    @JioCare Kindly give details of violation to prepaid 9538337070 why suspended services we suffered loss of rs 5 Lac for that Jio is solely liable not to activate and illegally service suspended also not making arrange to give UPC Code to port out my number under MNP it’s monopoly

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @JioCare No. Let's sort it out in public. The previous tweet contains the request ID and the track request number. Isn't this enough. Stop sending generic response to everything. Try to help genuinely.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have registered a complaint for my internet connection issue no technician is visiting my site despite several request and the technician visiting time is getting automatically rescheduled.I m facing a lot of inconvenience .My request ID - SR0001IHNL0.

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?
