    @JioCare I'm ready to wait but give me problem resolution date. I have been hearing the same message from Jio for past several days with no resolution. Really frustrated with Jio network. Only adding new customers is not a business, it is also to give service to existing customers.

    @JioCare Postpaid cancellation on 29th Nov 21. Device Pickup pending for more than a month. Pickup rescheduled 5 times in past 3 days. Please arrange to pickup and close the issue. Acct no 400128282509. BTW the chat option in MyJio has very limited options and impossible to chat

    @JioCare tried to port my sim to Jio, however at the store when the customer care executive tried scanning my aadhar card, the application was not accepting the document. Strange!! Need your support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani have been complaining against frequent disconnections on my Jio fiber connection....unfortunately no one from Jio attends to my problem...the engineer who installed the modem openly says the problem will not be fixed but new modem

    This is a request to everyone not to go for Jio Fiber connection, as their speed might be good. But Customer Care service is hopeless. The person who had collected my Fiber made mistake in my bank details and now I am the one suffering since 3 months. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare As per which schedule? There are 5-6 appointments floating around. Apparently, I have been requesting rescheduling as per the messages. Also, please reply in public, let everyone know how you harass members trying to cancel subscription.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000018C4AO for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +916542312674, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 12-01-2022 : 19:30:00. Worst service. Nobody lifts phone also.

    @JioCare spoke to a customer care executive to get invoice for the last 8 transactions for tax purpose. I am told that only last 180 days invoice can be accessed through JIO app. What kind of system is this? Where we cant even access invoice for the recharge @reliancejio pls help
