    @JioCare Why wait 24 or more hours? Your service request number is SR000019B1RF. You will receive an update by 15/03/2022 17:52.. May be one more time some of your engineers or executives removed my active connection to complete the daily target and added a new connection in that place?

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000015TTLN, repair of your JioFiber account having JioFixed Voice Number 2653561351 is on hold as our Jio Service Engineer did not get access to your premises. Kindly schedule a new appointment asap.

    @JioCare There is a tower in my village. This problem is daily. I don't know how many days you have been working. How many recharges have been completed in my three months but your network work has not been completed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been repeatedly asking to the sales guy and customer care guys bt still no response or invoice is received. The worst thing is my calls are getting cutt when i am calling customer care to ask this. Is this how it is going to be with Jio as well ?? No Good ISP's??

    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and “we’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.

    @JioCare This delay is unacceptable.yr team has already informed us multiple times to wait for confirmation,but no actual visit slot has been provided yet. Plz arrange the enginer visit immediately & share the confirmed date & time today itself. I need resolution, not repeated assurances.
