@reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Dear Jio, my Service Request no SR000010I6XS is open since 12th Feb but no one resolved despite calling ccare everyday. Only false assurance of resolving in 24 hrs. It's now more than 72 hrs.

@reliancejio internet optical fibre plan really pathetic. It’s not even 1 month I opted for this plan & 3 times internet got disconnected & need to raise compliant, speed is not even 20% of wht is you guys charging. Really pathetic service.

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup One of the THIRD GRADE ISP Jio Fiber. Internet down for last two days on pretext of outage in the area. This is the third day the same router box has green light but no internet service. Stuck with this idiot service for 6 Mo👎🏽

@reliancejio your customer service is down rite #pathetic your area manager visits my house to check on the complain in regards to speed issue, no one can solve the issue and gives me a reply to cancle jio connection. Like seriously this is what I am paying for or signed up for.

@JioCare It has been more than a month since i have reported this issue. All details are in DM. Internet speed has bcome horrible as well. This has happened b4 but was resolved in 2 days. I will switch my network as soon as i get a chance. Won't be recharging again, that is sure.
