    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @reliancejio Jio network is worst network of the year in 2021 my mobile number is 8667680360 my recharge is 599 totally waste of money .I request for change network jio from AIRTEL AIRTEL is good compared to reliance jio (But I was 5 years of jio customer)

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any easy way to connect to your customer care, everywhere I go, it is automated voice and could not get the details I want. Today #myjio app showing that I used 8 GB data in just 3 hours time. Now I'm running out of data.

    @ShyamDeka @JioCare @JioChat Their action was appreciatable in my complaint.. But still the issue exits, anyhow we where informed of their progress and one day the issue will be solved.

    @reliancejio I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber. I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products.

    Technician from @JioCare came home and he was not even ready to wear his mask. We had to push him to use sanitizer and mask 😷 poor health safety measures. @narendramodi @PMOIndia We need to address these kind of issues to stop virus spread. @CMOTamilNadu technician name - Venkat

    @JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

    @JioCare my jio fiber no is 4479624957, my registered mobile no 8072628448. Jiofiber not working since 8/2/2021. Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

    @JioCare troubleshooting steps shared by you in inbox are only for one handset, but the issue is happening with all Jio SIMs and multiple different handsets in our house. Fixing settings on one mobile will not resolve the problem for every SIM. 1/2

    @JioCare Jiofiber WiFi has been down since 2 days & I’m only getting repeated automated ETA messages with changing timelines. No proper support or clear update, and my work is getting impacted. If this isn’t resolved urgently, I’ll discontinue Jio and switch to Airtel wifi.

    @JioCare This is since last 6 days. I made many complaints but your network department and back end team did nothing. I fact they are just closing down complaints without resolving the issue. Does it take a week to solve? Or you people don’t want to work?

    @JioCare I have already mentioned its the same location, not only myself my surrounding people also facing the same issue. No tower , no signal, nothing is there. Are you guys are playing with the consumers, no service person or technician came to the location to check.
