But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

I lodged my complaint but got no response. I was told to opt for chat. That also did not work. I am feeling cheated and disturbed.
