    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare The service is good but facing issues with the internet it gets down for 4- 5 hrs from last 15 to 20 days no support has been provided The app also doesn't resolve the issue. Worst customer support and issue resolve

    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    @JioCare This is NOT a one off occasion, I have been going through call drop, call not connecting issues and general network issues since more than a month now at both my residence as well as work location.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    Jio 5g Service Net...Hahahaha. It seems to run at a speed of 2G. 5G Internet service is still not available in cities like Mumbai Metropolitan. Ambani company is fooling all Indians. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    Jio have changed international roaming policy from last Thursday 14 May 2025. Which was not communicated to customer about the changes. Now requires 3599/- domestic plan to receive a signal and sms. The previous recharge is ineffective . @JioCare @JioHotstar

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup If a customer has mistakenly made a payment to an old connection he had can there be no way to adjust it to his existing connection. Apparently I am not getting anything, Inspite of emailing and calling the helpdesk of Jio. They say nothing.
