    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani: My Internet is not working since ystrday and all i am getting a response : Extive will cm dnt knw when. CS team does not know anything ,No esclation matrix ,No contact of concern person or engineer. After sales customer service is most important thing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare. From last 3 days jio services has been stopped in my colony. Incoming and outgoing calls has been stopped. Internet has been stopped for around 1500 peoples in my colony. Already complaint raised to jio helpline but still no action taken. Please look.
