@JioCare How is your app going to help resolve the problem. Today is the 3rd day and we have no clue when is the service going to resume. Customer care only gives time slots which is not honoured. This is ridiculous..

@reliancejio really poor fiber service. Connection installed at 5 on 25th, is not working since early hours of 26th June. I hope I had gone for @airtelindia. Calls are not answered but service folks, not visiting after scheduling a time slot. I need a refund now!
