Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

Hey @JioCare it's been more than 3 days since the new recharge done but still my father is unable to make calls. Please help. Our maternal grandfather is hospitalized and in such conditions connectivity is of utmost importance. Please help and get it sorted.

Stopped getting signal on my @reliancejio number since a week in spite of making the recharge in advance for 3 months. During this time when phones have become the lifeline, @reliancejio doesn’t provide with any network. It says no service. @JioCare kindly look into this ASAP.

@JioCare Pathetic service from Jio Store. I have to visit 5 times for just getting an Esim. @reliancejio The reason they give that they don’t have the device now come back next day. Still not got my esim. No porting service nothing because device is not available with them.
