@reliancejio @JioCare I took new broadband connection with JIO but went in vain. Neither the sales manager responds my call nor the installation person takes action to resolve the issue. Also tried calling the CC numbers on 18008969999, 18001031044 but it’s always busy.

It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

@JioCare I have ported from Jio to Airtel(@airtelindia) due to No Jio Network coverage in this Area (500020 - BapujiNagar), even after multiple complaints, there was no response from @JioCare, i had to sit on the top floor to use Jio. Hope you set it right before i come back. Thanks!!
