But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. The complaint was closed on the same day by giving the above cause to me. Even after so many days issue didn't solved. And plz don't ask number via dm.

Harshavardhan Reddy Vogulam (@lazymlguy) reported@JioCare. I raised a support request, and an engineer visit was scheduled. Instead of resolving the issue, the engineer called me asking for money, claiming he isn't a Jio employee and won't fix it . Is this an authorized practice, or is Jio allowing customers to be exploited?
