    @JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @reliancejio I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber. I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products.

    @JioCare Issue resolved. But, again my internet is not working since yesterday morning SR000012FMG3. Kindly fix the issue permanently or guide me how to cancel my jiofiber connection. Such a waste of money and getting frustrated during work from home timings.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support. Outgoing SMS has stopped working on my Jio SIM while incoming SMS works fine. After multiple calls to customer care, the issue is still unresolved. Please stop passing me around and fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare What does "Service Request On Hold" mean when the issue is still unresolved? Technician visited this morning and assured resolution by evening. Instead, the ticket is now on hold without any explanation. This is already the 4th outage in 13 days. #JioFiber
