@JioCare In my area i don't get proper jio network. Several time I raised issue to customer care. But it's no use. Now I stopped using jio and also stopped recharging to my jio number.

@reliancejio i have made several complain about network issue in my locality in Bangalore. As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

@JioCare I have every day called 1800 890 1222 and spoken to Kanchan and Priyadarshini in your eacalation team yet there is no clue on the delivery. They don’t even know who the delivery partner is and are not allowing to cancel the order either despite such a long delay. I need answer
