    @reliancejio gave an ultimatum that the box and cables will be removed. The sales rep and his team keep promising things but never fulfill them. They promised set top box for TV but gave n number of excuses y they could not fulfill the promise. Very poor service by JIO.

    @reliancejio very poor service. Today a sales team person came and changed the fitting resulting in our connection being disconnected and someone else’s was started. Have a complaint but the repair team and the Head here in NOIDA SECTOR 30 only reacted when ultimatum was given

    @JioMart_Support Ticket 6318844076, Issue pending since 08th July. Every time ticket is closed and new is opened without resolution. Either deliver the product or refund the money @JioMart @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio That means you are saying "Jio will charge it's Customers if there is No Service provided" is it fair ? You should compensate for No Service but here yu want to take money for harrasment ?? Can yu pay to any service provider even if yu didn't avail their services ???

    @reliancejio it's nice to see your celebration, but you forgot your customer, this is the worst customer service I have seen. Did not expected this from a brand like Reliance, but now you have monopoly, you customer is at receiving end
