    @JioCare should change to worst care.. its been month and nobody showed yet.. never got the network issue resolved and now facing unistallation issue problem for last 1 month.. You guys Suck..

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio is giving a lot of trouble now. Poor network. Voice distortion. Jio goes dead on the ground floor since always but used to work well on the first floor but since past 1 month, m facing the mentioned problems on first floor too.

    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

    I have a number of JIO and I received a message from JIO for special offer (699Rs) regards the Calling and I internet. But when I recharged then didn't not received any plan then customer care guide me wrong and asked for more recharge. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    Hi @airtelindia Broadband team, This is regarding Complaint: 10094412751 for frequent Internet disconnection raised on 27.10 but till now it's not being resolved. Let me know If i have to switch to other connection who can have better technical team @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @TRAI I have a home internet connection wit @reliancejio. Service has been interrupted, but customer care says no technician is available for the next few days and my bill won't be adjusted for the downtime. We shouldn't be billed when the service isn't available.

    I'm user of both @reliancejio @JioCare mobile prepaid and postpaid Fibre but despite almost 20-25 Complaint, follow ups and hopes from retention excutives still the issue which almost have been through last half a year not been resolved and now I just want to rest this case here and want to withdraw from all the services provided by @reliancejio. Thank you for the support.

    Maine airtel se jio me switch kiya hai 5 din pahle lekin ab mai pachta raha hu sabse ghatiya network hai jio ka mere ghar ke pass pin code -805103 Area-sudhi tola ward no-8 near urdu school please fix it if you don't then i will back to return airtel @reliancejio
