    @JioCare I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers outgoing

    @JioCare Just look at the service @Airtel_Presence I haven’t even tagged them and they have replied kindly solve this network issue within 7 days or i am gonna follow joshua instructions any how solve it either give me a network booster but i want network or else bye bye Airtel

    @reliancejio You ass****s, return my money! It’s been 15 days since the ticket has been opened and no one has attended to the refund request for Jio Fibre. People, please avoid falling for this bullshit! They will not return your security deposit after you cancel the connection.

    @JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

    @JioCare I've actually used the trial plan along with other SP. I found issues with Jio speed. I wanted the connection to be uninstalled and since 4 weeks and tirelessly I keep calling the customer care and they give date on date. No one turns up to uninstall.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 1 -Worst coustomar care. 2 -they didn't listen to customer what they are saying they solve by there own . 3 -they say you are consuming data it's mean your broadband working fine then why the constant ntwok is not there. 4 -its a humble request affter that.

    @KumarNavin82 @JioCare Same issue here since 2+ years #WORST & everytime #jio takes our info & do nothing all false commitments , JIO doesn't even bother for Customers thus they hv decreased their customers base, ultimately one has to MNP we all hv migrated to #Airtel Goodluck
