No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.
