    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    @JioCare Thanks Aahil. I’ve been trying to reach the technician on call but I’m unable to connect. The customer care no. transfers the call to an advisor but no one answers the call Please look into it!

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare i need to reboot again and again to use jio 5g. Where as others are able to use it without any issues.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare The service is good but facing issues with the internet it gets down for 4- 5 hrs from last 15 to 20 days no support has been provided The app also doesn't resolve the issue. Worst customer support and issue resolve

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    Unprofessional and unethical service from #JioFiber. Got installation on 12Aug. It worked for a day and since then no internet. Raised compalint on 15 and they just keep rescheduling the appointment. Had multiple followup but no help. Pathetic service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio 4 to 5 hours on daily basis network becomes either null or 1 in network bar...... I can't even talk to customer executive on call or in chatbox in my jio section due to null network condition...... Not expected such service from jio. ...
