    @reliancejio @JioCare i have done my recharge for my doongle for one year recharge. For internet. Later it showed for Disney hot star for 1 year to pay 222 . Paid the same . Put not getting otp. Pl update . Not able to sign in from Disney hotstar.

    @JioCare I took new Jio Fiber connection last week and it did work only till yesterday.Since yesterday evening It is not working. We have been Continuously calling customer care to resolve the issue but no response yet. Planning to close the connection and hope I will get money

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely unprofessional team. Incapable of providing basic internet services. No wonder they have fallen way behind in competition to @reliancejio. Other network providers are ready to offer better services in 2 hrs and they are still asleep.

    @JioCare I feel you services is deteriorating day by day. The speed of the net you are providing is of 2 G and you are charging for 4G and what the hell every time l call on the customer care they say as there are many users of Jio in your area that why the problem is there.

    @TheUnknown2812 Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Too many call drops in past 4-5days, each call drops in mere 30-40seconds, this is very irritating. This type of service was not expected from JIO at all. Highly disappointed and harrassed by this. Pls take care and provide a solution asap.
