    @JioCare these days we are not able to communicate via your network. Even with wifi calling feature there is a lot of frequent disconnections. Even in prime business areas

    @reliancejio i have a jio wifi router which is prepaid. I wanted to ascertain whether it is active so that i could recharge it. I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

    @JioCare Dear Murali, I understand your concern regarding cancellation and refund of security deposit. Sir, as I checked cancellation request was closed without any action (SR00001FZ4SM, SR00001G1Y3J). Without my consent and action how can your people close the cancel issue

    @JioCare Your engineer visited and advised me to go in for cancellation process.the guy mobile number is 9841353507..he said due to long distance wiring he cannot rectify the issue..now I request you to take action against the guy who cheated me and made me to take the connection..

    @JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

    @reliancejio I was looking at plans for renewing next month but got surprised to see that how @reliancejio replaced the Rs.1899 plan with Rs.1748 with voice only plan & no data. I am in that few of the customer list who need less data with longer validity. Need to switch to @ViCustomerCare

    Tired of @JioCare’s unstable internet and constant 5G/4G toggling. Haven't been able to use 5G in my room for 10 days. Also, the outdoor speed jumps from 40 Mbps to 500 Kbps in seconds. If I’m stuck on 4G anyway, shouldn't I just switch back to @ViCustomerCare? #jionetworkissue

    @JioCare it’s been 24 days since I have had Internet connectivity. I have lodged numerous complaints, most of which auto closed from back end without any service engineer attending. I have now requested for termination of my connection. Appellate is even worse. BSNL/Airtel better
