A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

He checked within 15min and told that its fixed. I did checks back at home and problem remains.They could have kept device if needed time.

And every time I raise an issue ticket, they just mark it as resolved or closed without actually solving... 0 / 10 rating goes to Jio Fiber service.

When my 2GB data about to complete only 1 or 2 MBs remaining my network is getting slow, even after recharging with additional data pack that 2MB is not getting completed and it takes 2 hours. How to rectify this ?
