    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    They ask DM your registered number since last 3 days I DM them number after that no response again next day same question DM your number.. Sales person also not reschedule call @JioCare not willing to solve customer issue. Just showing they are trying to solve but actually no any

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @JioCare Kindly give details of violation to prepaid 9538337070 why suspended services we suffered loss of rs 5 Lac for that Jio is solely liable not to activate and illegally service suspended also not making arrange to give UPC Code to port out my number under MNP it’s monopoly

    I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, how long does it take to assign a single engineer? My JioFiber has been down with a red light since June 28. Ticket SR000039OSWD has seen zero progress for 5 days now. Absolute worst-in-class service support. Resolve this immediately #JioFiberDown

    @JioCare paid for relocation on the 26th. you disconnected my old connection immediately, but still haven’t installed the new one. your customer care keeps disconnecting my calls instead of helping. pathetic service and zero respect for customers. fix this today. #JioFiber

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare it's been 35 days of trauma & harassment we are going through only because we choose JIO as our internet service provider. Me & my wife almost lost our job because JIO failed miserably 2 install JIOFIBER in 2weeks despite paying in advance. NVR CHOOSE JIO.

    @JioCare, I was assured my ₹807 refund NO0001DS4ZG0 would be processed within 10 days and was told a refund voucher had been initiated. It’s now been over a month, and there’s still no refund. I’m proceeding with a formal complaint in the Consumer Forum and filing a case.

    @reliancejio I am still waiting for an answer and for my refund.. its been more than 1.5 month now.. Refund of INR 807 is still pending. I am asked to DM every now and then.. no resolution at all

    @JioCare @reliancejio The issue still persists, engineer fixed that on Tuesday and it went down yesterday afternoon. Join should extend the validity of the recharge for the downtime period.
