Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. Customer care keeps disconnecting calls after entering my number, saying there's a network issue. Today I was told it would be fixed in 4 hours, then later told it's resolved, but internet is still not working. No complaint number
