With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

Kindly cancel the order if you are unable to deliver the Sim. I would get an @Airtel_Presence sim instead of waiting endlessly without any updates.
