    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    Inspite of making multiple calls and chats Still no response. Jio has no proper work ethics and customer satisfaction. One of the worst experiences with Jio. Instead of building new fortune make the things right and then go ahead. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai

    @JioCare There is no connection. Since 3 weeks. And I get multiple excuses like restoration work going on, led color of device etc. But no resolution. I have been requesting a call back from Guwahati team but no one bothers about customer
