    @reliancejio @JioCare Home delivery system of JIO sim is completely broken. Chat agents don't have any data related to customer's request. Promising moon to users, giving delivery slots, allocate delivery partner but no one turn up for delivery or no details about it. #support

    @JioCare Really surprised to hear that Jio is charging it's customers for Complaint registration. No other brand in india will give this kind of service. Fed up of Jio customer care..

    @JioCare I did jio phone specific recharge to a normal JIO smart phone. Please let me know procedure of refund or converting existing recharge All customer recharge.

    @JioCare last 2 weeks I am facing slow speed issue in my end.i am not able to do office work. actually I believe in jeo😒but time to come switch to @airtelindia . seriously I paid more than 1000 ruppes for jeo hotspot and jeo sim to recharge wrost experience last 2 weeks no signl

    @JioCare I am facing issue last 2 week jeo signal fluctuating every day not able to do office work😒.very worst situation in last 2 weeks. Even my jeo hotspot also facing same issue.any one help on this @reliancejio @RCommCare

    @JioCare frequent disconnection of internet on my broadband. Customer care number is not helpful at all. Please look into this on priority as my wfh is getting disturbed

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Still the issue has not been answered. customer care and service center saying your number is not showing in the system. Paid all the bills and provided proof. Worst decision of porting it from airtel to jio.

    Dear @JioCare There is no JIO signal in my locale RPC layout, near Laxmi narasimha temple, Attiguppe. The signal strength is very weak, almost absent. Kindly resolve the issue. Note: this has been happening from 3-4 months.

    Best part of being with @reliancejio is amazing network coverage, good internet speed. Worst part is even after registering for DND, I get calls for business loans, credit cards and what not. Who sells our data to call centers? They have our names & even basic details. @JioCare
