    @JioCare I have been installed Jio fiber net modem on 2nd sep but till date my activation has not happened... I’m fed up with the worst customer care and they raise tickets and that is not resolved but I receive msg as ticket closed as activated.

    @ACTFibernet This is very bad, I still don't have a resolution for the outage...I will wait a couple of days and move on to another service provider. The general feedback on your service is poor, wonder if you have given up due to competition from @JioCare #JioGigaFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio wrong recharge of Rs 594 got activated which works only with Jio phone on 8639311824. Customer care is asking to recharge with normal plan for smart phone and are not able to reverse the wrong plan. Need you to help this number to be with Jio forever #Jio

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence slow speed mostly I am getting is below 1 mbps and it is very fluctuating from airtel 4g hotspot. @reliancejio do not have plans according to my need and airtel speed sucks.

    @gopalakrish @dimaagkoshot Yes, can get only 40Mbps max in Velachery...the customer care has told the speed is upto 100Mbps..😦.. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioGigafiber #JioFiber .. I'm getting 90Mbps with @airtelindia ... But I'm waiting for today's announcement..!

    @JioCare @reliancejio for last 3 days, my fibernet is not working. I am complaining daily, customercare told me daily that engineer will visit today but not a single time any engineer came and complaint is resolved everytime at its own. I have been harrased. I live in kota 324009

    @JioCare I have not received any message/ call from the team, the app glitch is not fixed, my service request for relocate Jio, is not even placed. How much time do you guys need to address a simple issue???

    @JioCare it's pathetic that YOUR CUSTOMER CARE can't upgrade my recharge which I mistakenly recharged for 100 mbps in place of 150mbps despite I am willing to pay difference amount. Payment Ref no. TB00000RFTVB. I want jiofiber -6M- 5994 plan to be activated from 28th May
