When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. KYC done, marked active, yet ZERO physical installation and zero communication for over a week! Your helpline is completely helpless and openly admits they can't even do anything.

It's been 3 days since ticket has been raised there are multiple reschedules (6-8 times), same answer from their helpline.. they provided nodal officer number for escalation, which is dead. Ugh!
