    My Jio fi number was terminated as I did not recharge for three months. But it let me recharge under Jio fi. Now on the app, it said invalid number.. but the customer care guy told me the name of the person who owns this number. Breach of customer data and privacy. #reliancejio

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio I am happy with JioFibre service compared with other service providers.But I am totally unhappy with the @JioCare . There response for JioFibre relocation is horrible.Literally they played with me for a week.I lost a month plan amount & installation charge

    @JioCare Super network operator Jio. Even to recharge for prepaid connection I failed to do it after 8-10 tries. Wonderful network. A most bloodiest network is Jio. My foot to your network. Your Jio is a bogus and fraud company cheating customers with govt permission. Shut Jio

    @JioCare youhave a wonderful way of cheating customers and make easy money. The most worst ever Jio. I request every mobile user to port to any other network. Otherwise Relience Jio will loot customers money without providing any service. Jio is a fraud & bogus network provider

    Jio is the worst net ever whenever my netpack have 3 days remaining to expire the data becomes slow af and they call and message me every 3-4 hours its disturbing I noticed this every time but I didn't reacted but now it's too much @reliancejio #reliancejio

    @JioCare The range in my jio fiber is very limited,I can use it only in the hall. I enquired about this issue with your support and they said that a new modem that has a better range, but I need to cancel the subscription and reapply. Is it possible to replace without canceling?
