    @reliancejio your customer support for JIO fibre is ridiculously pathetic. Needed help with my OTT subscriptions but helpline number does not respond even once. Your chat support system are also incompetent.

    Why to choose @airtelindia than the @reliancejio, they no longer required our interest in 5G, if you have 5G device, you will get it automatically. Nothing to do more. While @reliancejio is no pretty much sure about it's 5G network. So it's available for limited invited users.

    @airtelindia @MoitOfficial have been trying to deactivate family plan since last 2 days, but not resolved yet. Have visited customer service centre 2 times and called on numerous occassion. Poor customer service. Time to port out of airtel and join @reliancejio

    @JioCare how many times I complained regarding this but why jio team is not taking action on data speed issue in plan expiring before one week starting now pls recharge bt who are taking action on this just money are putting your pockets and leaving this kind of complaints

    @JioCare What's happening team Jio ? Are you moving towards 2G ? My intenet speed never goes more than 101 KBPS. I'm requesting to do something. There's nothing wrong from my side or my phone 😭🙏🏻
