    @JioCare Requesting you to please improve the coverage and data Speed inside the Rajiv Gandhi University campus at Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh. It is currently well below standards. @airtelindia network is far better. I don't want to port out as yet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what the hell.first internet speed get down..and now getting trouble in phone call after every 2 min of talk we cannot hear a thing for 10 to 15 sec what is going on..if this goes on than sorry have to throw your sim...n all my friends n family will do the

    Dear @JioCare Mukesh Ambani is intentionally doing injustice to consumers itanagar capital complex of Arunachal pra. with regard 2 internet connectivity. jio knowingly discriminate their service on the basis of location within capital complex.

    @JioCare guys you need to revamp your current service in the entire Itanagar capital region. There is hardly any location in the entire township where I can say you are providing 4G internet speed. Even with full signal strength, internet is creeping slow. Look into it please.

    @JioCare why the internet & calls get horribly poor when there's power cut in Itanagar 791111. I hv raised this issue several times in the past but you reply non sense that the area has good coverage and the issue is temporary. I'm saying again, the problem onsets with power cut.

    @JioCare don't u care to reply in DM. U asked me to DM my mobile number, location, pin code etc etc..I hv DM accordingly but u don't bother to reply me in DM. Till now no network also. So u think people are fool!!!! Port my number from Jio to airtel.

    @reliancejio it has been more than 10 hours now but there is no sight of your network here at Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Of late, this has been a regular phenomenon with Jio. I rue the day when I decided to go with Jio. It’s time to port out to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare your internet speed in my area is like using 2g all over again...i have been using your network since the first launched..n was hoping that it might get better..but now I don't think that it will... Now i will be using @BSNLCorporate sim n will throw ur sim

    Its really disappointing that its been more than 1 year of waiting and 6 months after laying the fibre optic near my house jio itanagar is not providing FTTx connection. Really unsatisfactory service by @reliancejio @JioCare

    Ur service is very poor JioCare. I m tweeting last 1 hr. U r not replying me. More over I tried to call ur cc at least 5 times but ur call get disconnected.

    @reliancejio My phone is 5G and I have taken a 5G unlimited plan of Jio SIM. For the last two months, the 5G network speed has been almost nil. Even when the 5G signal is showing, the speed is very slow. I have complained four-five times but there is no solution. I am thinking of porting the SIM to another network. @JioCare @Reliance

    @reliancejio I have made a recharge from my mobile through imobile app but due to their app glitch, it went to wrong number. I thought it was ICICI bank issue and they would resolve but they have denied unprofessionally. Can you pls cncl the recharge n revrse the amount. Pls hlp

    @JioCare @JioCare Your local team has clearly confirmed that ODU device is not available. This is a company-side issue, not the customer’s problem. I booked and paid, so please ensure service. Kindly arrange ODU from nearby areas/warehouse and confirm exact installation date in 24 hours
