    @JioCare Jio service is very poor. In my area some maintenance work is going on by jio fibre team so I am not able to access the internet they said that in the evening you will able to access the internet but they haven't fixed the issue. #JioFiber #jio #jiocare

    @JioCare Yeah Rahul, Network coverage is good but I don't use data after 5 pm. I don't access gmail after 5pm. I always in tension after 5 pm because my several official task are pending due to this reason and it impacts my job. Please understand and feel my situation.

    @JioCare I am rachergd with the 4G but I have used 1G speed. This problem is facing is 1 month your customer care speek to me fixing the problem with 1 and 2 days but not solved the problem

    I have placed order of JioFiber on 1april and paid the amount in advance but it has been put on hold ever since. The technician that visited said port capacity is full but no resolution happened. It's been 7 days since. #JioFiberScam @JioCare

    @shivahalankar @reliancejio They are just sorry for inconvenience and will say that they are working in your area. How on earth they call it 4G service? They charge us for 4G service and give 3G service. This is loot. Hope someone beats jio.

    @reliancejio 400 millions customers, but quality of service is below average. Debate: Quality vs Quantity, which is better? I will take quality even if I have to pay more money. A smartphone is a dumb phone without decent service.

    @Mahendr25939970 @reliancejio Jio care is not interested to solve any complaints...Several times complaint on twitter but always same single replies that allow us an opportunity to solve the issue, after that no any responses...Very poor network and poor customer care.

    @reliancejio Airtel internet speed(48mbps) is much better than jio(128kbps) ......And many times I complained about the speed but jio care didn't respond for that .... Jio has very very bad internet speed and read the articles they are adding million users...peculiarPouting face

    @sharan0790 @Mahendr25939970 @JioCare No one talking about rocket speed but atleast they can resolve that issue and give us good speed, i am not getting even 1mbps and in night max speed is 150kb(even tho i have data left)
