    @JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

    @JioCare hello there! I've been using jio for so long in a different city.but here im not even getting enough speed to open a page or YouTube videos! When i talked to customer care executive,they said they're resolving this issue ,but still im facing the same issue.@TRAI @JioCar

    @JioCare The exact issue is that I am unable to get even full network. And this is not a problem of my Device. I have 3 jio users at my home and all are facing same issue. I am unable to browse, even unable to send a whatsapp message. I missed my lecture at zoom due to it. @JioCare

    @reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

    @JioCare @JioCare my issue is not fixed connectivity is intermittent service technician comes and says there is no fault whereas for 2 minutes i'm able to browse and then net goes off, please send some qualified technician to fix the issue.
