    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

    @JioCare Kindly justify how 90% data got exhausted when I put it on at 8.45 am without having used any data at all in night. From 30% to 90% in 15 minutes. Plus bad network always.

    @JioCare Tell my the process of porting out from jio as you guys are not taking my issue seriously and thus not resolving it after repeatedly messaging you,so i would like to change my network operator as soon as possible. Your network is good for nothing , soon jio will be over

    @JioCare I hope you understand that there's still WFH. When there was outage, we had to use alternatives such as mobile hotspots which cost money.
