@JioCare Why not to worry? If internet goes away in between a meeting or any ongoing work how will this not be a problem. You should strongly look into the issue as it is recurrent.

I did two top-up recharges on my jio number 1st-50, 2nd- 100. I also got the massage from jio that recharge is done successfully but when i call some than service is still down @reliancejio @JioCare #jioservice #Reliance

@reliancejio @JioCare we are facing network issue since 5 day after 11 pm it start even calling also affected sahar village andheri east near ITC hotel mumbai. I think booster turned off due to that it created problem. Pls look into it on priority basis.

@JioCare Service ID 400129040343 still did not get refund of 1000₹, total refund was 1500₹ on 24th march received an email for refund of 500₹ but after that no update nothing for remaining 1000₹ ? When will I get refund of remaining 1000₹ ?

So @JioCare sent me my postpaid bill exactly on time today! But they have not resolved my network,call drop & DND(marketing call) issues since Dec’21 Should we as unsatisfied customers get flexibility on bill payments basis open issues? Is it a fair ask? One last thing #JioSucks

@sumitkadyan49 @JioCare Bro I have Samsung M33 which got update on Dec 15th. I got welcome offer last week. While my cousin with same model and same area can use 5G, I can't access. Jio has actually messed up. They aren't allowing access even after giving welcome offer. Atleast Airtel isn't doing crap.
