    @JioCare @JioCare has given us the worst possible experience till date. The service is absolutely zero, the call center staff is dum and they keep repeating the same sentence given to them everytime we call. They do not have a solution to our problems.

    @JioCare I have 2 Jiofiber connections. Old one is inactive & I need to cancel it & avail refund. I called helpline number 1800 893 3399 and I was told to call 1800 896 3399 instead. That number is invalid. Hoping at least you can help?

    @jiocare Order No.NO0000FCZ44B. Amount paid Rs 2500 almost 3 day’s over nobody visited for connection very poor service if you can’t finish work then why charge amount in advance , I think JIO is India’s number 1 money beggars

    @reliancejio team; I'm using your service past 3 years. But from past 1 month. So many complains getting from my friend & relative that when ever we are calling you it's showing yoyr number switch off. Time has arrived now to change the service provider. #RelianceJio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a jio fibre at home and it has worst customer support.Dont even have audacity to send engineer to diagonise customer issues. This will be my last month of jio fibre incase if I don't get solution to my problems.

    @JioCare Location: Shree Vallabh Shanti, Behind Hotel Shagun, Navagaon, Dahisar (w), Mumbai 400068. The connection is gone down for 4th time in last 15 days, reason given is BMC has dug up the wires. Why should we continue with Jio?

    Unless I don’t criticize the terrible customer service of @reliancejio online, they don’t bother to get in touch. And of course it’s only superficial because my issue has not yet been resolved! @JioChat Any customer service hawks out there in Indian cyberspace? @PMOIndia

    @JioCare The engineer comes home and says we cannot do anything. The call center people tell you our engineer will do the needful. The engineer does not come before 15 days. Absolutely zero cooperation from @JioCare The most pathetic service ever!

    @JioCare @reliancejio been experiencing a ton of constant internet speed fluctuations on my mobile for almost 10 days now. Often it happens when I am unable to even view a WhatsApp status. The internet speed has been worse and the MyJio assistant was of no help. Kindly fix this.

    @JioCare Bhai 8 din jo recharge me pending hai us ke refund ke baat kar rha hu don't try to be over smart give me my refund amount coz I have already requested for disconnection before 28 of April which is my last date of serivce only take money on that service which u guys provide. @TRAI
