Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. Despite that, the complaints are automatically closed as "resolved" without any action. Please take this seriously, escalate the issue.
