    @JioCare Jiofi speed is very slow in Immadihalli (Whitefield), infact sometimes no signal at all, between approx 8pm to 11pm. I'm working from home for night shifts, and such internet issues are creating lot of mess. Please fix this asap. @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

    Request all to avoid @airtelindia VIP plan. After a month there has been no progress and the required plan is still not activated. @reliancejio can you help us get a 1 gbps plan.

    Hello jio. I already had recharge on my jio num.for 1year. Now today i recharge data pack for one month. Now customer care is saying u have to use ur previous data first than this pack will activate,but my previous data is for one year and current pack.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @KUMAR_RAJENDERS @JioCare @narendramodi @rsprasad Abe dhakkan, India has cheapest data and voice service..change connection if you are not happy..yaad karo 6 to 7 years back when our phone bill used to be in excess of 1000 per month now 500 mein 3 months..

    @reliancejio what happened to the network.Really I am facing issues with the network.Can't able to download some small video also. Day by day I am loosing hope on the network.Planning to switch again to Airtel. Really I pissed off with Jio. Mr Ambani kindly look into the matter🙏

    @reliancejio Even after getting investments from @Mubadala, @Facebook, @silverlakemov @KKRiders etc of about 87,655 cr in a week your calls quality is getting worst day by day. I think you should maintain the quality atleast comparable to @Airtel_Presence.

    @JioCare I recently recharged and got 24 gb. When my usage was still 19 gb, jio sent me a message saying you have used 90% of your data and became slow. Then at 20 gb also slow. What is this jio? You should give fast speed until the very end of 24 gb. This is so rubbish really

    Using Jio Gigafiber services for 2+ years nd it has never been good for online gaming. Have raised this issue alot with customer support they have no knowledge about this neither the engineer whom they send. This is so frustrating and misleading from @reliancejio @JioCare .
