    @JioCare I am leaving out of country with family. Now its up to you to collect the device or not if i am not receiving the refund. Will take up the case in consumer forum. @_MukeshAmbani have basic sense to reply. Pathetic service #jiocare

    @reliancejio Your network services are low in the Spine City are. Calls are a bit problematic and mobile data too is too slow.

    @JioCare @JioCare at present i am in an emergency situation and from past 10 minutes i have called 3 persons and for every single time ur recharge reminder before the call is making me really angry I still have 3 more days for my plan expiry What kind of behaviour is this.

    In the morning I called @ViCustomerCare but the call was not attended. So, being frustated I opted for a port to @reliancejio . After raising the port request the network and data has improved from 3G, H+ to Volte, 4G. I mean, Wow!

    @JioCare Hi m already using ur no.. and really appreciate that I got new sim issued within 5 minutes. Means a lot.. cause there are few who call customer to their centers twice in which second time I stood there for 2 hours.. yet the sim isn't active.. @VodafoneGroup so proud of u..

    @reliancejio Hello i have subscribed to jio fiber for 3 months 999 plan and now customer care is telling to pay 380 extra.Why i should pay extra @JioCare @JioFiberVoice.I am not going to pay any extra amount

    @JioCare Suraj, kindly confirm if the fixed voice service is provided complementary with Jiofiber or there is a separate charge for the same. Also pls confirm if the same is provided with both prepaid and postpaid Jiofiber service

    @airtelindia The worst network service provider. Kindly check your network connectivity in the area of New Delhi itself. There is no place where you have any good network service. I am posting this tweet via @JioCare network. Should I port??
