    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    What is it with @reliancejio @PlayApex ping problems. Every alternate game the ping is at above 200ms. So annoying nd irritating.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @JioCare This is not acceptable. The service issues are from Jio's end, and despite multiple complaints, they remain unresolved. If I choose to disconnect due to poor service, I should not be penalized for it.

    @JioCare The wire which comes to my house had been damaged and due to which I am unable to use internet no option of raising service ticket number due to outage. tried callling the local jio service provider, he said without service ticket number we will not come and resolve the issue.

    Hello @JioCare,The ₹349 recharge plan advertised 5TB cloud storage, but I have not received the benefit even after successful recharge. This is misleading if customers have to chase support to get the promised offer.Please resolve this issue and activate the 5TB storage
