    @JioCare When it I’ll shot out from past 1 week your customer care were saying it I’ll be fixed in to 3 to 4 hours and daily 1.5 gb is getting waste without any reason

    @JioCare Network and internet connectivity in kodambakkam,chennai area is pathetic. Pl do something as in lockdown, internet and network connectivity is playing important role.

    I was not able to do my work from home 😊 It was a very bad day for me😊 one the Internet is slow and the wifi doesn’t even connect and I have initiated 1 year plan in gold plan. Poor service @reliancejio @reliancegroup such a bad experience

    Technician from @JioCare came home and he was not even ready to wear his mask. We had to push him to use sanitizer and mask 😷 poor health safety measures. @narendramodi @PMOIndia We need to address these kind of issues to stop virus spread. @CMOTamilNadu technician name - Venkat

    From past 3 weeks my Jio internet is not working @JioCare and when I call customer cares they were saying it I’ll be fixing in 3 to 4 hours I think 3 to 4 hours for jio telecom may be 3 to 4 months 😞😞@reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare sir actually I m using 1.5GB plan but after 1GB I m getting notification that you used your 100% data . please solve the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any easy way to connect to your customer care, everywhere I go, it is automated voice and could not get the details I want. Today #myjio app showing that I used 8 GB data in just 3 hours time. Now I'm running out of data.

    @reliancejio There is some issue for network, no speed limit jio network , jio is giving speed 1 kb to 5 kb per second,Always jio tower Machine off, tower man not maintain the properly tower, I think Stealing Diesel in this area .vill siswa kala ,mh nagar hasanpura (siwan)

    @airtelindia Recently got Airtel X-Fiber & facing ping issues lately. The server assigned is Lucknow (~1000km far, when they alrdy have server nearby). SR raised 2w back to change it, no updates yet. @reliancejio @JioCare : Are you guys better than this? Will switch immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare we all getting less than 10kbps here from more than 15 days. Charges increased 25% and Internet speed decreased by 99% ?? I am seeing no difference in VI and Jio nowadays. We having Big issues in our daily office work due to nearly zero internet . Plz help.

    Dear @JioCare I use jio sim.i have been facing problem like slow poor internet.While your network tower is 200 meters away from my house. Everybody is very upset Hopefull, some decisiveaction will be taken from you. Resolve this problem as soon as possible.😔

    @JioCare I live in Mysore, I have low Signal in my area which has 150 house apartment and obey 500 houses around the area. Tech team said they cannot help.

    @airtelindia this is really not acceptable. The compliant was raised asking for fixing the slow internet but turnaround time is 10 days. What r we suppose to do till then for our ofc work? There is none even to communicate. I regret not taking @JioCare and will b stuck for 1 yr

    @reliancejio Your network completely failing to provide basic internet connectivity at my home in Tilaknagar Mumbai area. Pin code- 400089. DM yesterday yielded no results. WOrk is getting impacted. Exact address in DM. Kindly intervene at the earliest

    @reliancejio ONE IMPORTANT THING " IF ANYONE NOT RECHARGE JIO NUMBER THEN NETWORK NOT COME BUT WHEN RECHARGE THEN JIO TEAM SAID WAIT TEAM IS WORKING WAIT FOR 180 DAYS ......" AA SA LAGATA HAI KI JIO 180 DAYS MA EARTH ,VENUS ,MARS etc.. ki GROUND KO DIG KAR DEGA
