This is a request to everyone not to go for Jio Fiber connection, as their speed might be good. But Customer Care service is hopeless. The person who had collected my Fiber made mistake in my bank details and now I am the one suffering since 3 months. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare Postpaid cancellation on 29th Nov 21. Device Pickup pending for more than a month. Pickup rescheduled 5 times in past 3 days. Please arrange to pickup and close the issue. Acct no 400128282509. BTW the chat option in MyJio has very limited options and impossible to chat

@JioCare I'm ready to wait but give me problem resolution date. I have been hearing the same message from Jio for past several days with no resolution. Really frustrated with Jio network. Only adding new customers is not a business, it is also to give service to existing customers.

@JioCare @reliancejio It's been 48 hours since breakdown of internet in the Chembur West (Pestomsagar) region. Multiple sms saying "restoration of internet has taken place" but no service yet. In midst of WFH and COVID pandemic protocol, this is getting out of hand.

@JioCare As per which schedule? There are 5-6 appointments floating around. Apparently, I have been requesting rescheduling as per the messages. Also, please reply in public, let everyone know how you harass members trying to cancel subscription.

@JioCare Hi, i used to have a superb network connectivity when i was using 4G. After switching to 5G, i don’t have any connectivity at my home in Hiland Park, Kolkata-94. My no 9007486803. But at the same time i see superb 5G connectivity of Jio at other parts of Kolkata. Pl solve this.

Poco F4 is the worst 5G phone one can buy. It clearly states it's an 5G phone but it is still working on 4G.Similarly Jio is not providing 5G services, even I had words with their support team still no response. @JioCare @IndiaPOCO I am really Dissatisfied

@JioCare The user is helpless because of limited reach, employees at Customer Care sometimes do not listen & keep on repeating same sentences learnt at the time of training. Their casual approach to resolve an issue often ends up in loss to the Internet Users. I strongly condemn this!!
