I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

The fact that I received THIS SMS despite being on DND is a whole different issue altogether. Please block the number firstbto prevent innocent victims calling them up. That should be your primary responsibility.
