Jio not working inspite of showing network. People who are trying to reach me are complaining that it's telling switch off. What's the use of taking this kind of service when people can't reach you via call at emergency. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare It's 10 days today with no resolution how long does it take to resolve this issue where there is already a new jio connection working and u need to transfer the old one. Your bill meter is on and I'm not using the service for which I have paid in advance for a year

@JioCare Why should i pay at first place. I want adjustment in this month bill. I am not paying extra money for incorrect billing. When customer care executive informed on July 12, 2022 that it is unsubscribed, it was still billed and now you are talking about adjustment.

The speed I am getting after connecting with VPN is 19 mbps for a plan of 150mbps ...whereas for same VPN with different service provider speed is 95 mbps for a plan of 100mbps ..jii fiber is worst network while working with VPN.very disappointed.@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio
