JioFiber guys u hv the worst service. I hv registered my complaint 3 times today & the CS executive gave me 3 different time slots but not a single Service Engineer came. This is the worst service I hv ever experience in my life! @JioCare u guys r the worst #JioFiber

Dear @JioCare, I am willing to ReLocate the Jio Fiber Router&STB to another location at Vadodara location. I have been contacting customer care they are not providing me and solution and refusing to take request, giving reason that due to technical issue can't process SR.

@MarketingMvrick @reliancejio There was a time when I literally paid 999 plus taxes, for 2 GB of data and still couldn't experience greater or satisfactory customer service. This could have been resolved in a day or two, but even after multiple follow-ups & escalation there was no action taken earlier. Why I have to reach out technician & remind them?
