    I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's frustrating time, taking twice the recharge but not given one single improvement in the jio... Everyday we are facing issue! I am not expecting such delay in service from Jio.. the more we raise whistle blow the more you are ignoring us big shame...

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I tried everything and a agent visited my home took payment and now my order id is NO0001D0G33M. But this thing was done 8 days back . Today someone from your service centre calling me to tell that jio can only refund the amount and then I have to pay again
