    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @reliancejio dear jio, I am using Jiofiber from last one year and I am facing frequent disconnection from last 15 days , I have raised complaint multiple times but without resolution complaint are getting closed . Kindly request your support in this regard

    Dear @reliancejio i have already raised complaints regarding call drop in the last week of December. The ticket got closed by saying it is resolved but still facing the same issue. Do you want me to port to another network.

    I am in prime location of Banglore….and Jio network is in such poor condition that it seems like i m in remote part of Rajasthan…. @JioCare will u do something or should I switch to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio Set your customer care right before opening more and more locations. Your policies are bad . Your customer care team are useless who dont even understand the problem and give scripted answers

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare @JioCare I applied for porting from my previous provider to Jio, My order was placed on the 5th—it's been over 9 days now but the issue remains unresolved if not resolved— I may have to move to another provider @airtelindia, as Airtel might actually help.

    Its been 4 Days applied for Jio Air Fiber and even i have made the payment but yet no one has contacted me for installation Worst service by jio. Agent was not even listening to us until i make payment but after payment he is not even answering the call @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare - This is totally unacceptable. You cut the connection for a single day delay in payment and yet you leave people with 2 days of no Internet connection even after having an active plan. No response, no support, nothing! @jagograhakjago fyip

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst network experience after porting. Signal is available but mobile data hasn’t worked since yesterday. Customer care only has a virtual assistant saying my data is exhausted how is that possible when data never worked from the start? Waste
