    @JioCare is this a joke going on … I am complaining away and every time a new technician coming and blaming the old one…. Not resolving my issue… guys please stay away from Jio fibre very unprofessional… stick to local providers who give better service

    More than 3 months of @reliancejio fibre and has turned out to be the worst decision ever! The most horrible and pathetic service a service provider can give!

    Just 14 sms sent and @reliancejio fooling around saying 100 sms have been sent and your sms pack has been exhausted. Same case with daily data usage. Poor network with such scams is condemnable. RIP @reliancejio Highly disappointed. @SanjayDhotreMP

    @reliancejio just on-boarded to Jio fiber last Saturday and within 2 days your router started playing up and now do not want to broadcast wireless (mainly 2.4ghz). can't handle such issues in long term. would prefer @airtelindia if they have service around.

    Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio fantastic service that I have to wait since 17 Aug for uninstallation of order no. CO0000DI1UF as you keep rescheduling visit 2-3 times every day. Even time given in call not honoured. Don’t you have enough staff or don’t want to refund deposit?
