On every mail and call jio says that they are working so hard to improve it . They simply know to cheat customer. Users of jio can't make calls and browse internet in this locality.

I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly it everytime it bounce out from the refund processing.
