    @JioCare My Broadband is very slow.. Though it shows 15 - 20 mbps but can't even open web pages, complained before as well..last guy said..Modem could be faulty, pls do the needful..had to use my Airtel mobile data(which is excellent) Jio id:2235607350

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm not getting support from Jio care. Port-out is better solution. Using postpaid connection. But all-time suggestion for pre-paid service. I've 4 connections. Network and internet service not available in our area. going to other operator.

    @JioCare My jio fibre- 02279669505 is is not working from 5pm. Red light is blinking. jio's 18008969999 is not working and call get disconnected with every time you dial. May be it will be connected and continued after 10 times dialling.

    Account Id no-900000470630 payment successful .Even after paying in Jio, my SIM card is not being turned on. It has been 24 hours since my service was stopped. Everyone thinks that live service is giving good.But I don't think so. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @Airtel_Presence broadband in the entire Ghatkopar West area has been down since morning today. This has been happening very frequently this month. Why isn't @reliancejio coming here? We would be happy to shift over to them in a heartbeat!

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a big issue from 1 Month for Call connectivity in my area Patthar Nagar SRA Bldg Bharat Nagar Road, Bandra East Mumbai 400051. Mob No 8898052786 if this continue we need to port from JIO I already gave complaint on customer support plz solve this

    @JioCare I have tried contacting this WhatsApp number the 700057005 as well as the 1800-896-9999 there is no way to connect with a real person to resolve this issue just update and forget which is hopeless my entire society has been having the same issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare when i call on toll free number 1860 266 0111 it says you have insufficient balance . This is insane ? Not able to make calls to toll free number from reliance JIO while i am able to call from Airtel . Airtel rocks JIO sucks @airtelindia

    @JioCare today your network is too poor i can't call even jio to jio and network is gone at 4 pm rest other networks are working try to figure out your problem

    The call drop on the @reliancejio @JioTalks network is atrocious. Forget call drop it’s impossible to make calls despite full signal bars on display. So disappointed with how the service has deteriorated

    @ajitkendrapara I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare Your WhatsApp chat handler are dump, they don't have solutions for my problem. It has been more than 3 days since am living without network in abroad and they keep saying they have not update from their team. This is so frustrating to a International customer. I have paid for IR.

    @JioCare JioFiber installed on 12th Mar.Extremely poor installation quality.Router fell within 30 min and wires hanging everywhere.Called Engineer;VERY RUDE and refused to come back.Filed tSR000019AEHM.Deadline for resolution passed. No one came. Pl act or I will cancel today.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Have been asking for a fiber connection at my place for over a year now, still shows coming soon? Even though it’s the heart of the city. I did speak to jio area manager who never fulfilled the requirements. Ridicule service maybe?
