    @Airtel_Presence When you purchase a plan on @reliancejio network, they queue your plan to be activated as soon as existing one expires. This is their default. They also provide option to start plan immediately if user wants. That's what we call running business ethically. @airtelindia

    .@reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged Postpaid amount of 91. But the plan wasn't active. So when asked for refund the customer care executive told that it will be refunded within 20 days. Till now the amount hasn't been refunded back.
