    Since 29th Dec we are struggling to get our connectivity issue resolved by you but none of your request engineer is visiting and everytime whenever we are contacting customer support they are asking us to wait. Service number-SR00001GGWBA We want refund . @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio unable to dial any toll free numbers from my postpaid JIO connection. Getting a credit limit related error message. Already raised a complaint which was closed without a resolution being provided. Can someone pls take ownership and resolve?

    @reliancejio consistently ranks as a highly frustrating telecom network despite its massive subscribe base...severe network congestion, weak indoor coverage & drops the second u step inside a building. For a provider that promises seamless connectivity, it delivers worst network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber is not working since morning. There is no way I can reach your customer care on call. Auto diagnostics on app says all is fine and doesn't allow to move further for engineer visit. Cant expect such poor service from jio.

    @JioCare The problem is someone has to answer my call and give a timeline, the problem is I have no timeline , no response TAT and no update as to what is happening, we work from home and my work is fully hampered.

    @rajhov @JioCare I had that same issue few days back. Waited 5+ days for engineer to come. Assigned new engineer for every new day, but no one came. Called, emailed, wrote on twitter etc. But no result. Thus had to visit the store and end up with a new connection .

    7 times I raised request for change of ownership of Jio air fibre. I followed correct steps on MyJio app and uploaded valid PDF documents which were less than 2 MB file size. Inspite of this Jio air fibre customer care has rejected without giving precise reason. @JioCare
