The worst service I have ever experienced till date from the Jio Mart when i place the order it's stated that we will deliver your order by two days and it's been 1 week still the order is not not been received. @JioCare

And the worst part is when I try to contact customer support there was no response I sheduled a call back they called and disconnected it. I try to contact everyday still no one response. Now about E-mails I have send mails too still no response. Even i pinged @JioCare

Stopped getting signal on my @reliancejio number since a week in spite of making the recharge in advance for 3 months. During this time when phones have become the lifeline, @reliancejio doesn’t provide with any network. It says no service. @JioCare kindly look into this ASAP.

Pathetic service @JioCare. Your engineer comes to investigate why Jio Fibre is down. He says the cable is at fault and needs to be purchased! Why should I purchase the cable? It is not my fault the cable you use has faults or is of poor quality. Very poor.

@reliancejio is the worst internet service, provider. It’s definitely not the service that I can rely on. In my locality, the 4G speed is worse than the 3G internet speed. Kindly look into it. Otherwise, I will have to switch to @airtelindia.
