    @ntwnttodisclose @JioCare Jio is worst please avoid going to JIO . Try airtel,tata sky, Hathway..Just not exited from JIO.

    @JioCare I like jio but they should come up with some resolution like giving backup bettary to towers. 8779297692, and yes slow network internet as well , jio is an indian company and i like that but yes issue make problem, address is phoolpada road, virar east, palghar, maharashtra

    @JioCare installed new Jio Fibre connections just 2 days back and its down since morning. The engg is supposed 2 come 2 check late afternoon. Not so pleased with the service and support.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice #poorservice Again disruption of Jio fiber internet service fr entire day and complaint (SR0000178WAO) raisd will takes ages to fix. Previus one raised on 13th was fixed on 16th. This is Highly DISAPPOINTING and such PATHETIC service is UNACCEPTABLE.

    @JioCare JioFiber service stopped working recently. The customer care agent told us it was an issue of a faulty adapter and further told US to buy it from the market and replace it. This is not the kind of service we pay for. Please look into it

    @rayeesbashir Seems yr dream is about to crash just like mine did. Got a ₹.3999 Jio fiber pack a couple of hours ago. Speeds are worst than the ₹.999 pack which I had for 2 months. 1.59 gb at a point of time showed download time of 2 hrs 22 mins, with 1 gbps plan !! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare @myjio_app Fiñally I have disconnected JIO and migrated to Hathway . Jio didnt extend my days service which was down . Jio charges you plan + GST and billing they fool the customer.

    @JioCare I do know that i dnt have any active plan but my family is using jio with an active plan and facing this issue , where in i was facing same issue to which i have swtich to anoter network, this is not only me and my family facing issue but the whole area

    I think @reliancejio has not funding any more on Internet. Since 3 days I am facing the net issue and thank god I had another sim (@airtelindia) for making this tweet. I faced the same problem when I am in Eluru and the same now at Tanuku!! Hope some work to be done ASAP!

    @JioCare Later after a long battle with your Chatbot, the request was reopened. So far no one has visited my premises. It's a prepaid connection and I have already lost 5 days without internet service. I want Jio to adjust this in the next recharge.

    @JioCare hi recently I have ported my no to jio in post paid. But every day my services got disconnected ..I called customer care but they did not registered my complain. So can you plz register my complain or should I wait to next 1 and half month to raise port request again.

    @JioCare Happened to port to Jio. But the activation guy tells me he's received two requests and asks me to send cancel port request so that only one request becomes active. It's been more than 4 days now. Number's still not active!
