    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any easy way to connect to your customer care, everywhere I go, it is automated voice and could not get the details I want. Today #myjio app showing that I used 8 GB data in just 3 hours time. Now I'm running out of data.

    @JioCare I took new Jio Fiber connection last week and it did work only till yesterday.Since yesterday evening It is not working. We have been Continuously calling customer care to resolve the issue but no response yet. Planning to close the connection and hope I will get money

    @JioCare Very poor service and support from JIO. They took 2500 Rs from me. I will never ever go to Jio again and push others not to go for Jio. ACT customer service much better than Jio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely unprofessional team. Incapable of providing basic internet services. No wonder they have fallen way behind in competition to @reliancejio. Other network providers are ready to offer better services in 2 hrs and they are still asleep.

    @JioCare Issue resolved. But, again my internet is not working since yesterday morning SR000012FMG3. Kindly fix the issue permanently or guide me how to cancel my jiofiber connection. Such a waste of money and getting frustrated during work from home timings.

    @JioCare Out of 6, 3 days internet not working in this billing cycle. Really uncomfortable with jio fiber. Lets think about during work from home, without internet how can i manage.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have done my recharge for my doongle for one year recharge. For internet. Later it showed for Disney hot star for 1 year to pay 222 . Paid the same . Put not getting otp. Pl update . Not able to sign in from Disney hotstar.

    @Airtel_Presence with @reliancejio offering bundled internet service I am in a terrible dilemma whether to switch my 40mbps connection over to Jio. It quite a rage these days in apartment complexes. Not sure if Xtreme is comparable..

    @JioCare You should not. If we are paying the amount for pack 2Gb we have to use it without any issue. If users are increase please ask team to increase in network and internet. If you want to decrease users for increased your internet network then I will ask 7 villeges people port number

    @JioCare We have registered for Jio gigafiber and paid 2500 Rs in advanced almost 2 weeks ago still no steps taken in Berhampore, Murshidabad. Very poor service, the employees not responding properly to our questions and bad behavior.
