I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.
