So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.
