@JioCare Hi, I have recently bought a jio fibre connection. the internet is working absolutely fine in the hall area of the apartment but in the rest of the apartment it's not working. I even installed an extra router but there is some configuration issue happening. please help!

@jiocare @reliancejio we r not getting the network since last 3 days no outgoing and incoming calls we r facing lots of issues and losses we tried spking to krishna at jio service center at kingcircle and he says that he is busy with other clients so seems rlv r not imp pls reply

Jan’22 was my 1st complaint abt network issues.Until Nov’22 i raised several. Each time i was given a TAT of 36-48 days to see improvement. It’s end of 2022 & yet i see call drops to no coverage. I’ve also purchased a new phone. What have you to say now @JioCare ? Another lie?

@JioCare Hi Aafreen, I am really fed up hearing from you people to have patience . The only issues in router is that adopter is not working now. It’s only a two minutes job. But since 16-6-2022, your team is working on that and not been able to deliver power adopter at my place.

Dear Jio, We have network in our area where your network operator shutdown network in every 30 minutes. We have only network service provider without any alternate option so that we all can switch to other service providers. @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare
