    @JioCare Madam We are facing this issue more than 8 months. Almost 300 numbers is in use . Diesel corruption is there for sure. Incharge saying generator is require. Please give any number to follow up this. This is very serious now. @myogioffice @DM_Bhadohi

    @JioCare It is more than 24 hours that the JioFiber connection for the area is down. This is unthinkable and unacceptable. Unfortunately we have paid for 6 months or I would have discontinued your service. Feels like I am dealing with MTNL.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am living at mahul village chembur there are no network from 6 hour's so all people's are in problams . I have use only 1 sim of jio then create this no network problem from u again n again i have face 4 th time of same problem. So please solve this

    @JioCare Tower is in village only. Still we are facing serious network issue. Those who are living outside are not able to talk to their families in this pandemic whole day. Almost 300 numbers are in use.

    @reliancejio Internet down since morning 10AM. Was told by executive services would start by 15.48 & 42 seconds ( yes he specified that ) now Mr.Javed from customer care says will take another 4 hours ! All I ask is how long will the joke go on ? Complaint #MR0000U9SEMV

    @JioCare my jiofiber was not working since 28 December . Complained about it at jio. It’s engineer every day new person was coming and checked problem and told next service engineer will come do job . Now today is 4 Jan , 23 still Jio Fiber not working conditions. Why we paying.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network in our area (Belanganj,Agra,UP) is very poor. Most of the time we are experiencing very bad network. There is no support from customer care, they taught same line of action for everyone which is not at all useful. Pls improve your network.
