    @JioCare broadband connection was not working so I tried using so called jio fast LTE Ookla speedtest it never showed me a speed test it just came as an error And I tried calling jio care they started telling me they can't hear me.. My complaint at least fix voice connection

    @JioCare @DoT_India @reliancejio @PMOIndia @rsprasad Day 7 No resolution. Still jio care is asking my address where as their own customer care executive had called me and said there is a network issue in entire #Bengaluru. I’m thinking why should I pay for these many days. #Scam

    @JioCare Thanks jio surely have to look at your services. Meanwhile @ACTFibernet it was just loose power from junction box and u have taken 48hrs to fix this. No so called cable cut and all. Please be prompt in solving issue rather giving fake reasons.

    2/2 How my request got processed. Please look at the screen shot that they are asking me to go to their appellate authority . How rude their customer service. @DoT_India @PMOIndia @rsprasad @reliancejio @JioCare Please intervene in this. We as a citizen are paying heavily .

    Day 11 SR00000X200S has been processed and closed today morning by @reliancejio @JioCare without checking with me. But some improvement I can see now in night time. Can someone let me know why should I pay for these days when I didn’t use service @DoT_India @rsprasad @PMOIndia

    @reliancejio, day by day your quality of voice calls is degrading. It's so pathetic that the other person's voice in breaking while in the full network coverage (continuously). Request you to please look into it. Location is tagged. @JioCare

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys cheat your customer.I took connection with this 053246111791_dsl id.And when I took the connection it was written that I will be getting 1 year amazon prime subscription. And you closed my prime subscription in just 5 months @reliancejio
