    I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I still haven’t got my 5g network. I had put a tweet about this 4 days back and still you guys haven’t done anything about this issue. I have all the requirements for availing jio 5g but still it’s not getting started

    I am in prime location of Banglore….and Jio network is in such poor condition that it seems like i m in remote part of Rajasthan…. @JioCare will u do something or should I switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Kindly give details of violation to prepaid 9538337070 why suspended services we suffered loss of rs 5 Lac for that Jio is solely liable not to activate and illegally service suspended also not making arrange to give UPC Code to port out my number under MNP it’s monopoly

    @JioCare still my problem is not resolved..I'm calling from the months of November..can you please 🥺 tell me the answer for this.. you don't have any answer to say.and customer service don't have any answer to say it's very very very bad customer service.

    @JioCare Generic statements like “as per schedule” are not helpful. If this is not resolved today, I will escalate this issue further and file a formal complaint against Reliance Jio for service failure and delay. Waiting for a clear confirmation, not another generic response.

    @JioCare I'm reaching out about the persistent issues with Jio's service. I've already filed a complaint three months ago, and despite recharging for another three months, the problems continue. I'm currently using an Airtel connection via Wi-Fi to even send this!

    Pathetic customer service by Jio. Even the direct LAN connection is not working. I called customer service yesterday, only to be told by the customer care representative to restart the WiFi router, which was a completely senseless solution. @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI (2)
