    Home in #Tambaram Office in #Kilpauk Recently shifted from @reliancejio 4G to @Idea 4G. Verdict: Far better stable network and internet connection. Net speed is also relatively high. #Jio days are officially over for me. Don't really want cheap Alt Balaji shows for free.

    @JioCare I had requested multiple times that in my area network coverage is zero... Whereas I m residing in a prime location in metro city of Chennai.Its almost 60 days of my request..But no solution could be found out.Please do something otherwise I will bound to switch to other network.

    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @VodafoneIN I am in unlimited plan now and still when I call to other numbers it is saying I don’t have sufficient balance to make a call... I am regretting for changing network from @JioCare to @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare I can't host a server on my pc because of CGNAT that is implemented. You guys don't provide a method to get a static IP either. Even after you guys provide such good services, this was a very big letdown. I hope you fix this soon, I am looking forward to it.

    @JioCare Postal address - parbotia feeder road, tinsukia, Assam Pin - 786125 This is the same address as the last time. This is now a common occurrence. Suddenly the internet service becomes unavailable for few days. I also DMed this some time ago but there was no reply

    @JioCare @reliancejio : What happened to your mobile data. The network speed till yesterday was 35 Mbps and now it's at 1 Mbps since early morning. What's happening and there is no way to talk to customer support? Please call me asap.
