@magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one). @JioCare how does a person run up a outstanding charge when the only option to activate or access a service is via prepaid option...?? U cannot access IR if the prepaid voucher is not bought, but then without accessing a network end up racking bills if 4k as access charges..how?
