With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

They are just giving a nice response thay there is outrage in your area but how there is outrage for last 7 days. Even I had raised complaint with service no but not a single call from Engineer to visit. Worst Experience.

Complaints are ignored, solutions are delayed, and customers are left helpless. This is not the standard expected from a company like Jio. Better I'll go for airtel instead of this.
