@JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

@JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

@JioCare @reliancejio I don't understand problem with your SIMs. They never seem to work immediately on any device. And you have THE MOST USELESS customer service. They were not able to resolve any of the several issues I have complained till now & these are for multiple SIMs.
