    @JioCare Hi this is Avik here I m a jio user Now days jio don't have network we are not Access the internet or any calls I had 1699 for one year but in my area we can't use jio I m staying in Bengaluru we are facing problems past 1 yr Don't play with customers valuable amount

    @JioCare dear, I'm facing so much of network crunch in my area,because of that I can't able to make calls in having much of distrubance in voice. and don't even think of using my data , that too middle of Bangalore. thinking to port to other network.waited for 6months to rectify

    @JioCare no jio fibre network from 8pm yday. Complained this morning 5.30... but no one visited my place but closed the ticket... Worst ever service. Again taken the complaint and asking time till 10 am tom. Better to go back again to @airtelindia 😠😠😠

    @JioCare @DoT_India pls monitor the services of Jio Fibre and their server status... Once got the business started showing attitude towards their customer. 8th Aug evening onwards no network. No information to their customers and no one visited after repeated complaints.

    @JioCare Mobile Services Down in Devaladakere Village since a week. Can't believe that airtel and Jio share the same tower for infrastructure here but Airtel is providing the services but Jio Network is down..

    @reliancejio Shit network, no good connectivity even in prime locality. I am not only facing issue in single location but multiple. Forget about 4g not getting 3g speed. Complained several times and no use, still no use. Give me refund i will port out. Pathetic guys!!!!

    @JioCare as per your cs team there is more no of internet users from the same place, hence the net is slow. Wt sn answer if that is thr case pls return the unused data and the recharge amount. I will port my number.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio JIO FTTH is really dhana dhan WORST experience in trial period. I have Airtel FTTH also, but Jio at 150mbps line provides me 142mbps u/d and airtel at 200mbps provides 250mbps u/d.. what is wrong with Jio FTTH speed, you are Not giving as promised.

    @reliancejio @JioCare in the core parts of Kothrud, Pune ur Jio service is pathetic. User can not dial frm home, can’t hear recd calls & 2 pick or dial have to come out in balcony. Time to switch better option as I know a typical answer that customer care handle will paste here !

    @JioCare @reliancejio since yesterday your so called #JioFiber "best broadband" internet connection is not working. A complaint was filed yesterday ref. SR000012D0LA and another one today ref. SR000012DBWT but you guys seems clueless😡 The former local connection was better.
