I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Only after attempting these steps is one permitted to call them—and even then, if the problem persists, a technician won't be available for another 15 days. Just grin and bear it, because the situation is exactly the same with other service providers as well.01332357677
