    Hi Sir, Thanks for the reply I came to Gujarat my home town here too i faced the same issue and hence I ported to Other Operator and Now i am happy with the Service. CC Has Typical Answer Many people are using internet and hence you are facing slownesswhats That ?? @JioCare

    @JioCare i have recharged on my jio no. 9537695759. The plan is not supporting non koi instrument. Plz support me to upgrade my recharge amount to the one which can support non jio instrument. Present plan rs. 297+10, upgrade to rs329/-

    @JioCare What is my fault when you do not reach the traffic of the network. I did my duty by recharging. Why don't you do your duty by giving me 4G speed.

    @JioCare Jiofiber landline not working since last update done. complain lodge,technical team came home, reset router but problem not solved. Daily team calling me to come home to do the same thing and I denied and ask them to resolve from sever end..!!comp. SR000011FO7O

    @JioCare There is a tower in my village. This problem is daily. I don't know how many days you have been working. How many recharges have been completed in my three months but your network work has not been completed.

    @JioCare what happened to jio net.. Network speed is drastically reduced in my place that even you tube videos failed to stream even in 240p. For the past 3 days it was hell using net. Kindly attend to this problem

    @JioCare what has happened to my jio fiber connection it's speed is less than 10 kb per sec.Because of it my brother can't work in his night shift.That's a lot to take in as it's been like that since noon.I contacted customer care but they didn't responded to it and neglected it.
