    @trifling_life @JioCare I'm going to other mobile operater. Many people getting not reachable or switch off this number. Yesterday a customer lodge a complaint against me because Jio mobile number was not reachable/switch off.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Multiple time I DM my address but there is no solution after 1 year is elapsed . Such a worst service by #MukeshAmbani And no one here to solve the problem.

    @reliancejio (3/n) Your brochures are misleading the public. The speed sucks. (FTTH) The max upload and download speed that i get is 20 Mbps against a promise of 100 Mbps when i connect via wifi and sit in the same room as the router. Via cable the max speed i get is 70 Mbps.

    Why there is no network working every day our call dropped because of very very poor network connection even we can't able tosend SMS one WhatsApp it too much we are choosing Jio for good experience and good network please help us @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Jio can learn this thing from Airtel as being user of both networks I always have to opt for Airtel for reliable network If you promise 4G n charge for 4G, you must provide 4G without any excuse #consumer

    Its funny @airtelindia customer care says iphone 6 can be pared with apple watch 3 cellular but Iphone XR not compaitable. @reliancejio is it compaitable in JIO i will port out from airtel and join @reliancejio #sofoolish

    @JioCare I have recharged my jio fiber but the connection is down. Talked to the local engineer- he directed to call IVRS. IVRS doesn’t give an option to book a complaint. Kindly help.

    @JioCare All the details are already shared. Please work on that. U always ask for details but not give any solution. U always have some excuses for the issue. If u don’t have solution please ask customer to port to other operators.

    I am facing internet issue sometimes. I need to switch Apns in jio sim to get the network. Even, I can't attend zoom meetings due to it as it stuck in between. Earlier, I never faced that much issue. Sort it out. @JioCare
