    @JioCare Team just last week I have started with you 30 day free trial for Jio Fiber. But it’s ridiculously slow. The speed keeps dropping. Can you please have look into it. I mean if this is the service in 30 day free trial less said the better.

    @reliancejio @JioCare JIO, you guys always give one simple reason which is illogical, as many users are using internet on same time, you may face issue. As such @DoT_India should actually intervene on your so called world class infrastructure!

    @reliancejio unable to understand what you guys are upto. I never wanted a set top box, decided to get it as u guys bombarded with calls saying it’s free few months ago. Post requesting you never sent it but still kept calling to ask which plan, when it expires etc.......
