    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's frustrating time, taking twice the recharge but not given one single improvement in the jio... Everyday we are facing issue! I am not expecting such delay in service from Jio.. the more we raise whistle blow the more you are ignoring us big shame...

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @JioCare What are u guys upto the internet 5G sign itself goes off not only my phone but all the phones in my home of jio network. Guys we live in Bandra West that is one of the best places in Mumbai and you guys have limited connectivity what a ridiculous service u guys have.

    @JioCare It's debited on 30th December 2024 and i never got my booking amount back. Neither broadband was installed ever. Didn't expect this kind of service from jio
