    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    @JioCare one thing is for sure will never port to @reliancejio as their executive couldn't call in more than 5 days. It's their 5g service

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    @JioCare the port was the biggest mistake i have ever had... Despite being the highest charging amount of recharge i am not getting single one rupees service.... Delay in message.. and many of belonging voice i have been missed to due to your pathetic service

    Jio 5g Service Net...Hahahaha. It seems to run at a speed of 2G. 5G Internet service is still not available in cities like Mumbai Metropolitan. Ambani company is fooling all Indians. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare The best thing about Jio WiFi is that they never put customers directly in touch with a technician; instead, they first suggest four technical troubleshooting steps. Only after attempting these steps is one permitted to call them—and even then, if the problem persists, a technician won't be available for another 15 days. Just grin and bear it, because the situation is exactly the same with other service providers as well.01332357677

    It has been 5 days but neither has any engineer come from Jio side nor have I received any call to fix the WiFi. I will wait for 15 days and if the issue is not resolved I will file a complaint in the Consumer Forum because my 6-month recharge is still remaining. @JioCare

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare I had the exact opposite experience. Jio has been running without a hitch for years now. Air tel keeps having outage every other day.

    @JioCare I have already raised complaint and technician visited. No solution and he also mentioned it will not going to fix soon and he was totally right as issue is not only with us. Your service request number is SR000036XY9F. You will receive an update by 29/05/2026 14:58.
