    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    @JioCare Just want to share an experience on Jio Esim activation Tried to convert my physical Sim to eSIM via online process and had a very bad exp, tried multiple n.o of times it’s not working out , call from Jio getting disconnected automatically

    @JioCare 1/1 Your customer care doesn't have knowledge about the Jio. Now short longs, I have Jio Number (Sim)- from which i am not able to connect any call or receive the call from any number. Suppresnly i can't call 199.
