    @reliancejio @JioCare there has been a serious issue with your sims and people are not getting even 1 point of the full tower. It is not just me, a lot of my friends have felt the same way. The whole JIO Network is a total mess.

    Pathetic experience with jio. I am using Mi 11 lite NE 5g with latest software update and I am in a area with 5g coverage. Still not getting 5g network on my device. My other jio sims are getting 5g. @reliancejio please resolve my sim card issue
