@JioCare I'm ready to wait but give me problem resolution date. I have been hearing the same message from Jio for past several days with no resolution. Really frustrated with Jio network. Only adding new customers is not a business, it is also to give service to existing customers.

@JioCare Yes, there is a problem with a specific provider & that’s Jio! No network, if there is, data doesn’t work and call drops! Read my DM’s and you’ll know what I’ve been taking abt since Jan 2020!

@JioCare tried to port my sim to Jio, however at the store when the customer care executive tried scanning my aadhar card, the application was not accepting the document. Strange!! Need your support.

This is a request to everyone not to go for Jio Fiber connection, as their speed might be good. But Customer Care service is hopeless. The person who had collected my Fiber made mistake in my bank details and now I am the one suffering since 3 months. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice
