But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .
