    @JioCare I have shifted from my previous residence and want to disconnect jiofibre there, but i am unable to be able to get in touch with anybody, all they give is a toll free number which doesnt work, help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have requested engineer visit between 9:00 am to 10:00 am , it already 10 where is your engineer ? I cant waste my all day sitting at home to wait for your engineer to come and fix the problem

    @JioCare will port to @airtelindia in november as speed of jio network is less in my area..airtel offers 55mbps speed in my area..waiting for 90 days to be over and i switch to @airtelindia

    Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE. BOOKED JIO STB & WAS TOLD THAT SAME WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 2HOURS OF PREPAID BOOKING BUT ITS BEEN MORE THAN 24HRS NOW & THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET. #SHAMEFUL #FRAUD #UNPROFESSIONAL

    @JioCare Absolutely! But then only till the time payment is in process & after that you guys are least bothered about your commitments. I feel very very sad for such a brand. #HOPELESS #POOR #UNPROFESSIONAL. falling short of words for appreciating you ALL.

    @JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

    @JioCare Jio have no solution in case any postpaid customer recharge his phone by mistake with different prepaid amount. I guess million of money JIO earning due to this loofole. I am against this policy as simply that amount can transfer against the postpaid bill.

    @fiber_jio is the worst service I ever get. We live in C-block Shushant lok Gurugram. The sales person came to register but it's been more than 20days no one came for the installation. There is no complan helpline and the sales person is not picking the call @AmbaniTina @JioCare
