    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    @JioCare @jio_fiber either shut down your operations or deploy the ******* resources to serve your customers, god damn cheats. @airtelindia bring 300mbps plans to your air fiber, I will switch back.

    @reliancejio Jio’s international routing is terrible for gaming. Even normally I get ~155ms to Dammam (should be ~85ms) and ~225ms to Europe (should be ~160ms). Today Dammam is 800+ms. Same issue on JioFiber and Jio mobile. Please fix your international routing/peering.

    JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely frustrated! It’s been over 50 hours since I made the payment and my rchrg still hasn’t been activated. Money deducted,service not delivered. This is unacceptable. Fix immediately or I’ll escalate complaint! #JioRechargeIssue #JioFail

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare JioFiber unresolved. SR00003E5PAV (15 Aug), SR00002NI6EY (17 Aug). Prince Kumar & Ramesh Paswan visited; Wi-Fi failed again at 4 PM. 100+ calls, no help; both shift responsibility. Please investigate extra-payment demands & escalate Darbhanga.

    Cyber Cell Kanpur today. They confirmed that Jio needs to raise a Grievance/Re-verification request from your portal to Cyber Cell Kanpur. Once Jio raises it, Cyber Cell will immediately issue the NOC. Please ask your LEA team to raise the grievance for 7009447550 ASAP! @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio care I got a call at 4 pm today from your side saying that my Jio Fibre internet landline no. 35904612 will be rectified today, but it is not done till now & my business is suffering due to internet not working since 8th August 5 pm
