Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

However, my internet has been disconnected after only 1 month. This is misleading and very disappointing service
