    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    Hi @JioCare, My jio number just got discontinued on 17.04.2026 due to non use but now I need to activate this number urgently. Now, sim is from Delhi but I have permanently shifted to Bhopal and cannot go to Delhi just to buy a new Sim. So can you provide any other solution.

    @JioCare There is just one SSID on the device. Have u guys gone mad. This new device was installed 5-6 months ago and it doesnt support dual band. Slow internet. Poor connectivity. Connection drops randomly. SSID : T-Rex8

    @JioCare I received a mail that you've scheduled another engineer visit. That is not going to work because the engineer won't have my number. They won't be able to reach my place. It's already been attempted twice. Can someone please stop using saved messages and understand the issue??

    @JioCare Am not understanding what's happening on this issue. It's an unprecedented 15 days now .never experienced such thing before for an installation. Not possible to wait forever. This looks like a never-ending tail. I would request to initiate the refund of the payment.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am using Jio Fiber WiFi, but it is currently not working. After registering a complaint either it's getting auto closed or no engineer is getting assigned. This is happening for the past 3 days. Worst experience ever.

    @reliancejio I requested relocation from JioFiber to Jio AirFiber and completed the payment, but it’s been over 2 weeks with zero progress. No installation scheduled, no agent contact, no updates at all. Customer support has been unresponsive. @JioCare please take action.
