I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?
