    @JioCare I would like to disconnect my jio fiber connection as I'm shifting my home.. but I couldn't contact the jio staff. When I googled, it says to call 1800 893 3399 but when I called them, he said to call 1800 896 9999 since they don't cancel the orders+

    @JioCare worst service from Jio fibernet , tried multiple times with customer care from yesterday morning but no one supported me to solve internet issue ,service request no. is SR000016EDBJ.pls help to sort out or disconnect the service atleast will go for Airtel or Act

    @ACTFibernet I hv paid 1 year Subscription in mrs.R.Lakshmi’s name.Last 72 Hrs,there is No-internet connection & Ur service is very bad.None of ur staffs r responding wt respect.Infact some hv abused my staff & threatened us to surrender #Broadband.FYKI @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    @JioCare I just received below sms and this is not True though. With reference to Service Request Number SR0000182ZVJ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number ** is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare I started the set-top box service on April 4, 2026. Since then, I have been facing issues. I have contacted support multiple times, and even though a technician visited, the problem is still not resolved. They are also charging money without fixing the issues

    @JioCare First of all, this was never requested by me, and this cannot be called a resolution. You’re simply taking decisions on your own without addressing the actual issue. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Do the job properly instead of closing requests for ur convenience

    @JioCare Hello Aishwarya, thanks for your time on call. Telephonic conversation has made me realise that i have made a grave mistake by opting for jio. So in order to correct that i'm discontinuing its services. I won't be paying the bill amount as no service was provided in that period.

    @Jio_Business @JioCare Pathetic service by Jio Business Broadband. Raised complaint for internet issue on 9th April, but they only do take feedback over call. Their engineers do not have time to resolve the issue. Everyday they promose to provide solution by EOD, but do nothing

    @JioCare I have sent the details. Pls sort this out asap before 6 pm IST. There are important client calls lined up. Pls havr it rectified from your end. Pls don’t give me the usual steps like - restart router, check if VPN connection existing or using 3rd party router. Answer is no to all. I need a solution asap, not having to explain the same thing over and over again before 6 pm IST today.
