    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I still haven’t got my 5g network. I had put a tweet about this 4 days back and still you guys haven’t done anything about this issue. I have all the requirements for availing jio 5g but still it’s not getting started

    @JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare why it is in progress from May 19, why it has taken so many days and still no resolution of service request kindly close the service requests now as there is no need to resolve it now as I have raised request to disconnect my connection. Switching to Airtel Fiber Now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am currently living in bengaluru central and there is no network and internet is also very very weak there is good services. If you take full amount from people then its you duty to give good services. It is from past 6 months i don't know why you do this.
