    @reliancejio I paid 1500₹ for a Jio connection - it's more than 30 hours no one has called or come for the installation. Reliance has always been a thief and the name will never be in trust books. You guys suck, plz refund me back the money @ril_foundation

    @JioCare My issue is still not resolved, as I have mentioned I had paid security deposit of ₹ 2500/-, for connection & your executive Mr Abdul knows I had taken to show it to members of the complex. I returned all devices in orig box. Still ₹750/- is balanced to be received.

    @JioCare @reliancejio unable to change my esim to my new phone. Visited the Jio store spoke to the online tech support both teams are unable to solve the issue . It’s surprising how the processes are taken so lightly

    @JioCare post Cyclone Tauktae the network quality has degraded drastically in Vasai-Virar area. Facing network issues since then while receiving incoming call. OTP and other SMS services like Bank transactions have also been hit severely where we don't even receive the SMS!

    @JioCare When Dennis it's been 13 days I am without internet connection.. in this hybrid work culture it's impacting my work. Internet is a necessasity in today's time .. and delay service is equal to no service.

    It’s shows complete incompetence & miss management of Service team. Since 5th sept I’m facing the issue. You people keep making excuses & delays. From my side is there any delay of payment or pending bills? Never So @JioCare act now, rather than dragging the problem each day.
