    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @MaheshPawaar @rutu609 @JioCare Switched to airtel, for sake of priority postpaid, in reality my 699 plan plus gst is a waste.. Poor data speeds and connectivity, same prepaid network with fastlane branding as netwoek slicing is still not released while jio using network slicing since decades. Airtel is worst

If you people don't take your units like router; external unit; set top box by today from my previous rented place then don't blame me if it gets misplaced. You mailed me today,your tech engineer will visit the place. He isn't picking call nor calling back.

    @rutu609 @JioCare Yes, nowadays the jio network is unreachable, Airtel flourishing even in my native village Jio was good but not usable for work from home and Airtel was hopeless but now using Airtel I can happily continue Work from home and Jio is sleeping well

    @JioCare @reliancejio After successfully loading the amount in the JioPOS Lite app, I'm unable to recharge. The page keeps loading endlessly and doesn't proceed. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest or refund the amount.

    @JioCare I spoke to customer care yesterday and they mentioned that in their system it's showing the engineer will visit between 6-7pm but still nobody visited or intimated about cancellation till now. Issue still persist from 27th May 26. Today it's 18th Jun 2026. Great service @JioCare
