The network disappears completely, the internet shuts down and calls are not even made. Today it is the same again. After all, when people are paying full recharge money, why such a bad service? Is it normal to close the tower as soon as the power is cut? In today's time, the network has become not just a need for entertainment but also for studies, online work, banking, OTP, emergency calls and everyday. But people here are facing a lot of problems every day. The biggest thing is that this is not a one-day problem, but it has become a daily drama. It seems that the correct backup has not been kept in the tower. If the tower is closed as soon as the electricity goes out, then what is the use of having such a big company? Please pay attention to this problem immediately. The concerned team should inspect the tower in the area and find a permanent solution so that people do not have to face this problem again and again. People are upset. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

Customer Name: Shiv Shankar Giri Jio Number: 9616637001 Before SIM replacement, I contacted Jio Customer Care and was informed that the charge for SIM replacement was ₹123 only. However, during the SIM replacement process at Sangipur Jio Store, I was charged 470 through UPI. When I later asked for a refund of the excess amount and requested a receipt/invoice for the payment, my request was refused. No receipt was provided to me. At present, I have the UPI payment screenshot as proof, which is attached with this email. I request Jio to: Verify the authorized SIM replacement charges applicable to my case. Verify the authorized SIM replacement charges applicable to my case. Provide the receipt/invoice for the amount collected. Refund any excess amount charged beyond the authorized fee. Investigate the conduct of the concerned retailer/ store. Provide me with a complaint/reference number. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be constrained to escalate the matter before the Consumer Grievance authorities and other appropriate legal forums.
