@JioCare My main concern / complaint is that the engineer disturbed existing connection in spite of me asking him repeatedly about it when giving permission to work. Local JIO team who handles cooly switched off phones / didnt call back in spite of numerous calls / whatsapp msgs. Unhappy.

@reliancejio @JioCare please look into your on ground teams I put a request for 2 Prepaid via the my jio app, yest The guy showed up today with 2 post paid sim card, which okay isnt a big deal really. Problem was that he started to force me to pay for a plan I didn't want to and
