@JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

@JioCare @reliancejio wrong recharge of Rs 594 got activated which works only with Jio phone on 8639311824. Customer care is asking to recharge with normal plan for smart phone and are not able to reverse the wrong plan. Need you to help this number to be with Jio forever #Jio

@JioCare Make sure the connection is sorted in 15 min . Not that the person is staying in my home for hours . Or I shift to airtel who sorted things merely in 15 mins . I don't want the engineer to discuss issue with senior on call on road in front of my house.
