@JioCare No use. My view stands. This hanging Junction box can’t be resolved without physical visit. Without moving in inch from the seat all SRs are closed saying - resolved, couldn’t come due to technical issue, rescheduled, didn’t get access to the premises. I’m sure some more coming..

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Jio fibre connection is not working and yesterday evening I raised a service request but till time no response. I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP More than 24hrs no resolution.

It's pointless harping your issues. My suggestion is don't renew with them unless you don't have a choice. I am switching too Alliance soon
