    @JioCare I have been installed Jio fiber net modem on 2nd sep but till date my activation has not happened... I’m fed up with the worst customer care and they raise tickets and that is not resolved but I receive msg as ticket closed as activated.

    @gopalakrish @dimaagkoshot Yes, can get only 40Mbps max in Velachery...the customer care has told the speed is upto 100Mbps..😦.. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioGigafiber #JioFiber .. I'm getting 90Mbps with @airtelindia ... But I'm waiting for today's announcement..!

    @reliancejio . Our facility in Karur was visited by two executives from Reliance Jio on 8th Aug and they have assured that they will fix new tower in next two weeks on or before 23rd Aug 2019. I will update you accordinhly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is no single point of tower in Ramanujam IT park Tharamani Chennai..Always no signal...mainly on Carr building.. everyone facing this issue.. please do necessary action ASAP.. otherwise all are already decided to move another network.

    @reliancejio We have shifted 180 CUG to JIO. JIO had assured they will put a new tower near our factory Loomtex Exports at Karur,Tamilnadu for better signal. Now after shifting no one is responding from JIO. This is unethical. You can reach me on 9841032132. Milind Mungikar

    @akhileshb95 @bhatnaturally Nope. No luck. Migrated to esim. Still doesn’t work. A network engineer from @reliancejio called me earlier today for my network related complaint made yesterday and confirmed with him. 5G is available in my area. Looks like invite is needed for me to get access.

    Network connectivity is so strong that you cannot make call. Even if call gets connected by any means you can not hear the voice from the other side.this is the strategy to make money anyhow by jio.@JioCare @PTI_News @htTweets

    I did an additional @reliancejio recharge of Rs2599 last year. Plan includes a @DisneyPlusHS subscription.The new plan automatically got activated but my hotstar did not get activated, @JioCare didn't help(neither on call not on email).Is the consumer court only option left?#scam

    I just ported from Airtel to Jio a few days back. The data in my Jio sim is not renewed at 12 o'clock in the night, some day 12:20, some day 12:47, some day 12:35 it happens like this. Jio customer care call is also not working . @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio gave solution for slowest 4G of india 1) Is to change handset for speed 2) to change location to get speed(I have to changd hy home for that) 3)and they dont have customer care staff to talk intellectually. Rather to change handset or location of mine of smtng
