    @JioCare it's been 10 days I am facing issue making calls and receiving calls on my mobile phone. The phone shows full network bar with 4G+ data but neither the calling works neither the data. Raised complaint twice but customer service is not able to sort the issue.

    @JioCare It's going to be 48 hours since I registered the complaint. Assigning engineer doesn't solve my problem till he comes and does the repair. Give me a time when he will come, and also give me his number so I can contact him.

    @JioCare I have done double recharge bymistakely on my jiofiber, can you please pause one of the recharge and resume it from another month as it is just waste as of now. @JioCare kindly help

    @JioCare @amanmalhotrax @airtelindia isn't ready to issue me porting number as my sim isn't working and I can't send sms to 1900. I visited gallery today as well. I reached 15 minutes before closure, they said it's closed. When I showed the timing on their own website, they asked to come tomorrow

    @reliancejio my post paid connection services were barred without any prior notice? Is this Jio Customer Service SOP ?Last month my Billing plans was changed by Jio without our consent or initiation. We complained about it. Instead of resolving it you do this? Nee explanation!

    @JioCare Yes everyone says the same. Yet daily I am being pestered with calls. I guess these are bots auto replying.. anyway I will keep highlighting this on Twitter.. someday it will get the deserved attention.. many people face this same problem..

    @JioCare Whoever is handling these issues must understand the number of complaints I have raised in this thread. I will be left with no option but to approach TRAI for this menace. If I feel this is not tackled properly then the only option left with me is to approach Bombay high court

    @fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio New routers available but not being upgarded to customers with continuous issues 2 devices out of5 connect on black routers. Engineers want us to give up old subscription & reapply new con so new deposit & 4 old deposit we have to run behind Jio.

    @JioCare The question is not of service request being resolved. The point is someone is getting daily calls. Had the system of penalising offenders been robust.. by now this menace would have been eradicated.

    @JioCare once again there is no network on your jio fiber at Godrej Prime Chembur ID 400127357165.I called, sent a DM but nothing since evening. Claiming to be fibre and most if the time not there it's ridiculous. You guys should be take to court. @MukeshAmbanima @Pravirkumar15

    @JioCare You didn’t transferred to my a/c and I’ve already shared the mail which have account details and previously your customer care guys acknowledged it and told we are working on it. You’ve transferred to other a/c ending with 2770 which is not mine.

    @JioCare Are you guys not getting my point. There is no provision for nex box. No free open port is there in the older box. Service Engineer already mentioned the same who visited 2 days back. Then why are you holding it unnecessarily.Either cancel it or I will escalate to higher level.
