    @JioCare The service request resolution time is 11th June. I should wait for a week to get the connection? Meanwhile i called the local jiofiber technician but everytime he says he will visit in 15 mins. I called him 5 times today.

    @VenomsTech @reliancejio @JioCare I was also faced this type of problem during my visit to Saudi Arabia, and the other end, Airtel & Vi, worked fine at the same time.

    @JioCare You guys have the worst customer service. My internet has been interrupted from last two weeks and whenever I try to call you, all I get is an AI response. You don’t allow me connect to a human. Not able to raise a ticket for internet shutdown.
