    Dear @JioCare There is no JIO signal in my locale RPC layout, near Laxmi narasimha temple, Attiguppe. The signal strength is very weak, almost absent. Kindly resolve the issue. Note: this has been happening from 3-4 months.

    @JioCare I have done the recharge of Rs.1 99Payment got debited from my account but the recharge of unsuccessful calling Customer care number but no response from customer care kindly look at it and solve the issue as soon as possible

    @reliancejio i have made several complain about network issue in my locality in Bangalore. As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

    @JioCare last 2 weeks I am facing slow speed issue in my end.i am not able to do office work. actually I believe in jeo😒but time to come switch to @airtelindia . seriously I paid more than 1000 ruppes for jeo hotspot and jeo sim to recharge wrost experience last 2 weeks no signl

    @JioCare Applied for Jio fibre on 12/01.Paid for 3 months. Jio cancelled my order as they could not install stating there is no port available. Again after 50 days they again booked, confirming that this time all ok. But again order cancelled by installation team. Worst service.

    @jiocare executives have assured me fake promises 3 times since yesterday. Not one time there promise has been fulfilled. There is no accountability of site engineer refusing to do installation. Ticket assigned but not interested ti work and customer is suffering. #Jiofails #jio

    @JioCare actually doesn't care if customer is facing issues and is regularly following up. They make false promises. The field engineer for relocation is disconnecting calls and the selected slot is getting rescheduled again and again with no ownership at all from anyone. #jio

    @JioCare It's been a week since I lost internet connectivity due to snowfall in the area. I contacted the customer service several times but no response from the team. Totally disappointed with your services. My exams are scheduled next week! Look into this.
