I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. If tech team is busy, the cust care can’t even raise SR. Even if you get SR raised after much of brain drain, it’s closed without resolution
