    @JioCare My Broadband is very slow.. Though it shows 15 - 20 mbps but can't even open web pages, complained before as well..last guy said..Modem could be faulty, pls do the needful..had to use my Airtel mobile data(which is excellent) Jio id:2235607350

    @JioCare 48 hrs 9 cals 1 tweet 3 DM still no resolution. No proper response. Same extremely rude ans just giving time 9 am 6pm n 10 next day. Not even checkn if the technician is workn or not.i wan a cal from some1 in authority within 1 hr else m switching n entire society

    @JioCare My jio fibre- 02279669505 is is not working from 5pm. Red light is blinking. jio's 18008969999 is not working and call get disconnected with every time you dial. May be it will be connected and continued after 10 times dialling.

    @JioCare From last 2 days my Jio fiber Internet-022-79669505 is not working. Only red light blinking. Raised many complains via Twitter and on call but still the issue hasn't resolved. This is very disappointing as I have never faced such issues with my previous service provider.

    Account Id no-900000470630 payment successful .Even after paying in Jio, my SIM card is not being turned on. It has been 24 hours since my service was stopped. Everyone thinks that live service is giving good.But I don't think so. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @Airtel_Presence broadband in the entire Ghatkopar West area has been down since morning today. This has been happening very frequently this month. Why isn't @reliancejio coming here? We would be happy to shift over to them in a heartbeat!

    @JioCare @reliancejio is there any reason when my plan is expiring on 26th, it stops working on 26th morning itself. I am forced to activate what should I activate one day later. Is it not unfair. My monthly cycles keeps getting preponed one day every month! Any help?

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber-022-79669505 is not working just blinking red light Since 14hrs. It shows unable to connect internet. I have tried so many times to take help of executive but none of them available to hear my problem.

    @reliancejio The worst mistake of my life is I switched from Act Fibernet to Jio, I've been facing internet issues and I called customer care several times, I am Being told a service engineer will visit my place but my service requests are being closed without calling me

    @reliancejio I have a work from home job and I'm facing High pind and packet loss issue, I work at Amazon and I cannot be doing any down times, it will effect my reliability, If this issue is not fixed within 3 days instead of recharging I will simply switch to act fiber

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare I'm request to shift my fibre connection to another location but the customer service deny to give the Service and said you need to take a new connection. While taking connection technician said me you can shift your location any time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is so frustrating Jio have taken advance money for Jio Fiber connection since 22nd Jan. Daily they are saying today we will install but they did not. And there is no option to connect voice call to the customer care. Worst experience at the beginning.

    @JioCare How much patience does a person has I don't known I am getting pissed off from the jio customer care and their comments,do your service engineer come for installation or not. you people are fooling customers by making them pay and not providing installation.
