    @JioCare Mobile Services Down in Devaladakere Village since a week. Can't believe that airtel and Jio share the same tower for infrastructure here but Airtel is providing the services but Jio Network is down..

    @DoT_India if a network goes down completely down for more than 3 hrs and the customer care and the team of @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to resolve or give any satisfactory reply other than asking details of stuff like address and alternate number shows a huge question mark

    @JioCare We are facing severe network fluctuations in our area during power outage! Please look into this ASAP... during power cuts network strength drops to 10% , data does't work! Once power restores everything works fine!

    @ACTFibernet services are getting regretted now a days. In a week twice internet is down. In a week more than 50 hrs internet is down. Just before @JioCare Fibernet is going to launch. Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10211355923362 is expected to be resolved by 8/4/2019 01:00:00 PM

    @JioCare @reliancejio If that's the case, then how I was able to download with 3mbbs, play games with 20ms and upload with 1mbps a month back..?? Understand the issue in depth first then provide the solution. Issue is in network speed in locality being experienced from 1st Nov.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , i relocated to a remote area in Shahad,Mumbai-421103. There is no good WiFi ISP available. I prefer airtel Broadband over @reliancejio in terms of quality network & internet. Both of you aren't available in my location. Please help!

    Hi.good bye to Vodafone network @ViCustomerCare your network speed is very excellent. Download, upload speed of Vodafone in my area is better than other networks. but your network coverage is the problem in my area. So i finally decided to port my number to jio network @JioCare

    @prasadvedpathak @reliancejio i have dm them many times they just say there are too many users in your area thats why you are facing this problem but dont give a solution for that and they are going to introduce 5G without even looking into there 4g speed
