    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    Jio 5g Service Net...Hahahaha. It seems to run at a speed of 2G. 5G Internet service is still not available in cities like Mumbai Metropolitan. Ambani company is fooling all Indians. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare The day from i port the call.. there is really have some issue. why we are telling you because we are suffering inspite of high charge amount you are not providing single rupee network.. just fed up your service which is not available check my history how many times it's get miss

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    What the hell, again call drop issue after 35 secs cannot hear other side. I just lost my important meeting, why don't lock the company if u cannot provide the services. I just ported the number from @airtelindia and i really miss their good service @JioCare hate ur service guys.

    @JioCare If your internet isn't working at all, then this question is meaningless. My primary issue is not that I am facing problems with single or multiple users; my actual problem is that the internet is not working on a particular time period.

    @JioCare installation is still pending. I have been waiting for your engineer, however, no one has contacted or visited yet. This delay is unacceptable. If the installation is not completed immediately, I will be forced to raise a complaint in the consumer court.

    @reliancejio My internet is extremely slow and keeps lagging all the time. I’ve already complained multiple times but nothing has been fixed yet. At this rate, my recharge will expire before the problem is even solved, and then I’ll be told there’s no active plan. This is really frustrating.
