    @reliancejio I have raise a complaint regarding change of router due to insufficient range which promises, I got the answer that first you choose the gold pack then only you will get the router change, this is one kind of extortion to the customer, kindly look in to the mater

    More than 3 days since I’ve registered a complaint with @reliancejio for the non-working of their Jio Fibre router installed in my office due to a faulty adapter. Received 5 calls since yesterday and all I’m asked is, “problem kya hai”. And the calls never stop! @JioCare

    @JioCare please clarify that wether your company is gonna remove IUC charges or no and apart from that are you coming up with High end Postpaid plans or no. 199 is pathetic. If answers are no the Porting out is the best solution and u will have many customers porting out for sure

    @JioCare Unprofessional pathetic and disgusting customer service... You didn't even have patience to answer the questions or even understand the problem. Social media team that is responsible is keeping teenagers to manage who clearly lack social skills. So low.

    @reliancejio What a waste of Plans, IUC charges being levied which no other provider is charging for now. Apart from this the post plans of Jio sucks. Dont have options for higher end plans even if customer wants too. Would prefer Airtel for such plans then. Pre on post pathetic system.

    @reliancejio are still charging 6ps/min while other operators don't. Jio gives 1GB/10 Rs. I got a 50 GB voucher for 500 Rs recharge and 46 GB was remaining. Today morning I found that there is no data. I have 2.5 years recharge. I'll never ask anyone to join jio. Fraud company.

    @AmruthNA @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @JioCare But there is a catch dude m using postpaid services of Jio they jus offer 199 plan and a limit of 25 GB only apart from that u have to use pre on post service for additional data like keep recharging for 1 2 3 or 5gb moreover they are yet charging calls to other subscribers.

    @reliancejio @TRAI Please don't reply with please provide your alternate number and stuff. 2 concerns one IUC charges which no other network is charging anymore, 2nd the post paid plans are pathetic. If u dont have options for postpaid plans then Porting out is the best option.

    @JioCare 1/2 Worst customer support process, I have ever seen till now to deactivate JIO numbers which was lying idle for the last 5yrs and linked to my Aadhar, upon raising multiple reqests with customer care, got an update "services will be deactivated over a period of time"

    @JioCare Jio has one drawback, it does not provide last 12 months invoices and not send any invoice mails to ur mail id. If u want to use any last 12 months invoices than u r in problem. They will only answer last 6 months invoices.
