    4 out of 7 days no internet from a newly connected JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio Once thing for sure is the customer service is super pathetic.

    @JioCare I am unable to see any open request. Kindly confirm which request is getting looked into. Earlier same happened and no one came for device pickup. Instead my service was retained without my consent.

    @airtelindia guys I have faced a financial loss of $232 dollars because of your Internet downtime which is happening in my area since Thursday last week, the problem is we can’t switch to other network because Airtel has bribed our apt officials to not allow @reliancejio presence

    @JioCare There are about 800 flats in the society with Airtel subscription, who are fed up too with @airtelindia Monopoly in the apartment, ( WhatsApp group discussion) you guys should have support to bring down rein of Airtel from our apartment.

    Took a new JioFiber connection. Just ran for 2 days and rest of days no internet. Super horrible customer service. They close the complain according to their own liking without any intimation. Great job @JioCare

    1st complaint raised on 11 Dec. Took 4 more before @reliancejio replaced the device, which was faulty. 6th one open for another replacement. Waiting since 25-Jan.

    Unbelievably poor customer care. It's been over 24hrs without internet and even with multiple calls to #Jiofiber still waiting for the engineer to fix the issue. Didn't expect this from @reliancejio at all. Really disappointed 😞 @JioCare

    @JioCare Why does Jio does not support 5G on esim on S23 Ultra? My wife uses a physical sim in pixel 6 pro and she's on 5g. I'm using esim and unable to connect to 5g. It always shows LTE instead of 5g.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTrue5G I use an apple i phone 14 with updated software and also have post paid plan of 399 plus tax. Further i stay in a 5g enabled area, however i still not getting 5g welcome offer, pl help as ur CC is not helping. Area pin 400705.

    @JioCare We are located in Raheja Tesla, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, 300 MSME's & 5000 people are also in same premises, We are facing network issue, Its extreme level, Please resolve it, Or we have to do mass porting to Airtel.
