With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

Vikas Chandra Agrawal (@VikasChandAgra1) reported@JioCare Attention: Mr.Smit Your response again states that the matter has been “forwarded” and is being treated “On priority", but no timeline has been provided. This issue has already been pending for several months. Despite repeated written assurances and your personal commitment, no concrete resolution has been delivered till date. An open-ended assurance without accountability is not acceptable. Therefore, this is to place on record: 👉 I am allowing time till 30th April 2026 for Jio Fiber to resolve this matter positively, including refund of the due amount and a clear written closure. 👉 In case of failure to resolve by this date, I will proceed from 1st May onwards with formal escalation to: • DoT grievance portal • Consumer Commission • Other legal remedies available under law Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
