    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge โ‚น240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for โ‚น240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare We have been trying to schedule an engineer visit from past 3 days, an engineer came but just left after telling us the problem without solving it. What type of service are you providing to your customers? Your engineers just reschedule a planned visit and never show up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It clearly shows how little you value your customers. Frankly, this is a pathetic and completely unprofessional service. I'm extremely disappointed and expect this issue to be resolved immediately. It is better to disconnect internet connection.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio we are available complete day & been waiting since 2 days & none of your engineer is being assigned in the portal. Yesterday there was a field visit at 5 PM & today at 9AM but unfortunately none of your engineer showed up in both the dates. Today fix it ASAP

    @Airtel_Presence I am at your Wakad Store and I had a very poor experience. The executive did not help at all and just mentioned that server is down. I really don't appreciate these kind of customer behaviour. Worth checking with @reliancejio on how good they are.

    @JioCare JioFiber connection has been non-functional since 10.07.2026. Service Request No. SR00002MH8Q8 was raised on 10.07.2026, but no technician has visited and no effective action has been taken. The disruption is causing significant inconvenience.
