    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare is there no way i can talk to a customer care representative? Why is it so difficult that all questions are answered by chat bot and ultimately issue is not resolved! Excess bill has been generated for services not given #WorstCustomerService

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare, paid for a 100 Mbps upgrade on May 6th but still stuck at 30 Mbps. Raised complaints, promised technician visits, but no one showed up. Now told my 1-month recharge expires early on May 31st and refused a refund. Terrible service! give my money back."

    @JioCare Ohh my god, i ported to @airtelindia , they are even worse. They are scammer, they show 5G sign and consume 4G daily data limit, i complaint to 198 and they close my complaint before resolving it, and he gave me invalid nodal officer phone number. @airtelindia you are fraud.

    @JioCare I am feeling betrayed while I was complaining since 29 Apr 26 way before suspension of account no resolution was provided now jio wants me to clear dues to provide support which should done earlier @jio don't listen and care their customers. Very pathetic 😔

    @JioCare I personally visited JioFiber office, they sent 2 persons to my house, checked and said cable fault, need to replace the cable, they are contract employees, so if I pay extra money they are ready to replace the cable, do I need to pay extra like pribe for solving my problem?
