    @JioCare JioFiber was down. Jio app wouldn’t load on Wi-Fi. Switched to mobile data to raise a ticket. Jio ran diagnostics on mobile data, declared Fiber “resolved,” and gave me thumbs up/down. Peak tech support: checking the umbrella to see if the roof is leaking.

    @JioCare The reschedule option is not showing today’s date in the provided link/app. My JioFiber is still not working and red light is blinking continuously. Please arrange a technician visit or resolve the issue today itself as it is urgently affecting my work. SR: SR00002L3LC6 @JioCare

    @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭

    Hi @JioCare your resolution status is still pending for more than a week for SR0000352NP3. Please arrange to send a technician for rewiring.

    @reliancejio @JioCare "It seems like a standard response that I receive every time. Every time there is a network issue, your team gives the same excuse about 'temporary issues in the area.' It feels like a way to avoid addressing the problem seriously. I am tired of being given the same vague response instead of a permanent solution. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this issue once and for all, rather than making excuses."

    @JioCare @TavinderT Before taking JioFiber connect Please note : X is the option to raise issue with Jio. From MyJio app or by calling u can’t raise . My internet is not working since yesterday and still not able to raise complaint.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm a longtime Jio customer, but Jio's network is weak in my location. I've complained several times, I was not heard at all
