    Jio is trying to increase its user base day and night, but people are mostly active on the network. Using more internet. For this reason that internet is getting slow. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    I have not received any confirmation from technician by when problem will be resolved, can you ask the technician to contact me. @JioCare or please share the technician number..

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    I am in prime location of Banglore….and Jio network is in such poor condition that it seems like i m in remote part of Rajasthan…. @JioCare will u do something or should I switch to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence What’s the point. I gave you all the details while you gave me a generic response “we are trying to improve coverage in your area” even when I informed the issue was with one specific number only. Porting to @reliancejio now. @airtelindia

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    Dad (senior citizen) has been struggling to get his Internet fixed (went down on Dec 15). While they have been responsive/even sent an engineer over once, it still isn’t fixed. Citing some engineering challenges. How long can this sustain??? @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    Using @JioCare since 2019 Worst network experience in the Capital New Delhi For 1 year I’ve been complaining, but no improvement. Today I had to stand 30 minutes at a shop just to make a simple payment because your network FAILED. Imagine the embarrassment #JioDown #FRAUD

    @JioCare Being one of the largest network provider of Internet connectivity you are unable to provide timely resolution. Thats same on @reliancejio . You can’t recruit enough personnel to get my issue resolved. Its very much disheartening for Make In India Campaign @PMOIndia
