    I have applied for jio fiber 7 months ago. Jio fiber service is available in my society but whoever is coming to install jio fiber at my home, they are telling me that there is full connection in my society, Wait till 2 weeks and we will do your jio fiber connection(1/2) @JioCare

    @JioCare having horrible experience of using ur network at my current location from last 10 days or so pls fix it ..no sufficient network coverage, 2G speed ...

    @reliancejio has the worst helpline service in the telecom sector in India. Being their postpaid customer has been a headache. An issue regarding wrongly generated bill couldn't be solved after 5 calls

    How do I file a complaint If my Jio fiber connection is down for 1 hour? @JioCare I tried calling customer care on this no.18008969999 all I heard is computerized voice. I also tried MyJio app and but they are just bots. What do I do?

    This is pathetic service by @reliancejio @JioCare , service request with reference # 8056146999 is registered around 2 in the afternoon however I am still waiting for my device to be returned to me. Theses are the same people who are chest thumbing about 5G
