So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team.
