@JioCare JIO Fiber +91-4435601545. Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

@JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

@reliancejio rigester fiver connection with order no. NO0000HDCV46 and i got installation date of 19-5-2021 and time slot 13:00pm. waiting for the installation. Engineer from morning .now its give next time slot for 18:30 after some time time change to 20:30. Worst service
