    @JioCare @JioCare I don't need another rescheduled appointment—I need a permanent resolution. This same issue has been recurring since May 2026. You can verify your own service history, where multiple complaints have been raised and repeatedly closed without fixing the root cause.

    @JioCare Today's installation was scheduled. No call. No message. No engineer. To make things even better, the service request has been closed without any update or resolution. At this point, it seems your priority is closing tickets, not resolving them.

    @JioCare been unreliable, but there has also been complete silence from your support team. Ignoring customer requests is unacceptable. Initiate the disconnection process, and confirm that no further charges will be levied from the date of my request. 2/2
