    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down and it was reported on Mar 25, 8 AM assured it would be fixed in next 24 hrs. After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

    @JioCare JIO Fiber +91-4435601545. Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, looks like there are a few honest, smart and responsible people in @airtelindia at the lowest level. Mugesh from santhome office visited our office and resolved the issue when most seniors even now, don't care. May be you guys should hire him He is at 9311387585

    @JioCare @Rishabh_6446 I am from Rampar(Abdasa) Taluka: Abdasa, Dist. :Kutch. Over the 1.5 year, we facing the too slow internet problem here, we complaint so many times in jio customer care but they are still not solving our issues, sometimes they were very rudely behave with us.

    @reliancejio Converted to prepaid from postpaid in November 2020. Jio hasn't refunded any security deposit until end of January, while they charge a ton for late payments, didn't compensate a penny for their late. Still struggling for partial refund, jio service don't even reply.
