My mobile not active after change old operator @reliancejio please help me urgently. Your request for mobile number portability of 9813679888 will be completed by 20-May-20 11:55 PM and your number will be activated on Jio network by 6:00 AM on next day.

When it getting connections for jiofiber @JioCare it's very easy but when you have to return the internet box i.e.ONT it required patience of months and you have to think compalint in consumer court. Very bad experience.Period.

@JioCare It’s such a waste of time interacting with the customer service. Do understand my issue? It’s NOT about speed. It’s about OTT subscription which isn’t activated when I renewed my plan!!! Atleast 20 DM messages exchanged. But nobody has understood the real issue !!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare Tweet 1/2 You ppl care a lot about your customers, but sometimes that extra care turns into a nightmare. I'm a jio mobile customer, and I know when my recharge is expiring. You ppl are irritating me by sending the reminders for recharge all over.

@JioCare @reliancejio Need jiofiber at my home, but can't get it due to S2 capacity full issue at my location. Area manager telling fake promise of getting it solved in 10 days. But after almost a month, nothing is done. No option than to go to other ISPs. Pathetic service.
