    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    How should I disconnect and get refund amount of my jio fiber ?? The app provides a helpline number that doesn't help at all , employees at jio store gives the same number and the person who sold us the plan is now removed !! please provide suitable help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

    @JioCare I said that’s fine as long as the work gets done, but I asked whose fault it was that a customer had to suffer for 6 days. As soon as I said this, the Basni JioFiber staff got angry. It seems they don't even have two minutes to talk to a customer properly.

    @JioCare @JioCare Thanks for the response. I’ll share the details via DM. However, this isn’t temporary—the network is unusable ~90% of the time in my area (Badgudugudia,Kaptipada,Mayurbhanj,Odisha), with frequent signal loss and call failures. Please prioritize and resolve this urgently.
