    @JioCare This has been happening week after week , some issue or other with your jio. Why do you feel that the customer should bang his head for service faults at your end, you should assign service engineers to fix it. I am not your employee , I have paid for uninterrupted service

    @JioCare A cancellation/refund request has already been raised through customer care. Kindly confirm the expected refund date and ensure there is no further delay. The service was never installed despite payment being collected.

    @reliancejio @JioCare ive cancelled my service as couldnt acxomodate my relocation request now ive been chasing ur team to get refund and no is responding. Pathetic service!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber I have Jio air fibre connection and since last 3 days it’s down. I have tried calling toll free number, chat bot and even WhatsApp chat but till now no response. An engineer was supposed to come today morning at 10 but till now no one turned up.

    Extremely disappointed with the service quality. My JioFiber connection drops specific apps and websites every evening, making it unusable. This has been ongoing for days despite a previous ticket. Can someone please resolve this permanently? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare One of the worst services I have experienced. I booked a relocation request on 27 May for 28 May, but no one responded. After contacting Customer Care, the request was rescheduled to 29 May, yet there was still no response. This has wasted my time @reliancejio
