    Don't go for @reliancejio's #JioFiber #30DayTrial unless you are gonna continue with it. Because they are not refunding the full amount as they promise even if you return the router, settop box and remote without any damage before the expiration of the trial.

    @shuleen23 @JioCare You can reach god in person before you can ever reach JIO help desk or customer advisor or service agent So pathetic I have suffered enough I have plastic in my iPhone called JIO sim and it’s dead on the streets all the time my daughter at my address has a Jio sim that works why?

    Took a new JioFiber connection. Just ran for 2 days and rest of days no internet. Super horrible customer service. They close the complain according to their own liking without any intimation. Great job @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got my jio fiber connection disconnected within 30 days and returned set up box as in same condition but didn't get refund. Jio detected 1k. No reason why. While customer care said u will get 1500 refund.

    4 out of 7 days no internet from a newly connected JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio Once thing for sure is the customer service is super pathetic.

    @DoT_India @TRAI This is the irresponsibility of @JioCare .Still they expect me pay the post paid bill and I have already paid it .But the question is,If a service provider can't answer customers basic questions then can they force us to pay the bill in the name of Diactivation ?

    DAY 12: @JioCare problem not resolved. Escalated matter to nodal officer bit it looks like everyone in jio has got thick skin. No one cares to resolve problem.
