My mobile not active after change old operator @reliancejio please help me urgently. Your request for mobile number portability of 9813679888 will be completed by 20-May-20 11:55 PM and your number will be activated on Jio network by 6:00 AM on next day.

@Im_VigneshMC @equitymrkt @JioCare Via ivr.. tats all they give 24 hrs n no way to connect with cust care rep.. n no intimation is a service eng assigned, wen he will come n all.. we hav to be in home all day.. they will at their sweet time..I hav using jio n hathway at two locations.. with jio of 5 months..

I used Airtel in past.. speed wise sometimes it will drop.. but I faced lot of disconnections. but cust care was best of worst..n they will send a message with service eng number n time they will visit so u can plan

@reliancejio Worst online and Helpline service ever with Jio phones. I am a post paid service member and flying abroad . I don't know what plan to choose in International roaming . Nothing is clarified on your online plans and on the 198 helpline number there is no one answering
