But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

Since then I am following up consistently but there is no refund yet. Ravi 09315409678 manager don't bother to reply.
