@JioCare @reliancejio no network coverage in my area despite repeated calls to customer care. A tower has been established but is switched off for UNKNOWN reasons in Bamrauli area, Vishnapuri colony, prayagraj, U.P.. Kindly look into the issue and sort out network issue.

But all seem unable to help if customer has problem. poor connectivity and call drops are common problem. We hear 5g in media but don't get 2g!
