    @reliancejio Since Jan. 2020 I am following for the refund of Rs. 2500/- for JioFiber Service ID 400122846678 via NEFT/RTGS. It was informed me that 'the transaction has failed to your bank account number ending with 68007126964'. Six months passed but no refund! Tambe.

    @JioCare i hve fiber connection & everytime i open jiocare app on my phone it is showing me double than devices in “my device”... some are randomly connected bt d worst part is i cant identify my own device as d app choses random names for device. #worst #badinterface

    I have already recharged my account on 15th July 2020 and getting expire on 14th Aug 2020 but even after I’m getting sms to recharge the account. Can you kindly check & stop this? This is irritating!!! since today morning, no service on my number Kindly resolve @JioChat @JioCare

    @JioCare it has now been 10 days and I haven’t received my jii set top box. In spite of calling you every day twice and you people saying the person will come and install it that day itself the person doesn’t care to come. Worst service ever.Foreign investment means spoil service

    Dear @JioCare really happy to know that we have miss call alert facility free offered to all jio clients now my basic requirement is I require mis call alerts even if the caller calls from any operator as of now i receive miss call only if caller is from jio network pls suggest

    @JioCare @reliancejio after telling me to give my jio and alternate number. No body contacts.. issue is still not fixed. It seems people in customer care only work when they get a port msg. Our entire building is facing this issue but i guess a few customers don't matter to jio.
