    @JioCare My jio Fiber network is down since 4 days and no technician bothers to make a visit and resolve the issue. Service request no is SR000037FFTN.issue is related to broken cable but assigned technician is not bothered . Pathetic service. High time to switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare 1. I have been asking this question multiple times but you are not giving answer. If there is a outage from JioFibre, why this scenario is not covered for rent rebate? What is our mistake in this scenario and why should we pay the bill in full when the issue is from Jio end?

    @JioCare BIG SCAM BY JIO! Jio took ₹349 payment and completed KYC for my new SIM order on 10 May 2026. Promised delivery in 2 days. Almost a month now, No SIM, no resolution, only excuses.Order ID: NO00015EB4AV Deliver the SIM. Planning to complain now on Consumer Helpline(NCH)

    @JioCare Its been 3rd time jio internet not working at my home and now your engineer so useless they didn’t come with proper equipment than raised issue that customer not at home and reschedule appointment. Customer support didn’t have anything in there hand . Only reschedule

    @JioCare Worst signal in Sector 36, especially on Valley Shilpi Road, Kharghar. Complaining for the last 14 months, no one is taking action. Worst service.
