    Experiencing worst internet and calling services from @reliancejio @JioCare and sorry to inform i going to port it to @airtelindia. As my plan expires. It literally do not work,on my mother's number she usually complain about the internet and calls not connecting.🤨😐😔

    @JioCare @reliancejio got this message more than 5 times and still receiving the same. In our endeavour to improve JioFiber services, we have planned network upgrade activity between 22-03-2022 12:00 AM to 22-03-2022 06:00 AM.

    @JioCare The Customer Helpline is justifying the delay due to inclement weather in Srinagar when there was snowfall in Srinagar last month on 23 February 2022. Is 1 month needed to resolve the wire issue? The weather has been absolutely pleasant since past 1 month.Kindly respond
