@JioCare You know if feels like cheating. The sales guy when he sold the connection said Rs 2500 is refundable deposit, I take it as it is. Now when I cancel, I get all kinds of explanation. Installation charges and security deposit. Very disappointed.

Always rescheduling the appointment and customer care of @JioCare is so pathetic that they can't transfer call to their seniors nor they provide the contact information of service center or service engineer. It was really a very bad decision to switch to @JioFiberVoice.
