    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare i have a jio fibre connection which is not working since 18.08.2022. complaint is also lodged with # SR00001D0Q7K which is unresolved till date. now i got message that Engineer will visit on 22-08-2022. Worst service from jio.

    @JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @ajeetbharti @JioCare Both Jio and Airtel know verywell you will switch from one to the other and they don't care. They took several days in may case and always would close it after 2 days w/o attending to the problem. I switched to @ACTFibernet who attend within 2 to 4 hours at worst

    @_algomint_ @ajeetbharti @JioCare Definitely I have used both Airtel and jio airfiber horrible service. Then I got local Gtpl broadband and Bsnl. Bsnl engineer are little better than this telecom giant. I using bsnl from 2 years and got problems 4 times and resolved in 3-4 hours.

    Raised complaint SR00002GEL1S for Jio Fiber issue. Engineer visit 11–12, no one came, no update. No call support to talk directly, no email response either. Service interruption caused big problems. @reliancejio please take back your Jio box – @airtelindia is far better!

    @ViCustomerCare it’s impossible to recharge internet pack when data is exhausted via that Vi app (atleast on iphone) had to call my brother to recharge my phone. Granted you are the only service provider worth their salt in Sikkim. Both @reliancejio & @airtelindia are unusable.
