@JioCare @reliancejio I'm fed up with you shitty service and I'm going to definitely switch to some other network and ask my friends to do so. I can't even buffer a YouTube video with 144 pixels. That's how shitty your network is. Your customer service down drastically.

@JioCare I’ve been using jio for a while and been a loyal customer to jio but as reward jio is providing me unstable internet connection , i am not even able to load my instagrm feed. Hope you fix this problem soon.

@reliancejio @JioCare jio service is pathetic nowadays... I hv ported my number from docomo to jio but didn't get any offer from your side . Also internet speed is very poor. Tata docomo 3g speed was much better than jio 4g speed.

Paid for a @reliancejio quarterly package on 6th feb. today it showed us that the package has expired on 28th feb (not a quarter). Paid for another three months and still not working. No break up of data. We are being cheated. Expected better from #reliancejio
