Jio fibre has been down since yesterday afternoon at BR road, dahisar west. It's been the worst experience to connect to their customer service. Call drops, no response to whatsapp service and no agent to talk to. No timeline on restoration. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

@JioCare Service no SR000012O7W6 technician was suppose to visit today b/w 10am-12noon no nobody turned up when i called customer care they said it’s rescheduled to .30-6.30pm without informing us and still nobody turned up. Again called customer care they said its again

I've dealt with some shady ISPs over the years but none of them come even close to @reliancejio in terms of both inability to keep their network running and the infuriatingly useless customer support. And I once used an ISP with a total employee count of two.

@JioCare I periodically get such messages from you. I’ve been tweeting for over a month! The harassment my mother has faced by your customer service would drive any sane person mental! This is appalling customer service. Forget world class, even by Indian standards, it is poor!

@reliancejio @JioCare preaches patience to customers to mask their incompetence. Shouldn’t there be some anti trust laws in India to prevent monopolies? With the state of our judiciary, it is impossible for ordinary citizens to compel such companies to enforce terms! Terrible

@JioCare I’m facing network issue since last 20-25 days. Sometimes internet is slow & the major issue is while making & receiving calls. I can see the network bars, but my calls don’t get connected & whn someone calls me they hear my number is out of coverage. Please look into it

Hey @ViCustomerCare why is it compulsion 4 customer to go post paid for 3 month if any want to port in from other operator . Visit your Chembur naka store for port out from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare they said I have to go 4 post paid for first 3 month ?

@JioCare None of your engineer or anyone from your team contacted me at its 5.30 but the visit was scheduled at 3 pm. What the hell is going on? If you guys can't provide real support instead of just giving assurance, let me know I'll simply cut the wires and throw the device in dustbin
