I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

In this age we can't have a wifi disruption for 2 days with no one checking what the issue is where as you will charge for these 2 days even when there is no wifi. But somehow @reliancejio seems to work.
