Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

This issue has already been pending for several months. Despite repeated written assurances and your personal commitment, no concrete resolution has been delivered till date. An open-ended assurance without accountability is not acceptable. Therefore, this is to place on record: 👉 I am allowing time till 30th April 2026 for Jio Fiber to resolve this matter positively, including refund of the due amount and a clear written closure. 👉 In case of failure to resolve by this date, I will proceed from 1st May onwards with formal escalation to: • DoT grievance portal • Consumer Commission • Other legal remedies available under law Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
