It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

Jio 4G india's slowest 4G network 652MB video download took 24hrs worst experience with jio 4g. i already complained in jio customer care. Bsnl 3g better than jio 4g. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Today I went to jio store in chennai, mmda arumbakkam branch to change the mobile portability from airtel to jio, Jio store executive behaves very rudely , they won't give information and I got a very bad experience. He speaks very hardly with rowdy manner

raised a complaint rgarding my jio fiber network issue and they booked an appointment for 2 pm.But it's been 24 hours and no one showed up,I called customer care 3 times they keep rescheduling.Being in metro cities facing such issues for Jio is not expected.@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio : very poor on-ground service for JioFiber (Bangalore). Fiber gets cut outside the house, no service engineer sent for 2-3 days. Then he comes and does such a poor job that fiber gets cut again within 10 days. Another 2+ day wait. Very unreliable.
