Dear @jagograhakjago I recently registered a complaint on NCH about the non delivery of my product and worst ever customer service of @reliancejio @JioMart I am currently facing. They called me in the afternoon 16th March and assured me that my issue will be solved within 48hrs.

PATHETIC NETWORK. This is how you provide network in tier1/2/3/4 cities. There are so many call drops & pathetic internet service. I ported from Vodafone, but they are 100 times better than you. No one entertains the complaint too. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat #jio #poornetwork
