But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Vinod Bindana (@Vinod_Bindana) reported@reliancejio My internet speeds are terrible with Jio. I pay for 100mbps, but it barely hits 5mbps unless I restart the router, and even then, it only lasts for 5 minutes. I can't even get in touch with customer service or report the issue.
