    @JioCare i had raised a request for e-sim via store. Today, after 21 days of form filled, visiting store 5 times, calling customer support and yet they asking to visit store again. What a service! Complaint no. MR0000LA6T17

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been faced since day 1 of postpaid connection ,more than 15days. No benefit of getting postpaid, This issue is on every location, Shouldn't have ported out from Jio @reliancejio @JioCare to Airtel, just needed postpaid so had to .. regret my decision

    @vijayshekhar The issue is Airtel. It's been trying to fool the public by stating it's the fastest network when it's clearly not. And that's part of the issue. Still no VoLTE 4g network weak in areas @JioCare is by far the best now and in a couple of years it will be perfect.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @CNNPR Pathetic network of postpaid ,same as prepaid. You may more for getting even worst service. Never opt for Airtel , specially in Mumbai division. @reliancejio @JioCare please come with higher post paid pack to port back again

    @JioCare Relocation or whatsoever the SR has to be resolved at the first place to have no concerns at the end of customers. All of then try to gain benefits. Please a request ask all your Delhi zone Customer engineers and service centers to take care of the issues first.

    @JioCare Just want to understand how can that help the mass. Please take this up and resolve these issues at the earliest. Honestly am one of the dissatisfied customers. I was a proud Jio customer initially now a frustrated customer. If today it's not resolved will move to airtel.

    @JioCare @JioCare After asking about the issue multiple times and acknowledging that the coverage is weak, there is still nothing being done to improve the network! Even the responses on the DM's have stopped! This is how supposedly the best network is! @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Dear Sir/Ma'am, These things are already in active and functional mode since 3 years,even then I've rechecked it once again,have also trouble shooted via the jio app but nothing is helping me in boosting the signal strength! @JioCare ,I'm thankful to jio for replying in off hours
