But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. I had to find & reach out to the head of service for Jio and make my case to get them to try & expedite my full refund that came 2M later.
