    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    @reliancejio first solve the problem of people facing with jio 4G, then implement 5G, we paid approximately 3k PA to get internet service but last 6 months people have facing problems of call drop out and too much slow speed of internet. Is Jio will slove are problem??

    @JioCare Same story i am listening from past 15 days. There is major issue check with your area manager. He asked me to raise for disconnection which i have done. SROOOO1E09ME at least process this

    @JioCare Hi, my issue is still not resolved. The service request raised twice has been closed. SR00001EN0CP service request raised on 16th and SR00001EOGJA service request raised on 18th are both showing as closed. Do let me know why they are closed? No ETA shared has been followed.

    @JioCare hi, after too many ticket raised , call and tweets my network problem still not resolved. Very Poor Service Very Bad Response. Paying bill unnecessarily without proper use, even Can't talk on call clearly.😡🤬

    @JioCare Please go through my DM. Even "my jio" app is not opening. There is a problem of call drops also. Most time one side voice doesn't come using jio. Signal fluctuations. Speed is low (>3G) even in open spaces in the prominent areas. *irritating jio!
