@JioCare I recharged for Rs.251 pack instead of Rs.249. Can you please help me in updating the pack. Rs.251 seems to be a data pack where I'm already in a 3GB/day data pack and I don't need further data packs.

Recently I had changed my number from postpaid to prepaid. Ever since that I have this issue majorly. Am sorry to say but @reliancejio is providing better service. The same location where airtel was down, Jio was working fine. Pls look into the tagged location Pin 600010

@JioCare After every one hr my jio sim will restart . After visiting jio service centre they are not understanding chronology.Phele orginal sim close hoga phir duplicate sim activate hoga.What they are doing they are using both sims in same phone... Phir pocho maht.

@HiHonorIndia Do you know... @airtelindia is also now against @HuaweiIndia Had 4 yrs old #Honor5X, where all other SIM such as @BSNL_CHTD , @VodafoneIN , @reliancejio is working... All @airtelindia SIM doesn't gets latched with its network when connecting through Honor5x...

@JioCare This company cannot manage an IVR and they fool people into believing they can manage 5G with their own technology!! If you call 199 you will never be given a choice of language but will randomly be connected to an operator in any of the 20 Indian languages.

@JioCare so incompetent that you guys close SR even workout checking with customer whether the issue is resolved or not. I am facing sms issue after i converted my sim to ESIM and every-time I raise SR, it gets closed saying this is resolved . This is ridiculous.
