Im getting worst internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare at my location, especially after evening 6pm and above i couldnt even send a msgs in whatsapp.During day time its ok the network speed is average.kindly fix the issue ASAP.

It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

@JioCare In Panckula Pincode 134113 Since many days Call are not going properly, Internet stops working after few minutes. This happens again and again. I need to switch on/off the Airplane mode than it works for 15-30 minutes then again the same issue.

@reliancejio My internet is not working for the last 1 month, I have been trying to connect with JIO customers for the last 30 min, no answer from the JIO team, my suggestion is to shut down your services if you're not able to help you, the customer. very frustrating internet.
