    @JioCare Priyanka have you checked with customer before replying here. Have you tried calling the engineer or customer for verification. Its laps of duty to check if service is completed or not. I need a proper explanation for for this why the ticket was closed.

    The worst internet service provider in the world @reliancejio have provided horrendous service fo over a year. I am trying to cancel and they threaten to forfeit the monthly rental they have taken in advance. @TRAI

    @JioCare Your engineer ask money first without even checking network and after paying money refused to install as there is no network... Standard SCAM... & follow up on X for refund as there is no way to raise the issue... Dont Go for Jio Airfiber....

    @JioCare @reliancejio My #JioFiber has been down since 13-Jun-2026. SR00002LSDZY remains unresolved. I work in an IT MNC providing 24x7 support and missed an urgent Major Incident call due to this outage. Repeated outages, repeated complaints, no permanent resolution. #JioDown
