    @JioCare For the last 6 months I have call 198 multiple times that my internet is now working in patna location near south mandiri but I haven't get any permanent solution till now still my net is slow ......when I try to port then only your representative call but why not for solution?

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio We are paying for complete month in recharge...few mins or max few hours outage can be considered...but if the outage is more than days it not at all acceptable...you guys will not extend for a single hour without payment of monthly recharge.

    @JioCare Ordered a Jio SIM via the Jio app on June 28 and still haven't received it. Customer care has no clue about the status, while the app just shows 'under progress'. Can I get a definitive ETA for delivery?
