    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

Last Friday 14.30 hrs our jio net connection disconnected and complained immediately due to online examination on that day.bur my call is still pending and not solved till date. Fix the issue

    @JioCare Switched from Prepaid to Postpaid yesterday. Opted for 999 Family plan and added 2 nos. Had issues with posting 3 no. So, switched to 799 plan. Jio immed. removed my 2 add-on nos. from 999 plan, however, got a message that plan will be changed in 24 hrs. Rubbish.
