@JioCare Yes, there is a problem with a specific provider & that’s Jio! No network, if there is, data doesn’t work and call drops! Read my DM’s and you’ll know what I’ve been taking abt since Jan 2020!

@reliancejio what kind of fibre service you guys are providing I logged a mail for refund on 9th November21 till date no one turned up to collect and everyday I get a mail that pickup is rescheduled as per my requestI didn’t even received a call or anything Kindly look in to it

This is a request to everyone not to go for Jio Fiber connection, as their speed might be good. But Customer Care service is hopeless. The person who had collected my Fiber made mistake in my bank details and now I am the one suffering since 3 months. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice
