  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G doesn't work at my place. Do you have any page where it shows the locality of working 5G connection. In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

  @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

  Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

  @JioCare You requested my network settings via DM, which I’ve provided multiple times. The automated Jio support bot has already confirmed a local outage in my area, with an estimated resolution in about 5 hours. It’s clear this is a network issue, not a device setting problem @JioCare

  @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. There chatbot is so useless. I have disconnected my mesh router and they are still charging me monthly and haven't refunded my security deposit. they are closing the complaints without any reason. @reliancejio is far better
