    @reliancejio from past 3 days I'm facing lot of network issue..!! 🤬🤬🤬No calls....No internet totally slow network coverage this is too bad for Jio..😡😡 Customer care not supporting 5G is where...??? I want to move from Jio to Airtel and also I'll recommend to move Airtel

    I sent a tweet to Jiocare who said that they were very much interested in resolving the issue , however they do not seem to have any control over their field team . They committed a visit and has been changed multiple times and the problem will not resolved

    I lodged a complaint regarding my set top box and they promised some one would visit within 24 hours. No body visited but I get a message my complaint resolved. Is it a joke on me by Jio @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @reliancejio I had booked the new porting request from my jio app on sat.your exe. called me on Sunday to take delivery. I said, Sunday do not disturb me and pls come on working day.he used rude words on me saying he has sales tgt.Totally pathetic service.@DoT_India

    @JioCare My internet is STILL NOT WORKING. SR No. SR000037OTEN. You committed restoration by 14th June 2:46 PM. That deadline has passed and the service remains down. For days, I have received nothing but apologies, assurances, and false timelines.

I submitted the application on 6th june but still the update is " not processed yet" grievance n. 9237940 @jagograhakjago can you please tell me why its not processed?

    There’s not even actual person as customer support in @JioCare u guys are bots using fake names to reply on chat. No one asked you to put the amount in the voucher or anything, if the order is cancelled then why didn’t u refunded teg amount in my source account? This is bullshit
