    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    @reliancejio recently I recharged from Imobile app of (icic bank). And I didn't get my plan of it and I try to call on your customer care number but it doesn't work so it's my request please fix this asap.

    I use Jio Air fiber. My shift starts at 6 PM IST and ends at 3 AM IST. The connection works perfectly for the first hour (until 7 PM), but after that, it stops working entirely. Service only resumes after 1 AM IST. I have tried contacting @JioCare, but I haven't received any help

    I’ve completely lost my patience with poor network signal from Jio. Today it even disrupted my interview with Concentrix because of constant internet issues. I already raised a complaint about the low signal in my area, but there has been no resolution yet. Do needful @JioCare
