Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. STB and remote replaced (SR00002L9TI6,SR00002LOLRI), but issue persists. New complaint: SR000038NWYH. Please escalate and provide latest white STB instead of repeated refurbished swaps.
