    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima Do you really care about your customer.. After long follow up I got to register a complaint and your executive came to my home and found STB is defective and internet speed is low. He said STB , ROUTER need to be changed..He never turned up and closed

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

    @JioCare I am so annoyed and confused about ur data plans . I’ve a reliance jio device .. I have the work from home plan of 251. The data is exhausted. I activate another wfh. I can’t activate it now. Note I don’t use the sim on any phone. Only the device . Help!

    @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio The network converage in Nagarbhavi, Manasanagar in Bangalore is pathetic. Every call we have to make or receive one has to come out of thier house, we pay for the connection, can you please enhance the coverage ??

    @JioCare I had even asked 4 a fibre connection at my place, but you people are providing it even though your people had recently installed the underground fibre network at our place. It would have been much feasible to hv a fibre connection rather than hvg 2 recharge a limited connection.
