None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldnโt dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

Placed a relocation request and paid 1200/-, relocation request wasnโt fulfilled and havenโt received the refund yet for over 2 weeks. Upon calling customer care none of them are able to address my concern and one lady disconnected the call!
