    @JioCare Kindly give details of violation to prepaid 9538337070 why suspended services we suffered loss of rs 5 Lac for that Jio is solely liable not to activate and illegally service suspended also not making arrange to give UPC Code to port out my number under MNP it’s monopoly

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare Took Jio wifi connection on 25/june. Connection is dead from 3/July. SR-00003A7157. Registered Mobile Number - 94XXXXX161. Complaint not attended since 2 weeks! Jio is not resolving the issue nor are they refunding the amount

    @JioCare However, I received the same assurance during my previous complaints as well. Every time, I was asked to wait around 10 days for network optimization, but there was no improvement. Since 18 May, this has been the same cycle—assurance, waiting, and no actual resolution.
