@JioCare Spkn to 3 jiocare execs. Call always drops after 15 mins. No solution is working. Very frustrated as I can't even watch news. Run diagnostic shows nothing and skin on screen does not go away

Took the @reliancejio connection for fiber. Excellent speed but worst ping. Reported to @JioCare in email and twitter. They keep parroting the same question again and again asking me to do technical stuff as an end user. Conclusion: The service is bad. I'll be cancelling it.
