    @JioCare I have already paid the installation fee. Jio fibre will be installed in 2 days I'm glad to be a Jio user now. I was a @Airtel_Presence user but it has the worst internet service.

    @JioCare Mobile no 8779857011 was taken in my wife's name, Vidya Joshi, when Jio was newly launched. Later since I did not recharge, number was deactivated. Now I found that it is allotted to someone else. Now that person is using whatsapp in my name. Pls help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio service of JIO provides is pathetic.Had made a compliant on 6th and till date there has been no response inspite of holding gold subscription. Product & Service differentiation is not in their paradigm.

    The poor chap at the @reliancejio customer care who put me on hold to go check the case details must have been at a total loss for new excuses to make, so he kept me on hold for 15 minutes till the call dropped. Kya customer care hai, wah wah. Gujarat model of tech support.

    I'm unable to login to @DisneyHotstarIn using my @reliancejio number. I recharged for the plan of ₹222 and I recieved the payment confirmation. However while logging in through phone number, I am not receiving any OTP. Not a great start to this year's @IPL

    @reliancejio My account has No money is going. since yesterday but it has been 24 hours and I have not received any reply even after sending 4 emails. An unemployed service person should open an account in this bank or else you will end up like me. Very bad service.

    @JioCare I had placed a JioAirFiber connection on March 6th. Got an order ID and the next day a fellow named Nagarjuna came and did KYC. He opened a new order ID which shows installation and activation are done but I haven't received anything. Help.
