@JioCare bill is showing in applications 782rs which I have paid now When I call to customer care they told me that bill is generated 470 then I asked to refund the extra amount what the hell , my money my connection you will decided what I have to do

@JioCare why your service is so crappy? Even when i have the signal, i still struggle to make a phone call, today i was waiting for an important meeting and i wasn't able to connect with the other person because of this shity service.

I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

FYI @reliancejio I received a call from someone claiming to represent JIO and telling that there is some problem in port out request. They told me to send the cancellation message. It’s really shameless on part of @ViCustomerCare to have their people call by impersonating 2/2

@JioCare team it has horrible experience to start my reliance fiber connection, your executives on the ground are only bothered about payment after that no connection is given to customer and they don't even respond to customer calls. Your customer care just hangs phone on me.
