    After being fed-up of the bad connectivity of @reliancejio I used @airtelindia 4g connection. To my surprise it was excellent. I am truly satisfied. Solving our problems sometimes needs thinking bit different. Now let me test Airtel during travel. If better. Goodbye @JioCare

    @VodafoneIN kindly look into the issue and get it resolved. This is the last action which has been taken because your customers service on call as well as retail shops doesn’t respond to it. Port request is been laying with four bungalows outlet.. @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @VodafoneIN ur service and network is totally going to the dogs. Fuckall 4g conx and even fuckall calling connections. No calls going out or calls dropping. Moving to @reliancejio today itself.

    @NiravBom @ChemburChapters @JioCare I recently took up this issue but the executives at Jio Care just keeps asking irrelevant questions but dont send a Network Engineer to check the issue.. and sort it. Pathetic.

    @JioCare the network in the Vakola area especially at Kalpataru Inspire opp Grand Hyatt is pathetic. The other companies network is magic.

    Kindly do not buy Jio Wifi Mesh extender. First it doesn't work and then @JioCare team just keeps it postponing the issue without any resolution. If they themselves cannot install a device in 5 days you know what to do.. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I was not getting entitlement ID and support officials were also having adequate knowledge. Thank to one person who verbally repeated me my entitlement ID. By using which I got my ID back. I filed my complain on 24jan and got entitlement ID on 27. 3 days to solve. #Unhappy

    @JioCare But i don't think you guys can address the customer properly, firstly your customer care didn't file sr and then when he filed the complainant after 5 hours he started telling internet will be fixed in next 24 hours
