    @JioCare it's 24 April now you guys cancel my 10 Apr request and convert it to 23 Apr. It's a total fraud of 1000 security money. I will fire an complaint against jio in consumer court I have proof of massages send by jio for cancellation process. Worst decision to use jio fiber.

    @JioCare So your meter is stuck at that point - ok let me try to answer again . Number called- Jio customer care. ( don’t tell@me you don’t know the tool free number ) 2 months approx from today’s date is date and time . Third name I don’t know . Now where is my device return that back

    @JioCare It is not data congestion issue.Coverage tower was disputed and went down. Now no coverage inside home.Even calls don't go through 95% times. Data coverage is nil. This is the situation since 45 days. Your network team is expected to make alternate arrangement, but sleeps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare simply just saying soon does have any value untill you intend to take any actions on the same. My issue is simple, need relocation of my broadband to new location. All details shared, still 8 days and relocation is still pending. Thats the issue

    @JioCare And I don't have jio sim because this reason that jio data speed is very slow and I rejected jio sim before 2 years ago.
