@JioCare This is the problem @JioCare @reliancejio mindless response which serves no purpose. Take feedback positively and look into past records of the problem, service requests etc and put efforts to resolve. Such responses, will make people loose confidence in #jio

@JioCare Jio network having issue. When call is made, ring is not heard to the caller, call gets picked-up but voice could not be heard. After disconnecting, when again call is made it's all ok second time!!

Team @reliancejio have been facing terrible network issues with Jio 4G plan as it offers me 1gb/day. Despite almost NO usage throughout the day, I ended upon the poorest data speed :(

@reliancejio @JioCare Planning my network port to Vodafone/Airtel. Fed up of Jio's week internet speeds, that too in the centre of my city (671121)! Oh, please don't say it is due to excess user traffic. Enough of this reason. It is your duty to improve the speed accordingly. 😒
