  @JioCare , My jio fibre is not working since 23 July. Have raised complaint on 25 July which number is SR00003C6TGF. No one contacted me from the service team. Is it 24 hrs TAT? Worst service. Get it resolved as soon as possible.

  @JioCare What is happening here in eklingpura udaipur,we suddenly get network down for half and hour then get network for 15 min and this cycle continues,it's almost from last 3 days. The all neighbours facing same issue. Look into this issue.

  @JioCare JioFiber has been down for 7 days in Village/Post Khukhundoo, Deoria (PIN 274501). Many users are affected. One customer even paid for a 1-year prepaid plan but cannot use the service. Customer support is not responding. Please restore the service immediately.
