  Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

  Hello @JioCare First you promise that engineer will come between 4 PM to 5 PM. Pic 1 When the time gets over you send a message that now technician cannot come and again ask me to reschedule.   @JioCare the worst experience I've ever faced from and unexpected from a company of this scale. I've been facing multiple issues with my Jiofiber connection and there is no direct channel where I could reach a real customer care representative. It's always a chat bot.
