    @Airtel_Presence I have registered a complaint for weak internet speed Reference no 90746933. My location is attached. Complaint was registered on 28 July , they told me to resolve issue within 4 days. Now thinking about switching to @JioCare. Monthly bill 1000Rs.@rsprasad .

    @reliancejio your sales rep tells me that I need a visa copy to get a SIM card. I’ve an Indian govt. issued life long visa called OCI card. It seems that is not accepted. You lost a customer today in me. Please update your processes

    @reliancejio Need better network at Mumbai biggest business exhibition center Goregoan exhibition center. Call forwarding is too slow. Caller has to listen call forwarding info in 3 languages and then call get forwarded. Business lost @JioCare For a change @VodafoneIN works!

    @JioCare Had a worst experience with customer care of jio @jagograhakjago attitude of people responding is very bad, spoke to Nithin (call supervisor) and he is asking me to check status of complaint from my end and he is ok if I escalate and raise grievance. nice customer care
