    I've been facing pathetic internet speed and call connectivity issues from last 15 days. Multiple complaints got no solution, 108 n 199 are chatbot only & had been completely unhelpful. Anyone hearing or porting out is only solution ? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @mith_002 @JioCare @reliancejio My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare Team @JioCare kindly let me know the process for getting the recent recharge refund and get my connection discontinued. I do not want to continue. Resolution will not happen as ur teams are not intending to. Engineer says backend issue, backend says engineers will resolve.

    @JioCare hi we have been trying to call for slow jio fiber speed. Call has been attempted many times with suggestions being switch the router off and on but no improvememt. Then the call was cut, i have been trying to ask to send an engineer but they havent done it, can you—
