My connection has not been reestablished even after payin postpaid bill for my idea number. I am not ready to pay late payment fees. If this pathetic service continues I might think of porting to jio or airtel @idea_cares @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @reliancejio Received a call from Jio , not sure for what purpose I received and some messages which I don't recognize. My preferred language is Tamil, English. I don't know any other language. World largest 4G network don't know how to communicate Jio is a shit.

@JioCare The common reply from jio is "We will get this sorted right away. Simply DM a valid Jio number to assist you further". What ever the customer complaint, this will be the reply. Its like computer generated reply. I complaints 4 to 5 times, but issue not resolved yet.

I was really happy by seeing how @reliancejio changed telecom sector in India but now paying around 600rs for so called 4G service with around 40-50 kbps speed at max and with unclear sounds in calls makes it really uncomfortable to use more. @JioCare thanks for service till now.
