    @JioCare Well @JioCare it is very unfortunate for me to have to this experience all the time. Today being my 5th or 6th recharge since I have ported to you guys and I am already feeling exhausted..! Please fix yourself and few of your policies. #BeHuman a little.

    For Mobile Number Porting i submitted documents on 24th at @JioCare after 29th may Confirmation date from jio now they are telling me document problem. Thank You ! now #No_To_JIO

    @BollywoodGandu @NitinMarwah @JioCare They won't even given 2 hoots about ur Order once done. One advice though, Just cancel ur order. Had faced the same issue post ordering. Cancelled the order and was refunded within 2 days.

    I am so tired from jio service , that's my bad luck that i have recharged my jio with 1 year plan,since last 2- 3 days my internet is not working. I dont understand what's their plan to ruin their company. @JioCare @airtelindia #Telecom

    After that I even sent them mail no response again. I even pinged @JioCare for help they said not to worry we are hear to help but didn't . And the worst thing you can't even track your order from Jio Mart Website after I went through all of this they sent me mail.

    So I am very frustrated by the service of Jio Mart when I ordered the groceries they said they will deliver by 2 days but the order never arrived I tried contacting customer service but no response I requested for a call back no response form there too. @JioCare @SMARTStore_IN

    Now it's been 5 days since my order has been cancelled and yet I didn't get the refund. Now I asked help from @jiocare they said @SMARTStore_IN will help you with this so I pinged them they said they will check and get back to you but no one is back this is so irritating .

    @JioCare #JioMart very disappointed with first experience with @Jiomart_. ordered grocery on 24th May & not at all received. Order No: 15903430229041340M. I was told it will be delivered on 26th still not recd. Customer care service is always busy and No response from @Jiomart_
