@JioCare we try to restart it by switching off and on it would take more then 30min to get green light for which i also raised the issue with jio care but they didn't responded well , there is more to this so u can call me on 9867172200 which also the registered Number for my jio fiber.

@reliancejio Sir/madam if purchased your jio fiber service and if its a crime then i would like discontinue with your services because you people provide worst internet services and if we troubleshoot the issue with jio care and sales advisor their is no response

@JioCare There was a issue with my jio fiber router connection for which i contacted mr. Ashish one of ur sales advisor who came my building as ur representative who sold the connection to me The day wiring and installation of router and set top box was done there was a weird sound.

One @JioCare complaint and they call 15-20 times in 2 days but do nothing about the issue. Get a tower! It's been 2-3 years now, what's the point of calling frequently and spamming when you can't do anything about the issue?!
