    Stopped getting signal on my @reliancejio number since a week in spite of making the recharge in advance for 3 months. During this time when phones have become the lifeline, @reliancejio doesn’t provide with any network. It says no service. @JioCare kindly look into this ASAP.

    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    Let's talk about how @JioCare works. We have changed our house, had to surrender the old Jio connection and take a new one. The customer care said, once we deposit the old instruments, we can get refund of security deposit & hv the landline number transferred. Begins the ordeal.
