    @JioCare - need help. There’s is connectivity issues since Thursday 26/03. Jio Fiber service id 400122112874. Unable to reach your customer support. Please help. We are all working from home and so the connectivity is absolutely essential.

    This SIM is linked with my bank accounts and Aadhaar, so it is extremely important for me. I have requested @reliancejio to allow online KYC, but they simply denied and requesting physically visit at their store. Kindly help in resolving this matter. Thank you.
