@JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

@JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

@JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

@DoT_India @TRAI Please regulate the @reliancejio In my area when Jio started it's operation, we are able to make call from anywhere in my area but after 1 year we have to out of home for making calls and now we should go on roof. All people facing issue. Location is V6GM+5P2.
