    Jio Fiber is down since 4 PM yesterday (SR00001B7TSC) and frequent disconnection minimum 5 times a week. Jio Fiber is becoming unreliable internet connection in our area. No proper solution. Check on this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare Thank you Nikita, However who is owning this activity from Jio ? I want Jio to handle this end to end to resolve this quickly cos i don't want to get my productivity impacted - I Pay you on time to and its responsibility to provide the service end to end @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down and it was reported on Mar 25, 8 AM assured it would be fixed in next 24 hrs. After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    Unfortunately my issue remains unresolved from last Thursday. Eventually I am cancelling my subscription and opting out from Jio. Once again no offense to you all here but it is the pathetic support I received. @JioCare @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare I got this strange text message. With reference to Service Request Number SR00001BCO8V, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +914479697446 is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    @JioCare Didn't expect such a poor service from your side. Booked for Fiber connection and waiting for more than 4days for installation. Installation rescheduled daily and no response from engineer. Is this the way to function?

    @JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

    Worst services for Jio fiber 5G, don’t know will Jio be able to handle 5G services in India. They are not able to solve one service number in 11 days, today is 12 th Day and no one visited for repair. @PMOIndia request you to give 5G services in good hands. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am fed up of your pathetic customer service and zero integrity. Your fiber team comes and installs a new connection everytime there is any issue without closing the previous one. Now they are asking me for additional hardware which was not given by team.

    @JioCare Have been promised 20 different time slots for the engineers visiting my place in the last 3 days. Every time the excuse provided has been of extreme weather and flooding which are false. Customer service executives are of no help. Official stores can't help as well.
