Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

There is a reason I believed Jio because they provided me uninterrupted coverage for more 7 years 2020: 20mbps 4G with lowest latency (my phone doesn't support CA that time) 2021: 45mbps 4G (same as 2020) 2022: 70-75mbps 4G+ (phone changed Jan 2023: First to upgrade the nearest tower to 5G That's why I had faith in @reliancejio
