@JioCare I called your customer care atleast 10 times over the last four days regarding my wifi not working. It's still not resolved and your customer service keeps promising to do it the same/next day but no action yet. We're all working from home, please do something soon

@JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

@JioCare Hi Abhishek, the issue is frequent call drops, poor voice clarity and sometimes calls do not connect due to very weak signal at my address Punjabi Bagh Extension, New Delhi 110026). All 5 Jio numbers here are facing the same problem. Kindly arrange a network check at location.
