I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

The network issue exists across most areas of Rajgarh, Kastigarh, Assar, and Bhalesa (Doda). Instead of sending generic replies, kindly acknowledge the widespread problem
