    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio worst network I have ever seen. 30% call drops automatically. 50% times call connected to unknown ppl.80% of the call network is weak. Person at other end either can not hear you or if he can hear than it would be interrupted voice, ultimately they can not hear u .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sarkari Jio Store, For a sim replacement I visited Ji store,Mandoli Road, Delhi Yesterday evening and today morning at 10:45 AM, yesterday their server down today they can give sim card at 12 PM as they are yet to clean their store and cant serve #sarkarijio

    @JioCare I called up the jio customer care asking about if i could watch Jio Tv + on my mobile phone, the advisor started talking about my connection which is unstable where it's absolutely stable. After asking her to transfer my call to a senior she hung up.
