    @reliancejio I stay in central part of Bangalore and there is no network at my home. Very bad coverage.I hardly get one of two calls that too when i am standing near the window side in a perticular spot.Please help me resolve this.We have three numbers at home n have same problem

    @reliancejio Right now ur not building any new signal towers even in many parts of Bangalore there’s no point in keeping faith in ur network ur customer themselves @JioCare admitted there’s no tower nearby in central Bangalore city and jio will go down soon for its slow network speeds

    After getting bugged with the horrible connectivity of @airtelindia I finally made the move to @reliancejio. The process was swift, got sim door delivered, activated, verification done in the comforts of my home. My data is working like magic. Why I wasted 5 years with Airtel?

    @reliancejio @JioCare the fibernet doesn’t work properly. Unable to raise complaint through the toll free number 18008969999. The area manager (Srinivas) doesn’t care and talks nonsense. He says he is not responsible for anything until the request is raised. Horrible service.

    @JioCare kindly improves your network in my village area, almost 500 people are not able to use the internet and are facing severe call drop problems. If the problem is not solved we will have to see the other operator.

    @JioCare went to dubai with international roaming pack only to find put it cannot be activated through app as their is no option to do so. Can’t call or use net.. jio chat doesnt work as well. What is anyone supposed to do ??
