    @JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    @reliancejio i recently shifted to new house in same city and requested for relocation but customer care, technician all are saying there service unavailability.but my landlord has jio fibre,his other tenant has jio fibre. But if i request for new connection Dey r ready to give.

    @JioCare Dear Murali, I understand your concern regarding cancellation and refund of security deposit. Sir, as I checked cancellation request was closed without any action (SR00001FZ4SM, SR00001G1Y3J). Without my consent and action how can your people close the cancel issue

    @JioCare I would like to disconnect my jio fiber connection as I'm shifting my home.. but I couldn't contact the jio staff. When I googled, it says to call 1800 893 3399 but when I called them, he said to call 1800 896 9999 since they don't cancel the orders+

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare Dear Jio, money deducted instantly for my JioFiber recharge, but after 3 calls to customer care, I got 3 different explanations. Taking payment was easy. Who’s actually going to recharge my account, or is this the premium experience?

    @JioCare Very disappointed. It's been 9+ days since KYC and payment for Jio AirFiber, but installation is still pending. The promised installation date has passed, and support has not helped. Please resolve this issue urgently.

    @JioCare 24+ hours of outage and counting. Service unavailable. Work affected. Classes missed. Extra money spent on backup internet. Will @JioCare compensate customers for Jio’s failure to provide a paid service, or are customers expected to bear the loss?

    @ViCustomerCare app don't show payment from the banks, how do we pay the bill ? UPI is not mandatory by Govt yet and if u have made mandatory, plz give 30 days time to customer @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have paid for JioFiber on 2nd June. Still my installation has not happened. Either do the installation by tomorrow or cancel and refund the money
