    @arya_vatsa Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @reliancejio during the trial period of one month,network speed was optimum but after taking regular connection, the speed is very slow, upto 30 mbps.please resolve.

    @JioCare My fiber connection has been down for two months. I've filed several complaints and am told an engineer will come to visit but they do not. My plan is expiring on June 14. Please fix it, otherwise I am not going to renew, and am going to ask for my deposit back. Thanks.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio! Me and friends are eagerly waiting for Jio Fiber in Rani Gali, Bhupatwala, Haridwar, Uttarakhand Pin: 249410 I have applied for your broadband service several times but got no reply. Please avail Jio Fiber in our area!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I requested for cancellation and until now the device is not picked up ltr you will blame me and not refund the amount such a bad service from jio I will think abt this experience next tym I plan to install jio fibre.

    @reliancejio I am postpaid user had informed me that this service is premium based and there is so much network issue in my area durring call and surffing data . Why do you all always say the problem is solved .I have been connected with this network since five year .

    @JioCare We are facing the severely network fluctuations, not even fluctuations but also network disappearance when there is power cuts in our area since one and a half year. The condition of data speed worst mostly.Its very regretful for a prestigious company.
