    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    @JioCare @reliancejio I would like to know do you care for customer issue, because the engineer you send to resolve my issue said that he is not able resolve my issue and you cancel your service and ask for deposit refund.

    @JioCare Hi Palak, Jio team has been trying to resolve this issue from past 3 months. A small amount of Rs 1500 can't be refunded by Jio team to its correct owner. Jio employee does a fraud and cheat which Jio team can't handle. Even the Customer care has been involved from past 3 weeks
