@JioCare Interesting to hear that you were “unable to contact me,” considering I haven’t received a single call so far. Could you kindly clarify how many attempts were actually made? Also, to be clear, this situation was not initiated by me—it arose after a Jio customer service agent did.

@JioCare I've already read that, and can understand. my question is why you need 3 days for your engineering team to visit and fix my problem, I am not located in a village or a remote city. if you need 3 days for a tier 2 city, imagine how bad your service will be in towns and villages.

@JioCare I don't have JioFiber currently, But JioFiber (Wired Line) was so good, i miss that. If you can expand this to my current area, i can take the service.

@JioCare Subsequently, I contacted one of his senior staff members, Mr. Kaushik Das, regarding this issue. During our conversation, he informed me that the installation of a new Dish Antenna at my residence may take at least 10–15 days.
