    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio net speed is to much slower can't open a pic that kind service is below the average i have complaint but didn't get any resolution now i have only one option to port to @airtelindia

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

    Forced due to lack of @reliancejio availability few of us had to take bsnl connection and face terrible issues with it. Please help us out @JioCare. You just need your team to activate the area that’s all.

    @JioCare Twice it has been cancelled for OTB required reason, although OTB was not actually installed. Recently, OTB was installed. And you cancel the application again. What kind of non-sense is this? Either the ppl are stupid in the organisation or you don't care about your customers.
