@JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

@JioCare this is very annoying every minute my 5g network wifi gets disconnected from my phone and my work gets interrupted. When i complaint in customer care they send some bunch of stupid guys who just reset the router and bounce off. Either fix this or u will loose a customer

@reliancejio @JioCare i got my physical sim converted to esim yesterday, but it didn’t get activated in the evening you guys are saying it got rejected, today again I went to the store and opted for a physical sim instead, still I am seeing no network on my phone.
