@JioCare it's impossible to raise a ticket with your advisor. Keeps treating customer like an idiot. Tries to tell me I don't know how to use the internet instead of raising a complaint. Then goes on mute and stops responding! @TRAI

@JioCare Jiofi speed is very slow in Immadihalli (Whitefield), infact sometimes no signal at all, between approx 8pm to 11pm. I'm working from home for night shifts, and such internet issues are creating lot of mess. Please fix this asap. @reliancejio @jio

Hello jio. I already had recharge on my jio num.for 1year. Now today i recharge data pack for one month. Now customer care is saying u have to use ur previous data first than this pack will activate,but my previous data is for one year and current pack.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio Even after getting investments from @Mubadala, @Facebook, @silverlakemov @KKRiders etc of about 87,655 cr in a week your calls quality is getting worst day by day. I think you should maintain the quality atleast comparable to @Airtel_Presence.

Hi @JioCare I had raised my Jio Fiber termination request on 15th april and my devices was picked up and account details was provided for security refund on 25th April but even after 15 working days of waiting, Amount is not credited in my account. Very unhappy with service
