    Hey @ViCustomerCare why is it compulsion 4 customer to go post paid for 3 month if any want to port in from other operator . Visit your Chembur naka store for port out from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare they said I have to go 4 post paid for first 3 month ?

    After about 2-3 weeks of uninterrupted service, I got home tonight to find that my @reliancejio fiber connection is down again. That's the third time in the last two months, with a total downtime of 18 days and counting.

    @JioCare Thank you I just hope you reach out soon as I was promised that you guys would come home to check the network as we all are working from home. And we have continuously calls and conference meetings. Your network is just getting worse ..It would be nice if you guys come & rectify

    I've dealt with some shady ISPs over the years but none of them come even close to @reliancejio in terms of either inability to keep their network running or the infuriatingly useless customer support. And I once used an ISP with a total employee count of two.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You are my ISP. & For more than a fortnight your IP which I believe is a public one is having issues. Cannot send emails, they get bounced also Google server not accepting them & rejects it. Quickly resolve this pls. DM for details

    @KumarNavin82 @JioCare I was so happy using this network but it’s gone so bad that where I pay for 30 mbps I get 5-7 mbps & no one to talk to your agents transfer me to the Jiofi no where it’s always gets cut and when I call the other no ther is no agent to speak to SR# SR000012Q8ZT pls update

    @JioCare @KumarNavin82 On Sunday we had. Jiofi issue, a person comes to check it calls me and runs away and this issue is unsolved still pending and not one damn call to give me an explanation out companies run on you service if you can’t give us service wel happily change

    @JioCare absolutely third rate customer service. Blocked my number even though payments are made and now their rep is blaming why we’ve made payments through 3rd party wallets and Jio Pay. Astonishing to see how such poorly customers are treated

    @reliancejio Very Dissapointed to say that Jio Fiber has no control over it's customer service. My Router is not working since 13th June. I lodged complaint. Now it's 16th, no technician has visited. #unreliable Jio Fiber cannot be trusted for work from home. Pathetic Service!!!
