    @JioCare Ending day 3 without any resolution. I am feeling bad that I referred 5 friends in my apartment. It's high time to convey my bad experience to the entire world. @Airtel_Presence always top notch and send their technician within 6 -10 hrs resolve it. #Jio @reliancejio never cares.

    @JioCare How long will u work on my concern before finally resolving it. Yesterday ur CC representative said issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. Do u train them to always lie to customers? Pls provide a realistic timeline based on your customer care policies even if it is a month/year.
