    @DoT_India if a network goes down completely down for more than 3 hrs and the customer care and the team of @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to resolve or give any satisfactory reply other than asking details of stuff like address and alternate number shows a huge question mark

    Which network has good Singal strength in electronic city @reliancejio @VodafoneIN . @Airtel_Presence doesn't have because i am using that and have complaint to them regarding there poor service still no action has been taken.

    Hello Jio, do u even work in whitefield area,Bangalore. I’m tired of this network which is not available most of the places n most of the time. Though network available but you can hardly use data and if someone calls it says switched off!!! @reliancejio @JioCare #jiowhereRu

    @JioCare @sharmaanand25 Just cancel and buy a new one if you want jio. These are useless looters. They don't refund money. They have not refunded me my 4500 security deposit inspire of escalating it to local manager, circle manager and service head. They don't treat customer as customer. Only loot them

    @JioCare Dear Jio, I have already waited for 2 months for the jio fibre to be installed but no response.If you further delayed I have to switch to another company for fibre and I slowly slowly loosing intrest in jio because of the poor service.
