MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

@reliancejio rather than promising offers and vochers, u guys need to work on network connectivity for your customers. Simply saying that you can email us, or can raise the appeal with Appellate focus on giving the quality which you promised on day 1 to all 120 million customers

@reliancejio @JioCare jio is giving a lot of trouble now. Poor network. Voice distortion. Jio goes dead on the ground floor since always but used to work well on the first floor but since past 1 month, m facing the mentioned problems on first floor too.

Time & again u guys reminded me how big mistake I have made by choosing @JioCare over @Airtel_Presence. I wish I could rectify this mistake. Have it been SIM, I wouldn't have thought a single time to Port. But now with this Fibre connection I am just stuck with your poor service.
