While disconnecting we paid extra amount to cover any amount that may accrue during disconnection process. We continue to get bills with no full and final settlement confirmation. Please help.

Now on the app, it said invalid number.. but the customer care guy told me the name of the person who owns this number. Breach of customer data and privacy. #reliancejio
