    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @jiocare I am not able to use my reliance jio fibre services even for continuous 15 mins. It gets disconnected and works after restarting the router 2-3 times. I have recently switched to jio Fibre but its services are really poor.

    Even there own @reliancejio #jiophone with old 4G SIM is causing this problem As subscribers and customers what is our fault, u are doing changes so you should replace it at customer convience U send ur executive for SIM delivery in New no. Or port-in no. So why not now. @TRAI

    Horrible service from @JioCare on Jio Fiber. I often face the same remote connectivity issue every month due to some software glitch. You just can't call Jio fiber customer care and they don't respond to live chat for hours. Pathetic and horrible service.

    @JioCare For last 3 days, you guys repeating the same thing like parrot. Where is the engineer? Haven't visited in last 3 days. If it was for new connection , then these guys come fast for money but for service this late.
