    @JioCare I wanted to port from Airtel and generated UPC code... Booked jio sim online and delivery boy did not turn up today again a new delivery boy called and saying postpaid has issues and they are not doing when i booked online and they are pushing to buy pre-paid. 1/1

    @JioCare @JioCare and mahesh what do you mean by earliest 30 days 60 day 90 days ? Are you guys not ashamed of copy pasting same templates doing no add on work to customer grievance I would suggest you to handover your work to someone who is fit to provide resolution

    @JioCare i had moved from pre paid to post paid plan . I was told my pre paid balance would be credited to post paid account. 4 months subscription is pending and no one is responding to emails . Look for a time-bound resolution. I do not wish to engage your bots

    Please don't ever try free trial of #JioFiber else you will never get your deposit back. They will just keep sending you msgs that person will come and collect the device but no one will come. I am wating since 1 month. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have given a complaint regarding my jio fiber router. I am not getting internet for past 4 days. REQUEST ID: SR00001B0FE0. Engineer is visiting my place on 21st at 11o'clock. Can you please make it any faster. My work is getting delayed due to no internet.

    @JioCare Service is absolutely terrible. I'm going to switch to Airtel V-Fiber as for the past 3 days our internet has been down and all service requests are just getting rescheduled. None of your customer support is giving any solution to this issue.

    What a scam @HathwayBrdband your agent said 200mbps data is unlimited so I recharged it now it says it’s just 3k data limited! And moreover not at all a 200mbps speed worst experience with @HathwayBrdband @reliancejio

    @JioCare complaint no SR00001B03OK It's been 2days, Internet service outage issue has not resolved yet in spite of multiple calls. Only thing is happening i.e. TAT extension and hope. Such a pathetic service. #JioFiber

    Trying to get this @reliancejio True5G installed on my device for so many days but not able to, despite being their old loyal customer. Forget about 5G, LTE speeds are suboptimal these days. There is no way to raise complaints for the above two issues, switching to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio To take a family plan. Customer need to visit Jio store for continuous 3 days. Isn’t hectic to customer or is this not troubling the customer. And we have to pay 3 prime membership fee to 3 connections with 1 bill. Seems store executives are not properly traind

    1 Hi @JioCare what a great service you have been giving. Ur customer care have been torturing from last 3 weeks Accepting my mistake that I didn’t recharge my jio no for 4-5 months. I had no idea that sim gets deactivated if we are not recharging as earlier it wasnt like this

    @JioCare I had requested for 11am. You changed it to 12pm. Right now it's more than 1pm now. Still no one visited me. Now they'll again say that I didn't respond and close the ticket. ****** service from you. The only thing remaining is to close my broadband service from Jio.
