@reliancejio Most valleys service is Jio's 5G network is not available in my area. I have been complaining since 2017 but till now the network has not come in my village.

@reliancejio No serious concern for grievances including from appellate authority. Every thing system generated, limits to preset questions. No human interface. Several efforts but no resolve. Great service.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio for the past 1 week my data connectivity is not working. Even I raised a issue in your customer care. They said we'll rectify it. But still it didn't. When it will get over? I can't look into my work.I'll switch to other network. What's up @airtelindia
