    @JioCare But last week you mentioned "few days "for refund. Can you please give me exact status of the SR, is it even being processed? I work for an IT company too , but have never seen such slow service anywhere. I have right to know exact days in which I can get refund.

    Terrible jio internet connection, even after registering 2-3 complains , the personnel gives same answer give me 24-48 hours, if you dont know how to provide service , just pack your bags and get out , fed up @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Bhawna, I have tried it and also performed it multiple times earlier also in past 5 days. Request you to please raise service request and assign technician as I am not able to do it using app. I have tried perform diagnostics but it always show temporary issue from past 5days

    Jio fibre still not working as all govt. website wont work while connected to jio fibre wifi. If other subscribers are facing this issue, come forward. I am falling short of words how worthless this company and their response team is! @reliancejio @JioCare

    Are there any real humans working at @JioCare? My AirFiber has been dead for a week, and I am trapped in a maze of automated bots on both chat and calls just trying to get an update. Absolutely terrible support experience. Fix this ASAP. Request ID: SR00003AS1KT
