Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

@reliancejio @JioCare You only hire Telecallers, Artificial intellect, but you don't have enough tower and service engineer to check the network compatibility.. it's daily pain ! Our day start with frustration. We are planning to go in consumer court @jagograhakjago

I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

@JioCare It's not my mobile problem it's your service issue as Airtel sim is working fine in my phone with good speed.... But Jio Speed is worst, and it's not the 1st time I complained earlier bas well. Except few area everywhere it's same, in just 10-20kbps speed available in Jio net.
