    @TRAI @JioCare My Jio number (7009611083) was suspended on 14th April 2023. I got to know that my services are suspended via their IVR and upon Calling the customer executive I raised the complaint. Which they file under "SIM BOX FRAUD" Then that complain closed without soln

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani: My Internet is not working since ystrday and all i am getting a response : Extive will cm dnt knw when. CS team does not know anything ,No esclation matrix ,No contact of concern person or engineer. After sales customer service is most important thing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I SHIFTED MY JIOBER CONNECTION AND 10 DAYS GONE BUT NO ONE TO INSTALL. Old device picked up but no new connection after paid as well. No call help no email help even No way to connect with customer care. WOrst experience.
