
