    @JioCare Anybody facing Jio4G connectivity or call drop issue in and around 400614 pin code? Usually turning on and off flight mode or a phone restart resolves the issue but today it seems to be a different issue. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio They are registered in my mind for the harrasment. Even after porting out, they are now at the door every week for #jiofiber. I would never ever use any service @JioCare please register this and don't annoy more by sending at door. #Jiodown

    @JioCare Your Services are not working in #Chembur since 2 days. No WiFi at all and it's highly irritating. There is no one on the Customer Care to address the issue. People are being forced to buy additional topups. Is this a way to increase your Revenue? What is your reply?

    @JioCare My recharge got over in March and I travelled internationally for 3 months not needing your services. This is my number which I am using from 10+ years. There is lot of inconvenience due to lack of your service levels on all fronts including stores. #poorcustomerservice

    @JioCare @reliancejio our jio fibre landline is not working properly, jio number 022-35694712 there's some continuing beep sounds in call. Wifi is working fine🙏

    @JioCare I’ve missed several imp calls because of no coverage… I think I’m very clear that no bills should be sent to me unless I get quality service! Since you have not replied it’s evident & simultaneously testifies the fact that @JioCare is not concern about customer service

    It has been more than 45 days for new jio fiber request made in Borivali reliance centre. Even after multiple follow up no action has been taken.Manager Dinker he was really unprofessional. He never take calls. On each call he gives excuses and newdates.Worst service @reliancejio

    @JioCare, Jio mobile, your porting service home delivery is a bluff, as you team promise to reach in 30 mins but no one reached after 6 hours, that means service is a bluff, then customer take follow up then executive say, he reach in 10 mins but he didn't reach after 1.30 hrs

    @JioCare There is no proper data network while using my Jio Dongle. Always it lags while Playing an video . Very poor network at prime location in Thane.

    @reliancejio Hi! I am unable to use Lionsgate and Discovery Plus on my TV...Though I have the plan active...I have been in touch with my area Jio engineer but they promising and not coming to resolve.Could you pls send some technical engineer who can get my issue resolved!

    @airtelindia I recently ported my number out to @reliancejio After a month I am receiving an additional bill. Whilst I am pissed with the bill coming after porting out, I need to pay what is due. Unable to pay online as the number is ported out. Cant go into a store either. HELP!

    @JioCare Such a poor and unprofessional service support from jio fiber. It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. Ridiculous!
