    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @JioCare one thing is for sure will never port to @reliancejio as their executive couldn't call in more than 5 days. It's their 5g service

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare Moreover, jio shall refund the money for the interrupted service days even without raising requests for refund. It's jui's fault right ??? For refunds as well customers have to call your pathetic call centre where representatives are not knowledgeable enough to solve problems.

    @JioCare, @reliancejio, @jio_fiber anyone desirous of doing immediate DIGITAL DEYOX should subscribe to Jio Fiber. The connectivity is so disrupted and poor that DIGITAL DETOX is comprehensively possible. Same for people wanting to go back to reading real books, etc

    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Mam, I have also faced similar isssue. We are paying the price of Free Advantges. When Jio was introduced 2016 everything is free and most of people get PORT into JIO from exisiting service provider. Now there is no competitor of JIO, only Airtel and their service same

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber support. Paid ₹5306 for a new connection on 25 Apr 2026, but installation was declared not possible by your engineer. Cancellation requested on 30 Apr. Only ₹863 refunded. Remaining ₹4443.46 not refunded @JioCare #JioFiber
