@JioCare The exact issue is that I am unable to get even full network. And this is not a problem of my Device. I have 3 jio users at my home and all are facing same issue. I am unable to browse, even unable to send a whatsapp message. I missed my lecture at zoom due to it. @JioCare

@JioCare Hi, I had raised an issue yesterday around 4:30 pm, till now I haven't received any response from the engineer or the technicians. Moreover my ticket was rescheduled to end of today which was ideally supposed to be worked on today morning. My work is getting hampered.

Analysis: @reliancejio : slow internet speed, very low indoor coverage, cheap @airtelindia : somewhat faster than jio, very low indoor coverage, cheap+Rs50, not constant internet signal ( both gives a feeling of 2G&3G in the era of 4G) Don’t have the choice, have to remain with 1

@JioCare @reliancejio jio 399 plan is fake they all r making fool to customer. I can't use my amazon prime account.I'm complaining to customer care from 15 days but they haven't responded yet.They say it will take 48 hours to solve .Now Ambani ji pls tell,48 hrs = to 15 days.
