Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

Your IVR disconnects, chat is useless, and I’m left without internet. Fix this immediately.
