    @JioCare Hi Sir, We have paid this month data. But past 1 week jio wifi fiber not working in our home. We have raised multiple complaints still it was not yet cleared. Would you please check and revert or please refund our paid money, after all cleared we will recharge later

    @JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

    When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio

    @JioCare I just received below sms and this is not True though. With reference to Service Request Number SR0000182ZVJ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number ** is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio number is linked with the wrong Aadhaar due to a retailer’s mistake. I don’t know that person, so transfer isn’t possible. Please fix this urgently or allow fresh KYC with my Aadhaar.

    @JioCare My router got replaced but the field engineer charged for the adapter. How come the adaptor is separate from the router?? Moreover, I didn't get any bill for the adaptor. I reached out to customer care they confirmed no bill will be there. What kind of scam is this @JioCare ??
