    @JioCare since 5g launch jio 4g went vpoor in morai,avadi,chennai area. gaming ping spike from 100-900 every 3sec. before 5g it was stable. cant upgrade to 5g till airfiber launch, so fix 4g ping pls.

    @JioCare I could understand if there was a problem with a particular website or application, but for the last 3 years, every day, the internet is slow, sometimes it works fine by mistake. I find it very difficult to do any of my work.

    @JioCare Sure i will be happy to use services. Provide me the best family plans with all the benefits and will share the porting code. As @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are not able to solve my problem and charging bill is too high.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Ported out my postpaid mobile connection from jio on 30th Nov 2022 but did not receive my final settlement bill. Contacted multiple times customer care but I was told settlement bill can not be generated/shared for inactive connection. Is that true?
