Leela Santosh (@santhupulipati) reported@JioCare I didn't get a response for the email so I changed the plan and I was asked to make the payment again when there was already balance. I made the payment, it started working. Then I get a reply for my email that the issue is now resolved which they didn't do anything for.

Rajendra Kadu (@RajendraKadu16) reported@JioCare I have two upcoming plans for my jio number. But IVR on your number 1991 is not allowing me to activate these plans. Now I am getting only 64 mbps speed. If the issue is not solved immediately I may migrate to another operator.
