Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

@JioCare Yesterday I got first response from @jiocare social media assuring me that action will be taken and their engineer will visit today without fail by 9:00AM. It’s 9:30 now and there is no sight of any such engineer. #JioFiber fails again.
