    @JioCare Hi I have been calling customer care people for increase the feasibility for the location which I stay but they respond we are not responsible for that . I and my family and friends are using same Jio network.they say that we don't have feasibility.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customer service, they don't have remote technical team to resolve customer issues. Technical knowledge of service advisors who visit the premises also very low, since two not able to use the #JioFiber

    @JioCare All the below steps are done 1. Jio SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 2. airplane mode is off 3. Network mode is LTE/CDMA/GSM 4. data and voice is routed through Jio SIM & data roaming is on Error: no specific error it shows, suddenly signal strength goes down to one point or zero

    @reliancejio @JioCare After 3 days of follow up raised an escalation ticket and a executive confirmed once escalation ticket is raised it will addressed within 8 hours and confirmed me as of 9pm yesterday the issue will be fixed.

    @JioCare continued part 2 I think this is an elaborate scam to not return customer deposit amount and harass the customer once they no longer pay for your service. @TRAI kindly look into this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio When i asked for some compensation, they say they provide only compensation for internet connectivity and not for setup box issues. My question is iam paying for both right?? Either you should have provided a resolution or provide compensation right???

    @JioCare @reliancejio The worst fibernet service i have come across. Its been nearly a week since i raised complaint that my setup box isnt working. Everyday they will schedule and appointment but when none show up and we call customer care again, they say it be fixed tomorrow.
