  @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

  Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

  @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

  Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

  It’s been 3 months of constant “No Internet” issues with Jio AirFiber. Every day the connection drops 10–20 times, and the only temporary fix is restarting the router again and again. Sometimes the internet stays down for 4–6 hours straight. @reliancejio @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN

I tried several times to register a complaint, and it was finally logged, but no technician has been assigned yet, and I have no information about when a visit will be scheduled.   How u ppl rescheduld it for 12-15 days nd then fixed all messages sent by u is with me now u ppl tell me due to ur bad service and carelessness i didn't used internet having recharge plan 4 that I paid now explain hw u will compensate my loss of 15-16 days @JioCare @reliancejio
