    Hey @JioCare I am using a jio Sim from 2017. The network speed was good and the call quality was also good. But now the network speed is very bad and the call quality is one of the worst. It was fine before in my area but now it's worst. Please solve this issue.

    @JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

    Interesting thing happened today @reliancejio @JioCare. I was outside Kemp Fort Mall, Bengaluru trying to book a cab. But, Jio Internet was just not working. Tried with my phone, my sis, my mom and dad's phone. But, it was just not working. (1/2)

    Worst customer eccentric company goes to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews First they give commitment then they don't fulfill that commitment and the customer is then harassed. This is the reason that they are losing customers and then they blame @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare I shared the details thru DM. It is really frustrating 2 waste my time again and again on sharing these details on a regular basis. Issue occurring once in a while can be manageable, but issues on a daily basis is tortuous & unnecessary time consuming too to reach #jio.

    @reliancejio i never gave a second thought to stay with jio when it raised recharge rates. In return the whole area of our Hullimagla P.O., electronic City, Bangalore always receiving internet speed<10KBps. I repeat 'always'. Increase the tower bandwidth ASAP

    Hi @JioCare , i have taken jio fiber connection in August 2022. I was promised that on payment of 6 months i will get voucher for one month. I did not get anything. I called customer care, they say the offer is over and you will not get it. I was shocked.

    I've applied to Port my number from @ViCustomerCare to @reliancejio and simce then I'm getting sales calls back to back from unknown numbers, even after DND activated on my number , @ViCustomerCare I'm glad i throw you **** service and sim out of my phone

    I explained that when I took connection the offer was there and it was reflecting in jio app, customer care says no now you will not get it. I don't know who to approach if customer care is so blunt. I am demanding my right which was promised by @JioCare

    telecom services provider these days don't take complaint seriously, recently complaint but have not got solution. Call drops,slow internet while both claim to be high speed internet mobile data. @airtel @reliancejio
