    @JioCare worst services you guys are providing. My jio wifi is not working since evening. Tried to contact with your customer care wait for 40 mins but no one attend my call try to connect with your chat customer care but even they were not responding. I need solution right now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio is giving a lot of trouble now. Poor network. Voice distortion. Jio goes dead on the ground floor since always but used to work well on the first floor but since past 1 month, m facing the mentioned problems on first floor too.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have been tired explaining the same issue again and again. Not a particular website, I am facing problems with all websites whether it is google, youtube. I am not able to even send a whatsapp message easily. It takes much time. Location added.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @reliancejio recently I recharged from Imobile app of (icic bank). And I didn't get my plan of it and I try to call on your customer care number but it doesn't work so it's my request please fix this asap.

    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare Your service at coordinates 26.3632295, 84.9891846 is worst from month. Many time contacted support but no resolution. Not be able to send a single WhatsApp message during these day with every jio number we have in family. 1/2

    @JioCare my jio fibre connection no is 3507379 , since last 6 months wifi speed is 20kb/s , & my plan is 30mbps .all time buffer. No any customer support.only recorded message every time. my problem not resolved i will shift to other operator next month .
