    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare JIO network really sucks. The network bars are very clear but no outgoing or incoming calls or even sms. Thanks Airtel to save me with alternate number. Jio every week sucks the network.

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @reliancejio Service request--S R 00001DHTM8, Dehradun. Complaint made on 28 Aug'22 for Internet not working. Yet no technician has come to set it up. Complaint made by senior citizens who are finding it difficult to be with-out Internet. Can anybody look into this immediately.

    @JioCare It's good that you reminded. But is it necessary and wise to irritate everytime whenever customer tries to make any call, that to for three days. And if interpretation happens that's my problem. In the excuse of reminding you're irritating & misutilizing the power of ownership
