    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    @Hitesho99 @reliancejio Same. Atleast put a notice if there is a server issue or atleast pick up the phone and say something. They simply disconnect the call after keeping me on hold for 5 min

    I live in sector 39 Ludhiana since morning my Jio Fiber internet is down I called the technician and also registered a complaint but still its not working the complaint says they have visit tomorrow evening . Its very very poor service by @reliancejio @JioCare SR000033B8MN

    I made a payment on 12th April at 00:45 via Paytm. The transaction was successful and I have a valid UTR number, but it is still not reflecting in my account. Incorrect dues are still being shown.Despite trying to reach support, I have not received any proper assistance.@JioCare
