    @JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

    @JioCare You know if feels like cheating. The sales guy when he sold the connection said Rs 2500 is refundable deposit, I take it as it is. Now when I cancel, I get all kinds of explanation. Installation charges and security deposit. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare @JioCare if you cannot solve this issue, say it transparently, I'll choose to go with other networks who looks super reliable. They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.

    @reliancejio I ported to JIO but the SIM I got delivered by Jio representative and after paying approx 250 is not working, no SIM detected, tried on multiple mobile on which other SIM r wrkin but JIO SIM nt detected only, n my actual no. is deactivated now.

    @JioCare You gave me zero service literally. Now 7003736523 should give me atleast two weeks of extension of validity. Not even give 2G proper speed Internet .that's the fact . But I an being tolerant and forgiveness all year or more .. Now your Connection is worst . Fraudulent
