    @JioCare put a cancellation request for Jio fibre due to the crappy service and zero knowledge of its technicians…waiting since 2 days for them to come pick up their modem and issue me my refund but they just don’t care…not coming … pls stay away from #JioFiber ac 2235628470

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India last 2 weeks. Voice breaking increased is very serious problem can u confirm when it will be resolved at thakur village Kandivali East Mumbai no action taken. If I am paying monthly bills than u should return if service is not proper

    @TheAstuteReader @JioCare Hardly 3 meters, the usual one. The speed test also done at the same position. Quite surprising experience. Daughter uses same WiFi from other room, she had same issue.

    @JioCare MR0000YUMB03 - Interaction no. Conveyed me to resolve this issue by 4.18Pm of whole society which is almost 5hrs. Is this kind of downtime and services we switched to @reliancejio fibre with paid upfront postpaid payment ..better you proces complete refund & disconnect

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani August onwards the network of jio has been very bad Everytime time our jio number shows not reachable inspite of network bar available in our phone. Inspite of highlighting the issue to cust care and on twitter several tme there seems to be no improvemnt

    @JioCare Problem still persists. Your engineer visited, recommended installing a signal booster. But if signal was reaching other rooms till 10 days back, what has gone wrong now with @JioCare wifi? Position of router is also not changed.

    @JioCare @prasannaget Dont ever try Jio Fiber.. Once u face a problem, their service is too bad. I had opted for cancellation 14 days back and still they havent sent a service person to pickup the router. They themselves rescheduling the appointment. And no proper response from the team.

    Since yesterday i received a message that engineer has visited my site and my relocation issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I kindly request you if today before 6pm the relocation is not done then please cut my connect. I will switch to Jio fiber. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @JioCare inhv successfully ported out from jio to other sp and i must say my decision was correct to start with. Getting good net speed and call connectivity. Thy also hv customer complain option which u dnt hv. Finally a relief frm an arrogant service provider and a torture
