@reliancejio disappointed with Jio Fibre. I have placed repeater in my place as range of wifi is not covering my bedroom. I face repeated disconnection, slow speed with connected through repeater. On discusssion with Jio engineer, they updated that Jio has updated some firmware.

@JioCare @reliancejio disappointed with Jio Fibre. I have placed repeater in my place as range of wifi is not covering my bedroom. I face repeated disconnection, slow speed when connected through repeater. On discusssion with Jio engineer, they says Jio has updated firmware.

@reliancejio We are experiencing horrible service across channels - sales to service to removal of the devices. Our order no CO0000AZJLIL was to be executed on the 11th instant at 9 AM. We’re still waiting for any revert. Thank God, it was only a trial!

@reliancejio I shifted from Airtel to Jio cuz I wanted proper service for my company. I applied for jiofibre 5 days back. They took all the details and even charged me for the connection. It has been 5 days and no one has come to install the connection.
