It took almost 24 hrs for @JioCare to restore the broadband in #hiranandanigardenspowai but the good part was they kept you updated so you didn’t feel totally helpless, which i how one usually feels when dealing with utility service providers

@JioCare As per your mail the pickup of the router was supposed to happen on 05/06/2022,between 13.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs, and as expected it got rescheduled to 20.45 and again it got rescheduled to 21.30. The message shows that i rescheduled but it was as per service engr convienience
