    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a plan validity up to 18th Feb 2020 but while making calls 3 times its remaining me to recharge even after disconnecting call immediately next time also its remaining. Irritating and disturbing n waste of my time. Jio the Worst.

    @VodafoneIN @Vodacom @VodafoneGroup @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @BSNL_KTK @reliancejio Vodafone is not concerned about their customers. After raising multiple complaints also they are not able to resolve. It's better to porting other network. #PORTVodafone

    @DoT_India @JioCare @DoT_India I'm losing my patience tremendously. B4 November 2019, the network & internet issues were majorly occurring. But after Nov, it has gone beyond my tolerance level. Top of that, @JioCare has been giving lame excuses. I have paid for the services, not 2 hear lame excuses.

    @JioCare and 2nd question is when I'm told the multipurpose voucher i got for additional two months is free why I'm charged for that also, if this is such a big hassle for jio to respond to can you pls cancel my connection and refund me the full amount that I paid

    @TelecomTalk Still @Airtel_Presence needs to learn a lot from @JioCare When we recharge for a plan before expiry of existing plan, #Airtel activates new plan immediately ignoring existing plan which is still valid, where as #Jio never does that, it waits for completion of old plan.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare Your service at coordinates 26.3632295, 84.9891846 is worst from month. Many time contacted support but no resolution. Not be able to send a single WhatsApp message during these day with every jio number we have in family. 1/2

    @JioCare my jio fibre connection no is 3507379 , since last 6 months wifi speed is 20kb/s , & my plan is 30mbps .all time buffer. No any customer support.only recorded message every time. my problem not resolved i will shift to other operator next month .
