    @JioCare 2 days since i raised service ticket for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come y'day. It's going to be end of the day on day 2 but no sign. Will you guys keep connection on if I delay the payment by a day? Will you compensate for service deficiency?

    @JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

    Very worst customer service - Jio fiber @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare .I disconnected my Jio fiber line by 20days back and requested multiple times to get back the router. It's still not happening & they rescheduled (multi times) the pick-up time without my acknowledgment.

    @JioCare Is there any robot sitting over there? I have clearly explained to you that poco has released the 5g support software for jio 5g but jio has not yet made poco f4 in their compatible list of 5g phone in the database.

    @IDFCFIRSTBank Your OTP system for performing UPI transactions is very bad. Please improve your systems. Location- Delhi and network operator is @reliancejio @RBI please investigate idfc systems. Most of the times otp don’t come.
