@JioCare Those appreciate Jio services, must have some relative working at Jio otherwise for common public it's just horrible, any service provider have facility to speak to customer service, Jio has no such facilities, Any problem, you keep on suffering

@reliancejio you are one of the giants in Indian telecom but you don't have proper network just 80kms from Bangalore near Shivagange hills, @Airtel_Presence is doing a better job there...but data speed sucks from both the players...

@JioCare In my area i don't get proper jio network. Several time I raised issue to customer care. But it's no use. Now I stopped using jio and also stopped recharging to my jio number.

@reliancejio i have made several complain about network issue in my locality in Bangalore. As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

@JioCare I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the kind of services and support provided by jio atm. I recently ported from prepaid to postpaid for jio fiber and am unable to access internet since then. The worst part is how the jio fiber care team's response to my issue.
