    I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare why there is no network in Andheri East. Near mogra station. Since morning, there is issue in the network. Pathetic network.

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @JioCare We recently came to know that if the number is not reactivated within 90 days, it may be permanently deactivated and reassigned to another customer. This number is extremely important to us, as it is linked to bank accounts, OTP verifications, official documents.

    @JioCare This is completely unacceptable now. After almost 3 months, countless complaints, router replacement and even a new connection, I am still receiving the same copypaste replies without any actual fix. Customers are paying for proper service, not endless delays and false assurances
