Hey @JioCare I work here in Kensington SEZ powai & ur network sucks here. Im struggling to make simple calls leave browsing aside. Please solve this issue ASAP as this is hampering my work @DoT_India its sad how Jio can't provide network in prime location of a tier 1 city

@reliancejio @JioCare There is no good network(very very weak signals problem) in our society. Request to Jio service provider do something...approx 500 peoples are affected due to this network issue.

@JioCare @JioCare there is 0 jio data network in metro (between chakala and ghatkopar) and between #ghatkopar and #mulund in local train. Fed up. Many irritated passengers planning to move to @airtelindia as @VodafoneIN is as useless as @JioCare in trains. @TOIMumbai

Appreciation #reliancejio, for excellent service, particularly social media team. I reported problem @ 8am today for STB issue, they followed up to understand with 3 Twitter messages. Received a call from them @ 7pm to check if problem resolved. VOILA! Done.
