    @aadi106 @VodafoneIN Adi port your number to @reliancejio , I have ported my number from Vodafone to Jio and I am completely Happy with he network. I used Vodafone for 15 years but network has become worst for them.

    @reliancejio now days the network is going worse while traveling in Mumbai local train. Hardly get network to talk on call or surfing anything. Please look at this matter.

    So the @reliancejio bubble has burst spectacularly. Forget 4G, unable to get 2G speed. Outgoing & Incoming calls stop all of a sudden & we get messages hours later for missed calls. Time to say goodbye JIO. Giving cheap data is not always the answer...consumers need service too

    @JioCare Yup but that’s not helpful, I would suggest if someone can come over and look into this issue and fix it permanently. I am sure it has nothing to do with my phone settings as I have already visited the store and they have personally checked all my phone settings

    @JioCare I switched from @VodafoneIN to Jio network mainly for network reasons but seems like Jio is no better than Vodafone infact I am facing more network issues on Jio. Can someone @JioCare @reliancejio pls fix the network issue else will have to switch again after 3 months.

    @jiocare Kindly avoid excuses like handset/sim issues/restarting mobile. Everyone is facing issues here with jio except Airtel/Vodafone users. Please advise your network team to conduct real-time network/Internet test here in G-BLOCK BKC for reality check!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Fibre is down again today & its been 6 hours with no firm ETA. Please communicate better during issues. Would u give these 6+ hrs extra in recharge? @airtelindia never had such issues with their broadband, their resolution was always with in 2 to 3 hrs max.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the worst customer service ever for a broadband provider. Raised a request to get it fixed on Saturday 6th August. Not a single call from the engineer who is supposed to visit. Every day I am the same story when I reach out to support that it would be fixed.

    @JioCare please change your name to Jio doesn’t care … I took a plan of 3+1 which unexpectedly generates bill after 3 months and Jiocare always routes to a automated bot for issue chat and there is no such item listed for the concerned issue where it can answer.

    @reliancejio I signed up for Jio Fiber on My Jio App, paid for 6 months, got KYC done and the connection was supposed to happen in 48 hours. It has been 5 days and no one has come yet. The executives keep promising they'll come but never show up!!

    @JioCare I have jio postpaid number of J&k but now in in other place but using same number every month my bill was RS 9 but this month it show 658 around and ask for details jio care says we have no details..which type of service is this...very bad
