    @JioCare I also contacted the Jio helpline and they registered a service request SR00001B322F, but got no update. Kindly resolve it or disconnect my connection for good.

    @vipinpa13956040 @JioCare @reliancejio They have daily network issues once your wifi set up is done after a month you will daily receive messages due to technical issues network is down in your area

    Hi @reliancejio I have been facing network issues in my area (Hyderabad).I couldn't unable to make calls and even unable to receive calls. My HR scolded me like anything for not able to reach him since morning. @JioCare. Please resolve the issue.

    @JioCare My jiofiber connection is down for more than 24 hours, contacted local team, they said there is fiber break and would be corrected within 30min to 1 hour, and they stopped answering all the calls after. The Jiofiber local engineer I called is Mr. Nazrul( +91 70056 83545)
