    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @reliancejio i have already raised complaints regarding call drop in the last week of December. The ticket got closed by saying it is resolved but still facing the same issue. Do you want me to port to another network.

    My jio fiber is not working and I got technician appointment only on 30thJan, how am I suppose manage till next two days?? This is disgusting.. Can you plz expedite and send and technician today itself..@JioCare

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare @reliancejio unable to dial any toll free numbers from my postpaid JIO connection. Getting a credit limit related error message. Already raised a complaint which was closed without a resolution being provided. Can someone pls take ownership and resolve?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    If anyone in @narendramodi govt is listen even @reliancejio drops its speed to less then 2G speeds during peak hours & won't work which is illegal but Am damn sure they have all the ministers in their pocket so to no avail, Customers are screwed

    @JioCare The delivery executive has stopped answering my calls. The SIM is issued in my name, so this is now a security concern. Your customer support has been unhelpful and I still have no resolution.

    @JioCare disconnected my JioFiber service without my consent, and even damaged the box installed at my premises. I registered a complaint through your IVR on the same day. However, despite my complaint, the local team is acting arbitrarily and has still not restored my connection.
