    @reliancejio your sales people have collected Rs 2500 twice once in June and again in July and I am still waiting for Jiofiber connection. Great idea to collect money from poor people.

    @shalvi12 @VodafoneIN @JioCare @airtelindia No no. Dont do that mistake of porting-in to @Airtel_Presence. I have ported out myself due to very bad Customer care service. @JioCare is superb and I'm facing absolutely no issue w.r.t internet speed and voice quality from the time of port.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @consumerforum_ Jio is the only pan-India service without any customer service whatsoever. No chat or call service is available. We're at the mercy of random field executives who cut the calls and a Twitter page that sends 2-3 replies a day.
