@JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

@JioCare I recharged through Amazon Pay and twice your app said the payment failed and then shortly afterwards I get a message that my account has been recharged. Twice the money has been debited.n please help.

@reliancejio Your employees for activation are doing fraud. They take OTP on calls without delivery of sim or activation. They havent even done activation in 8 hours forget 2 hours. Shameful service
