    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

    @JioCare @reliancejio My neighbour below my floor has jio and its working fine.. Next to my building one of my relative has jio working fine. How can you say there is temporary issue in my area Don't just tweet misleading information without any knowledge..

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @JioCare Dear Team, Your network is very poor is Greater Noida West many area, and this is not from some days, this issue is from many years, and I can't see any improvement. Even other providers having good network. so I am planning to port to some other providers.

    @JioCare The outage is clear but no internet in my home from 1st July blocked all call options. I'm still repeatedly saying the issue in your area is working to resolve and call getting disconnected.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, after months of complaints, I'm still receiving the same copy-paste response. The problem is not my phone; it's the network in our village. Please verify the local coverage instead of repeating generic troubleshooting. Same problemexist on every 5G device I have.
