  @JioCare Just refund my money if you cannot provide the connection. I'll get it installed from Airtel instead. This is extremely poor service. It's been 3 days since you took my payment, and my installation is still pending with no proper resolution. Kindly refund my money immediately.

  If you wish to buy a wifi buy it from a local guy @JioCare is the shittiest of all. It's better to donate few thousand bucks to a charity than paying them. I had service request scheduled today. Waited the whole day for the engineer to show up. He/She didn't show up at all.

  @JioCare I do not see any service request. No update on technician Lost two work days because of this. And seems its dragging. Need a final resolution. Either do the installation or get it cancelled

  @JioCare my order id is NO0001DPARZ2. I had placed order for a new connection of Jio airfibre on 27th May but I am not getting any update. Your executive is also not picking up my calls. This is pathetic service at your end. I have already paid 4 Months of rental In advance
