@JioCare Did you check whatever you receive is true? If not then why are you torturing me by sending junk sms? First you check then only trouble me or ask me to check with Airtel. I am ok to port my connection from JIO as well if you want to trouble me like this

@JioCare your service team is ridiculous! Your wifi agents in the pretext of resolving complaints threaten the customers to take new jio connection and when you refuse, they cut your wifi connection! And despite a thousand complaints the connection is not restored! Shame on you!

Hi @reliancejio I am from Kerala, Malappuram. we have jio tower near to us. About less than 500m distance. But speed is low and high latency when my phone connect to 4G+ network. During 4G only network no issue. Please solve my issue.
