@JioCare I was enjoying true 5G up until yesterday, when I had ₹666 recharge on my phone, and I didn't see any 5G invitation banner on my Jio app. After my recharge runs out, I won't be able to use 5G any more on ₹209 pack. Please immediately resolve this issue on my number.

fair and not good for a customer. if you want new connection they take only 1 day but if you want service after connection they take 15 days @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare My problem is with fluctuating network if I come out of my home just 10 steps away I get 3 bars or 4 bars of signal with better internet speed if I move back to house most of the time it moves to 2 bars especially in morning and evening 5 to 9 pm

@SamsungIndia @JioCare no wifi calling when 5g is enabled on jio on primary/sim1. However same is available for secondary sim with same settings. If set to LTE manually it works for both. Have chexked with multiple samsung phones. Same issue pls fix

@reliancejio @JioCare I want to inform you that the Jio network is not available in my area not even 4G. Due to this issue I am unable to make calls and use the internet. My favourite sim is JIO and I don't want to change operator. So I request you to improve network in my area.

Today is day 6....still no resolution received....not received the set top box.....same process of call center and service engineer blame game continues....pls refund if the issue cannot be resolved by you....what service is this ?? @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat
