    @JioCare Sir, there's no network in our area for your Jio SIM for the last 5/7 days. Our daily data packs have gone unused. Please address to this network issue & reimburse the daily data which has not been used for those 5/7 days. Expecting Jio to address the issue ASAP.

    Hi @JioCare broadband is down in our apartments in Powai, Mumbai. Not sure if its localised or widespread. When will it be back on.

    It took almost 24 hrs for @JioCare to restore the broadband in #hiranandanigardenspowai but the good part was they kept you updated so you didn’t feel totally helpless, which i how one usually feels when dealing with utility service providers

    @TRAI how do I file a complaint against @JioCare wrt DND? I’m registered on DND and I still get telemarketing texts daily even after raising the issue with @JioCare in Jan’21 and Feb’21 subsequently. Please assist!

    Its close to 12 hrs now and @JioCare broadband is still down, at least in our building in #HiranandaniGardensPowai. Jio has promised restoration at 0926 hrs. Fingers crossed.

    @JioCare due to unavoidable circumstances, I need to relocate within same city, same pin code, same society, adjacent tower - strange that the JIO team is ready to install a new connection- I pay installation, but refuses me to shift my existing device and number. Please help.

    Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. It's been 1 year and we are getting same replies. Jio is such a bad network especially in rural areas. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio The after service support is very poor. I have been waiting for over 18 hours to get an issue resolved regarding my JioFiber connection and I still do not have an ETA. I have not been contacted by any technical representative for the same.

    @JioCare I'm not getting adequate data speed since last evening all my works have been paralysed . Complained thrice in 198, only got assurances but still not resolved. If you can't provide proper service then get my money back which I've already paid in advance.

    @JioCare Mr sahil,this is my third visit to HDFC bank to check the refund but alas aa usual till date our Bank has not received any payment. Very bad don't fool us like this.
