    @JioCare i am customer of jio net work. Using fiber net. For 21days we could not get connection. Restored last week and get connection. Then agian problem. Tuesday. Then connected yesterday. Now failure. What's going on net work. Poor response and maintenance. No customer care.

    @JioCare When it I’ll shot out from past 1 week your customer care were saying it I’ll be fixed in to 3 to 4 hours and daily 1.5 gb is getting waste without any reason

    @reliancejio @JioCare it has been 3 weeks and have 10 times your customer service to refund my money. Every time they your setup box will be picked by tomorrow and will get refund in 48 hours ... I would announce in my society and encourage everyone enroll with jio..poor service

    @JioCare my jiofi plan doesn't tell me what the speed is. Nothing is opening. On the jio app your only solution is to insert a jio sim in the phone, which is not how jiofi works

    I think its time to switch to some other network. Its been hours since I hv used my internet properly. Its literally 0.56 Kbps with 1 GB data available and full network. I have important stuff to do. Pathetic service @reliancejio @JioCare 😡

    @reliancejio It's Been more than 2 years I have complained so many times to the jio operator's about the network related issues at our location but sadly I have not seen any improvement in the network connectivity. So at last I have ported to @airtelindia and till date I have not faced issues

    @reliancejio your mobile services have hit a new low. Since a month I never receive OTPs when needed. Network is super scarce. Wonder if shifting to Jio from Airtel was any worth? Fix this!
