    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and “we’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.

    @JioCare The service has been down since 4th May, and we are still awaiting resolution. Kindly provide a clear update or expected timeline for restoration.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Internet is not working properly and engineer visits are repeatedly being rescheduled. Kindly resolve this issue urgently or provide a permanent solution. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Worst is the service since jio fiber goes down 2-3 times every week. I don’t know what your technical team is doing. They don’t update on what went wrong & how it was resolved. #worstcustomerexperience #worstcustomercare
