Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. Paying for both but getting neither! Please resolve this. With your 4G network speed I can't even open the myjio app what a shame.
