    @reliancejio @JioCare it's frustrating time, taking twice the recharge but not given one single improvement in the jio... Everyday we are facing issue! I am not expecting such delay in service from Jio.. the more we raise whistle blow the more you are ignoring us big shame...

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    Jio 5g Service Net...Hahahaha. It seems to run at a speed of 2G. 5G Internet service is still not available in cities like Mumbai Metropolitan. Ambani company is fooling all Indians. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @JioCare I already registered a grievance on 2026-04-24 regarding the prolonged outage and shared all available screenshots/emails. Most responses were only automated outage messages. Saying there was “no delay” is incorrect.

    I've been complaining since ages for bad network of jio at 841402 pin code but you guys ain't giving any damn about it, you just want us to recharge and waiste it & shamelessly say every time that it's a temporary issue it will get fixed in few days. @reliancejio @RelianceDigital

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR00002L2KXE This broadband service request hasn’t been resolved at all. SR00002L1WUI service request took 2 days to resolve and 30mins after resolution the broadband service was again disrupted. Get this resolved asap.

    @JioCare Booked a service request with @JioFiber on 4th May. It’s been 15+ days and still no engineer visit. Pathetic customer service and zero response. Very disappointing experience with Jio Fiber. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare JioFiber remained completely down from 7 May till 13 May and was restored only today after repeated complaints and escalations. Immediate compensation or validity extension must be provided for all downtime days, as customers should not be charged for unavailable service

    Dear @JioCare & @TRAI , my service issue continued for 4–5 days. After repeated follow-ups, Jio now says there was “no delay” & denied compensation. I faced work loss, missed 1.5 days office & mental stress due to poor service/support.
