  @JioCare Shift changes, Person changes, BUT REPEATS SAME MESSAGE ? 3 hrs ago same message and I replied also. No one checks earlier message before shooting his message to prove that he is now on duty ? Our Router is showing Green light since yesterday BUT NO SERVICE !

  @JioCare Going by this experience, I would STRONGLY SUGGEST to all to always Keep TV and WiFi seperately and NEVER FALL for Single Vendor gimmicks like #JIOFiber .... U cannot reach them on phone to talk & they we will conveniently avoid talking during breakdown ! Entire system STOPS....

  @JioCare Thank you for response My technician appointment is put on hold without my knowledge It’s been more than 3 days ( 2nd time for 2 consecutive weeks) Your technicians aren’t paying attention It looks jiofibre support works only Mon-Fri Doesn’t this require an urgent response?

  @reliancejio @JioCare @jio despite having jio 5g plan and jio 5g converge your 5g doesn't even work for a min I just get the 5g signal but it doesn't work then what's the meaning of recharging for 349 😑😑

  @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber service has been completely down. Water has entered the cable/PoE connector coming from the rooftop antenna to the router, apparently causing a short circuit. I have already completed all troubleshooting steps, 1/2

  There is not Internet connection @JioCare @reliancejio for last 1 hour on jio air fiber. When contacted to customer care on 1800 896 9999, there is no response from the agent. How long will it take to resolve this issue?
