(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

I was promised a fix within 6β9 months. A year has passed. How much longer should a paying customer suffer? Fix the network.
